@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk #talktalk #badservice Reported a fault with our Internet connection today to be told they would run tests. Got text to say they had found a fault and would open a support call and believe this or not call them back in a few days! Tried calling them but they are closed

@TalkTalk Hi, our broadband has been going off around 12.30am for the last few nights, the router has to be reset to resolve the issue. I've tried the service checks and it says there isn't any fault; would there be a reason for it switching off at the same time every night?

@TalkTalk No - you’re not. I’ve had no service at all since Friday, your contact centre just keeps saying ‘you’ll have to wait’ and when I contacted you this morning by DM you’re apparently ‘undergoing maintenance’ and I have to check back in 3 hrs. @TalkTalkGroup is an absolute joke

@Diamondtrees11 @sainsburys I feel for you but also know that nobody behind the scenes cares. We had serious issues with @TalkTalk , ironically nobody wanted to talk. On hold for OVER 2 hrs to try and cancel contract. Called the same number to be a NEW customer it was answered immediately.
