@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk Absolute disgraceful service. You offer me a deal to move onto F900. Agent pass me around to others to start on system and several just cut the line. Call back and get passed from agent to agent and some adding more to the tariff offered. Absolute JOKE service.

All I keep getting is we test the line and it’s working ! If that’s the case why is my modem not working @TalkTalk it’s been amble for 2weeks. This is appalling

@Love__honeyo__ @TalkTalk I had similar problem my router broke back in September they wouldn't send me a new one so I used an old one I had now that's just packed up, spoke to someone this evening they tried to charge me £120 for a new one......

Why is it so hard to speak to someone @TalkTalk NO internet for 2weeks and cannot get any help! This is annoying. I would like to make an official complaint and it’s asking me to speak to a robot with poor options. I need an email to raise my issue or speak to a person.
