@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

@TalkTalk hi there Joined yesterday from virgin, we are supposed to be getting more than double the speed we had with virgin (which was 100mb)but yesterday it was at most 70 and today the light on the box is orange. Is this the norm or is there an issue please.

@TalkTalk Help! Have just spent two hours in webchat and still no further forward 😞 I had 80 down and 20 up speed with TalkTalk (at router) and now getting 51 down and 13 up! Nothing changed at my end!? Why is my download speed now 30 MBPS lower despite cost going up 😓

@TalkTalk I have been trying to contact you guys over the phone (after being on chat for 40 minutes to tell me something I already knew) but I keep getting told to phone back later as there are issues your end. My WiFi isn't working and router is flashing orange.

It's 2022 right? It should be easy to close utility accounts online, without waiting hours to get through to a call centre. @edfenergy have been amazingly helpful so far. #stars @TalkTalk have been totally rubbish, have to raise a complaint to close an account.#idiots
