    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk Under no circumstances use this company you can’t cancel and even though you’ve spent hours on messages and phone calls it always the same outcome. Sorry your through to the wrong department.

    @CISASUK think you should investigate @TalkTalk making it impossible to make a complaint on the telephone as every time you call the number it cuts out or the departments pass you about like a bit of dirt with apologies and no help!!

    Thanks a bunch for nothing @talktalk Customer Care, non existent! I've spelt out the problems, you keep asking for the same security answers over and over but you give up when I finally get something slightly wrong! Not impressed with total lack of care!

    @TalkTalk I need to be able to call or email re my mother in laws TT mobile. She has been charged for usage but its not been used. Would like to sort our but can't get in contact with anyone who can help. Can you please help ?

    @TalkTalk being the absolute worst as usual. Can't wait for my contract to end and for me to go with a decent Internet service provider. #CustomerService The saga continues.

    @TalkTalk Please help me urgently. I have already ordered and installed my new broadband from a different provider and I want this cancelled ASAP. Bare in mind it has been nearly 2 weeks since I placed the cancellation request

    @culturedleftpeg @wrexham I'm on Vodafone for last 2 years now & before that 10 years with Talktalk. Picked on price (cheapest fibre package) & had no issues with either company. Okay Talktalk's customer service when I left wasn't great but they put their price up mid contract & had to allow me to go.

    @TalkTalk I'll be making a official claim on talktalk service. I'm paying and I'm not getting the service I'm paying for. I just had to purchase a pack of data, at my own cost, when I should be relying on talktalk Internet!

    Why cant @TalkTalk just resolve the problem I am encountering, instead of telling me constant lies. If the problem is not solved within 48 hours, I am switching provider- does 15 years service mean anything?
