@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Anyone who has TalkTalk WiFi and knows how to get their phones and kindles to connect to it? Feel embarrassed to ask but their support has been completely crap after 2 hour phone call and online support. It works fine on the laptops and gaming systems, but just not our phones...

@TalkTalk I need to make a complaint and I can’t get through to anyone! People keep hanging up on me and now the online chat has gone dead! I work in a hospital this is so stressful for me… cancelled my account in Dec still getting charged, now my credit rating is being affected!

@TalkTalk waited in all day 4 upgrade of internet on day off which is also my beloved’s bday. Missed impromptu bday lunch in case they called and they didn’t show or call to say wouldn’t make it. Pissed off doesn’t describe it. Despicable customer service. Rtwt if happened to you
