    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk CS is appalling. 5 working days to sort my internet out? Now I have to go into an office with major infrastructure problems and legionnaires in a pandemic to work for 5 days when the max is supposed to be 1-2 in emergencies. Unbelievable.

    @talktalk Regarding the complaint I made on 1st February. Actually contact me rather than just sending me SMSs that you will contact me and then failing to do so. This has now happened on 23/2 and now today. And you are still billing me for a line which is disconnected!

    @TalkTalk your customer service is really disappointing. Waiting on a call back I was promised yesterday and still not heard anything. Now spent 6 hours trying to sort out my contract with you after you’ve mistakenly recorded that I want to terminate it.

    Is it only my case or Talktalk customer services are not good??? Cannot seem to solve the wrong billing since I joined a few days ago.

    Get a wifi upgrade, my download and upload speed decrease by a third and my ping is constantly spiking. Never go with talktalk.
