@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk @BarrettDriving 2/2 I will write to you separately with regards to loss of service credits and a goodwill gesture to cover the poor customer service, inability to log my fault to openreach and see that it was an outage all along (as I told you).

@sevenjoshh Check if TalkTalk do Ultra Fibre Optic in your area, they do it where I live and I get 0 ping 250 up/down at its lowest

@TalkTalk I’m hoping you can help my dad who is in his 80’s and a customer of yours. He hasn’t had landline service for about 2 weeks and says he can’t contact anyone. He finds it all very frustrating and confusing. Any ideas?

@TalkTalk why is your Internet service so abysmal? Can't even stream anything and I'm only in a small terraced house with the router in a perfect position. Guaranteed me at least 65mb/s. My TV is barely getting 6...
