    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk 'We're here to help you' isn't actually true. We're here to string you along with false promises that the helpline or live chat will actually get you anywhere, or that the fantasy customer services person will actually call is.Despite assurances, 8 hrs later still zero

    @TalkTalk waited in all day 4 upgrade of internet on day off which is also my beloved’s bday. Missed impromptu bday lunch in case they called and they didn’t show or call to say wouldn’t make it. Pissed off doesn’t describe it. Despicable customer service. Rtwt if happened to you

    On hold for over an hour & a half, to be told by an automated system you're closed. This is the cherry on the cake @TalkTalk after nearly two months of no internet and appalling customer service, I'm on the verge of a breakdown. Worst company. I want to cancel my contract NOW!
