    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk called on 1/8/22 to cancel our contract as service is a shambles. Agreed service would terminate after 30 days on 31/8/22. So how come I received an email on 24/8/22 saying a new contract starts on 28/8/22.

    @TalkTalk trying to watch to via the Roku but all apps are glitchy and stuttering. Reset roku, reset router and even resorted to watching Netflix via the tv, still glitchy like mad. Your outage map says no problems yet there clearly is

    @TalkTalk Hi, my Wi-Fi wasn’t working so I tried resetting the box and now it won’t turn back on, please can this be reviewed as I’ve had multiple connectivity issues since joining talktalk
