    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk has been out of internet almost a week now, tried calling customer care several times. No result till date. Can’t imagine such a poor service that too in UK.

    We need a replacement box and if that isn't forthcoming, I believe you will be in breech of our contract and I'll have to take our business elsewhere - not something I want to do because we're generally happy with @TalkTalk but at the moment I'm paying for an inferior service

    Well @talktalk are at it again. Having seen him with phone or internet service for a month through Oct - Nov the problem after several visits was tracked down to a faulty modem supplied by TT but wait for it...

    @BagenalCharley @TalkTalk Mine has been disconnected for more then a month and after calling them every three days, still not working. They are unprofessional and the UK government should provide for laws to protect the citizens against these abuses.

    @TalkTalk the internet for my company at 20 garden walk metrocentre has been down for a couple days we’ve tried going through your website but no issue has been resolved our router is working just no internet on any device we are trying to connect can this please be looked into

    @TalkTalk we had many internet providers, but surely no one can beat your unreliability, lack of service and poor customer service. Hot weather, cold weather and too much rain can affect your service. Utter disgraceful. I am glad we are changing provider with the new year.
