@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Dear @TalkTalk Spent 45 minutes on a call@to you yesterday to cancel a service. Got put back to the start 3 times and the person said “sorry, but you’ve just come through to me” Then on the 4th time. Just went dead. How do I go about cancelling a service in under an hour?

@bryndota @TalkTalk GL with that, 48 hours on from no wifi @TalkTalk will still not send an engineer because mother in law doesn't have e-mail so can't reset forgotten password despite 9 hours of "chat" with them, nobody is prepared to "think outside the box" to solve problem that needs that done

Been having really bad broadband connection for several days, outside the scheduled network maintenance work that you've been posting about (Glasgow). I will be looking for compensation as it has been causing disruptions during working hours while I'm on meetings. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk I’ve tried 4 or 5 times since last November to upgrade my broadband to full fibre online, everything seemed to go through each time, but I’ve never received an email or new router from you, and of course no engineer. Seems I must say goodbye.

@TalkTalk I have constantly emailed with only two replies in a month, allegedly a manager has rang twice yet no missed calls or voice messages ! Your company is terrible at customer service and communication, you have my mobile number but don’t try landline as it dosent work

@TalkTalk absolute rubbish service. My fibre wire was broken at home so I contacted them to ask for an engineer The company were very obstructive #fuming and changing companies

@TalkTalk Yet another set of lies from Talktalk, Tuesday 3 calls and 3 different stories Wednesday 2 calls and still no connection. Today 35 minutes on phone with tech support and I'll have to ring you back. Still waiting. Talktalk treat new customers like sh*t...
