@TalkTalk I want to let everyone know how exasperated I am with TalkTalk. My husband called them last week to let them know we are moving mid-March and to arrange for our broadband service to be relocated to the new property.

  • LiamTheMason Liam Mason (@LiamTheMason) reported

@TalkTalk I told you the issues the other day and the only advice you have given is the same things that haven't helped the last 2 years. I know you're not to blame as the social media person, but there's a reason people are leaving

  • ashley_lyons08 Ashley Lyons (@ashley_lyons08) reported

@TalkTalk Really?? They guy was thick as pig excrement, his starting line was "Broadband speeds in this area are poor, particularly in upstairs rooms." He got flustered when I pointed out that he'd knocked on the door of a bungalow so there are no upstairs rooms. Then he called me a liar.

  • gwenlee_10 Gwenlee Ashleigh (@gwenlee_10) reported

@TalkTalk Almost 9pm and router is still not here, be expecting my phone call cancelling my contract tomorrow, not even started with you guys and you’ve made a bad impression not impressed on the phone service when I joined, and now this.

  • WorldFamousHot1 ELLIOT EASTWICK'S WORLD FAMOUS HOT SAUCE (@WorldFamousHot1) reported from Glossop, England

Hi @TalkTalk why is my 3g faster than my WiFi? I can't even watch Netflix on it. Get your **** together you divs

  • LiamTheMason Liam Mason (@LiamTheMason) reported

Not to mention @TalkTalk didn't tell me the service I was using wasn't being offered anymore but didn't notify me of any potential upgrade A shame they let the loyalty team down so bad

  • mediacityphysio MediaCityPhysio (@mediacityphysio) reported

@TalkTalk worst company I have dealt with … a heart attack victim wants to cancel Their contract as they don’t need the service and you will charge for termination of contract - disgusting

  • FGMarx Frances (@FGMarx) reported

@TalkTalk Apparently that wasn't possible so there was a drawn out discussion, being put on hold & not being returned to (7 times) about cancelling the service they couldn't provide for us, without charging us a penalty fee!

  • FGMarx Frances (@FGMarx) reported

@TalkTalk Apparently (!) they can't reconnect us and the advice they have given us about some BT service does not work for us. Useless. We are now almost 3 weeks away from our move with no internet/broadband and so much to do that will require the use of the internet.
