    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk Your WiFi is an utter disgrace. Ought to fix that before an error on your website.. probably went down from so many people trying to see why their WiFi is constantly cutting out.

    @TalkTalk I’d just like to say that the customer service I received this morning over the phone was atrocious! It took me over 2 hours of being passed around and cut off to cancel an order I made yesterday morning. Seriously considering not making a new order at all now!! 😡😡

    @TalkTalk My 88 Yr old neighbour has been struggling to get talktalk support for 2 weeks for her non working landline. I spent 3 hours on chat & phone with your tech support l, no help. Either I am put on endless hold till call ends or I get repeated message on chat asking me to send a DM!

    I have the worst luck with broadband. Upgraded to @bt_uk from TalkTalk because they were offering a good deal at a higher speed but now full fibre is in the area, I'm paying more for an inconsistent 77mbps when some providers are offering up to 900mps for around £5-£9 less.

    Man TalkTalk's social media team has really changed for the worst, I originally went with them due to a bit of back and forth I had with a member of their team here. Someone with a bit of personality. Now they seem like lifeless, apologist robots who don't answer questions.

    @TalkTalk I did this days ago, got nowhere as my husband is the account holder, not me and he doesn’t use Twitter. He rings TalkTalk daily and gets no further. We have had no support financial or otherwise to buy more data, are OAPs. @TalkTalk @OpenReach no risk assessment been done.
