    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @Angie08522356 @TalkTalk I’m talking to support but they are treating it like an individual problem with my setup as always. This is clearly a wider issue, no amount of me rebooting and resetting my router will fix it. Frustrating.

    @thejofish_ @TalkTalk Mate I had same problem eventually I gave up cancelled and went elsewhere. Now I am chasing them to cancel it as it was meant to end earlier this week. They're useless. Everyone sends you around in circles at TalkTalk.

    from @TalkTalk disgusting customer service. Over a week no internet, told day after day that it will be fixed the next day & nothing. Being lied to everyday and no one is updating us on whats happening. Even when i want to cancel the contract, ive been put on hold and cut off!

    @TalkTalk @elyza72420097 This company should be shut down. They dont act in honest way .loads of complaints .People wanting confirmation that contract will not be renewed. They don't do this .they keep on chargeing u.turned off at mains.cancelled direct debit.

    @TalkTalk I know where its going to go, back on live chat or phone but they still not helping us fix the problem of the guy that should be installing the cable into the property but no appointment just messing around with the account and whatever they do when we ring up back to square one.

    @TalkTalk We get passed around by 7 people then the line is poor and sometimes even ringing your call centre we go through and hangup or hangup halfway through troubleshooting after being passed on like coins.

    Part 9, from 18 to 24 months so yeah talktalk just out for your money and not your wellbeing/life. we'll wait for a crout case or we'll do one ourselves to get this **** sorted once and for all...
