@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk @PaulWilding6 We’ve had a similar problem, activation link didn’t work, they sent a new one which when clicked on said it had timed out and are now unable to send another one so it has been passed to the manager and back office to deal with.

after talking to them and looking at the @TalkTalk tweets and replies, methinks I’m not the only one having issues with their Now tv. Hope you can get it sorted please @TalkTalk p.s the staff we spoke to were very nice,

@TalkTalk my internet is going really bad all of a sudden. South wales, Llanelli area. Can you check if something is wrong? I’m sick of checking only to find out the site claims everything is fine or it says there’s work going on somewhere in England which won’t affect me. Thanks

@TalkTalk I already have your talktalk TV and fiber 65 broadband, I want to know if I can cancel the payment for the box. I dont think I need the box. As for the internet, I am perfectly OK with it.

Anyone else in the area with @TalkTalk account found themselves with no internet connection? Online customer service message says they’ll check it out in 2-3 days! That’s not acceptable @TalkTalkBizCare
