    @TalkTalk I joined in May of this year on a £30 pm contract for land-line and broadband. The £30 has been paid by direct debit every month without fail. Today I received a paper bill in the post for £32.75, the extra £2.75 being a/c charges (paper billing). Duly changed settings.

    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    If anyone's thinking of going with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup for their broadband then don't. They're support is not 24/7. No Internet since Sunday. 6 hours in chat and phone calls with them and finally they agreed to send new router, arriving in 2 to 3 days time. Rubbish.

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @TalkTalk I just find it interesting that my call was raised as ‘urgent’ several times, and I had been awaiting a call for days, yet yesterday when you called it was to sell me a new package, and not to deal with my complaint. Is your staff only trained for sales? FRAUDS @TristiaH

    Friendly advice, never use @TalkTalk. Absolute shambles. A week after our scheduled live date and still nothing!! Very inconvenient as my partner works from home. Stay clear, you're welcome

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk Trying to cancel, phoned cancellations ‘no longer in service’. property being sold on Friday 18/2/22,told service can’t cancel for 30 days, if the new owners plug their phone in, we (old owners) are liable for their bill. SurelyCANNOT BE CORRECT. urgent help

    My grandad phones me about once a month to help him with his TalkTalk account, becuase systems like this seem to be busted half the time. That, and he struggles with passwords. And with TalkTalk, you can end up with 3 passwords very easily.
