@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Hello @TalkTalk I sent you a DM two and a half hours ago and got no response. Very unhappy customer here. Your replacement router has made my internet access worse. @zeninternet how quickly could you set me up if I decided to leave Talk Talk please?

@TalkTalk is the worst provider ever. Avoid them! Had 5 new routers and engineer out multiple times and still can’t seem to get good internet service 🤯 goes down constantly

The person at @TalkTalk has just informed me that they are not willing to pay for Openreach to investigate the line (shown to have stability problems) until *I* have paid for one of their engineers to investigate inside my house. That is another week away.
