  @TalkTalk This is just a sham; a superficial attempt at claiming to provide customers with help/support. Your customer service is appalling @TalkTalk why won’t you engage properly and resolve issues directly? @tristiaharrison thought you’d like to know how ineffective it is.

  @TalkTalk when a customer has a fault and an engineer appointment is made do they replace modems as needed or just check for line faults?
