    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk @TypeIYKYK We've been down for about 2hrs in CR0. SE25 also an issue. Fault has bee logged. @TalkTalk it would be helpful if you could communicate postcodes affected, issue and approx fix time.

    @TalkTalk you have the worst customer service. Took ages to get my broadband back on line, engineer came out and I’ve been wrongfully charged for them to come out. Told yesterday that I’d have the £65 removed from my bill and 36hrs later you’re still charging me. Useless.

    @TalkTalk beyond furious. Broadband dropping out all week, spoken to multiple agents, told to book an engineer to come to my house who never arrived - after getting someone to wait in for 5 hours - only to be told they weren’t coming anyway. Three agents ended chats without

    It seems like my Wi-Fi won’t work for more than about five minutes at a time. @talktalk why I’d you Wi-Fi so ****. Should have stayed with sky no matter how much more expensive it was. At least sky worked!!!!!!!

    All I keep getting is we test the line and it’s working ! If that’s the case why is my modem not working @TalkTalk it’s been amble for 2weeks. This is appalling

    @TalkTalk probably the worst broadband… ever.. the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!! You should be absolutely ashamed of your mediocre basic and down right filthy service. I hope people leave you in droves !!! Shambolic isn’t even strong enough.

    @TalkTalk @jpaulkemp This was brought to your attention many many hours ago but you still refuse to admit that there is a huge outage in this area?? Why is that could it possibly be that you would then have to compensate all of us who are paying for a non existent service @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Absolute disgraceful service. You offer me a deal to move onto F900. Agent pass me around to others to start on system and several just cut the line. Call back and get passed from agent to agent and some adding more to the tariff offered. Absolute JOKE service.
