    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk there are hundreds of people in Glasgow area that I can see on here having broadband issues - but are being told the issue is with their set up not yourselves. Bit of a coincidence is it not ? Can you issue an update on what’s happening please ?
