@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk The internet is inconsistent, could you upgrade your servers because you're always on maintenance? and honestly your service is becoming extremely unreliable when it comes to consistent, and just good internet in general. To me your service is not good for any of us

@TalkTalk Nobody is able to arrange call backs in TalkTalk it seems. I spent 45 mins on the call and was promised one and didnt get it. The next day 45 mins on the online chat, another promise, another failed promise. Your post says you are 'here to help' what help are you actually giving?

@TalkTalkGroup TalkTalk keeps cancelling my internet setup. I booked it 6 weeks ago to setup internet in a new house. Not only do engineers not show up they don't even cancel. I wait hours and days and nobody there. I have to pay for internet I don't have. Now I can't earn money.

Is this what @TalkTalk usually do? Send an engineer round to set up your internet so it doesn't work and then have a customer service rep try to charge you to send another one out? Ridiculous company
