    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk @JamesWilliamsNW Why do you need to do everything via DM? If there's a general outage in the area you should just say so. If there isn't, you should say that instead. Sending DMs to everyone is ridiculously inefficient. Is there an outage, or isn't there?

    @TalkTalk second day in a row your "engineer" hasn't bothered to show up. According to your help chat you couldn't be bothered to book it in. I have had no internet for 48 hrs. This is the worse technical support our there. Are you actually going to help?
