    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk I joined in May of this year on a £30 pm contract for land-line and broadband. The £30 has been paid by direct debit every month without fail. Today I received a paper bill in the post for £32.75, the extra £2.75 being a/c charges (paper billing). Duly changed settings.

    If anyone's thinking of going with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup for their broadband then don't. They're support is not 24/7. No Internet since Sunday. 6 hours in chat and phone calls with them and finally they agreed to send new router, arriving in 2 to 3 days time. Rubbish.

    @talktalk I have been on you ‘chat’ facility for almost 2 hours with my 80yr old father in law. Your ‘agent’ has asked the same questions over and I we again and we are still no further on!! Appalling customer service!! #ofcom

    I've just had an email from @TalkTalk saying they are putting up their prices and thanking me for being a loyal customer, Shame that TALKTALK are not being a Loyal supplier by NOT PUTTING UP PRICES & looking after their customers

    @TalkTalk You have cut off my 90 year old father with no warning. He is all alone with no phone and no internet. I need to resolve this but can't get hold of anyone. This is disgusting treatment of the elderly and vulnerable. Help me urgently to get him back online.
