    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    Start stream. Internet goes down within 2 minutes. @TalkTalk is absolutely **** and I can't wait for this piece of **** contract to run out.

    @TalkTalk wifi came back withing 5 to 10mins so I guess maybe they reseted the whole network maybe

    @TalkTalk Are there any broadband issues in the North East? Our internet has been out since at least 08:00 (router light slowly flashing orange on/off). We’re located in the postcode area NE2.

    @TalkTalk really poor customer service from you today. You rang to upgrade our WiFi to fibre a few weeks ago and we said yes to an increase in price because we both WFH full time and rely on our businesses for income. You said there would be no loss of our service.
