It's a new router I need!!

The ยฃ30 has been paid by direct debit every month without fail. Today I received a paper bill in the post for ยฃ32.75, the extra ยฃ2.75 being a/c charges (paper billing). Duly changed settings.

No Internet since Sunday. 6 hours in chat and phone calls with them and finally they agreed to send new router, arriving in 2 to 3 days time. Rubbish.

MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.

They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!
