@TalkTalk Hi Lisa. What's the point of referring to my DMs when you don't respond to those either? Oh, and you haven't called me about my formal complaint again either.

@GetGudder Hmmm. There is a buried tunnel there but it carries the Cornbrook through Hulme down to the ship canal - coming out on Pomona Island. I've never heard of anything else, but it's the TalkTalk site now so I'd imagine that if there was one it's been blocked off now.

@TalkTalk Please help, I am on Faster Fiber but my connection is under 10mbps and the connection keeps dropping. I keep trying to get you to help me, but you just send me round in circles every day.

@TalkTalk customer service is one of the worse things I’ve ever experienced in my life

@TalkTalk customer service - where Satan trains his imps in the finer points of torture.

  • joannehodgson Mrs H (@joannehodgson) reported

@TalkTalk I’m not sure. I have responded to the texts and every appointment I have requested has been turned down, even when I replied immediately to take one of the ones that was offered.

@TalkTalk Why do I need to keep turning my rooter off and turning on to get my rooter to connect to the internet so that I can down load what I want???

  • ladyjanethebest Jane Fraser (@ladyjanethebest) reported

@TalkTalk I'm already talking you to via your chat. You feel its wise to charge when your customer service has been appalling.

  • ruthmills Ruth Mills #FBPE (@ruthmills) reported

@Aaa365a @CityFibre In theory, it's 20 times faster than what I was getting with my old TalkTalk connection. In practice, the Wi-Fi speed is the limiting factor. So we are going to install an internal gigabit Ethernet network to get the most out of the speed increase.

@TalkTalk Why after 6 weeks, over 8 hours on the phone, god knows how many tweets and DMs can noone tell me what is happening with my complaint? @Ofcom @tristiaharrison
