@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

@TalkTalk when did the majority of MTV get removed from the you view service? Being with talktalk used to be good value but this isnt the first time channels have been removed yet the bill remains the same.

@TalkTalk Hello, my account number is 1012646155. I spoke with a help desk person on Friday who was excellent and she advised that talk talk need to wait until they get a report from the open reach engineer. I am happy to wait till Monday, but this needs to be sorted out urgently.

@TalkTalk I am a new customer, cut me off after 8 days of broadband but taken full monthly payment. Won’t turn me back on unless I return to talk talk even though my switch date is 25th Nov. Loosing 3 days earnings as working from home. This is bullying! Please reply to my DM

@TalkTalk have been calling , emailing and web chatting since 21st Oct trying to get a PAC for my mobile . Being told I don't have a contract with you when I clearly do .This is an error on your part that needs sorting out. I keep going round in circles trying to get a resolution
