    @johnross000 @TalkTalk Fleetwood, Lancashire. They are saying I am not connecting to an IP address however it seems too much of a coincidence that a lot of others are having problems too. 😞

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @TalkTalk ridiculous service!! Moved home Internet not on after 3 days ! I'm hybrid working and have to book annual leave cos a service you offer isn't fit for purpose!! Will be looking for compensation for this .. still waiting will definitely be changing ISP after this !!!

    I’ve had no internet for the past 4 days I was told it would be back on in a maximum of 72 hours. Now I’m being told it’s going to take a further 3 days to investigate this? @TalkTalk do you really think this is okay? I will never use talk talk services ever again.

    @TalkTalk Waste of time waited on all afternoon for a call to set up new account and nothing let down again this has been going on for four and half weeks it's open reach and yourselves fault you made error in cutting my Internet off aaaaahhhh

    @DominaBlaize TalkTalk are rubbish too. You should see about changing to fibre broadband. Depends if it's available in your area. I scream at my 4G connection for being slow. 🐌

    Trying to cancel @TalkTalk since the 25th of August, out of the contract period, still not cancelled/ resolution. It's the 7th November today. @Ofcom help pls. Stay away from this provider folks, everything is a nightmare to resolve.

    @TalkTalk Funny how your diagnostics tell you that there is no problem with my full fibre, and that i need to turn off and on again, when i have already told you that i have seen the cable on the road, with the tail of it wrapped around a telegraph pole by a BT engineer.
