@OpenreachHelp Thats the problem Gareth. @TalkTalk tell me that you've siezed the line and its been cancelled due to a fault but they ard not tracking the resolution. As a result, I have no one to get information from. It seems like a flawed process.

@TalkTalk I feel this reply and it's use of casual jargon epitomises poor customer service. "Your line has been ceased for some unexplained reason so lets put you back to sales and start the process again". A complaint has been raised so I await a call from that team.

Several troubleshooting sessions with @TalkTalk and still no working internet 5 days later. All you can say is it can’t possibly be a router issue, it must simultaneously be an issue with all 10+ devices we have connected? Again, shocking customer service. @Ofcom #talktalk

@TalkTalk we cancelled the order Your sales team were extremely unhelpful one person just put the phone down on me. Your live chat team were slightly more helpful but just referred me back to sales team. Enough is enough order cancelled One very disappointed #Ukrainian family

@EatesPeter @TalkTalk @openreach I wouldnt start new contract ring ofcom 03001233333 consumers 08082231133. Have u checked reviews trustpilot facebook sitejabber broadband. Co. Uk. They make it hard 2 end contract. ***** tricks. U dont want that. **** at the end.
