@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Great customer services @TalkTalk . Been waiting since 23rd May to talk about my complaint. They rang tonight and only let the phone ring once!!! Didn't have time to answer, tried calling back and was put on hold for 2 mins, still waiting 10 minutes later.

@TalkTalk hi internet gone off again today. you will lose me my job soon. Tried to call to get things sorted but the lines are just full of stupid automated things. Eventually got through n the person was not helpful so had to hang up.
