    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk The second morning with extremely slow internet in HG5. I worked from home during most of the Strom Eunice last Friday, but I'm not past two days because the internet is being seven-times slower than it used to be.

    @TalkTalk still no call 2 days after I was given a slot to get a call in regards to my complaint!! Please just let me know how I escalate this

    @TalkTalk Good Morning, I have made a complaint and have received nothing but rubbish back saying they are going to fix the problem I have and i am currently still waiting for it to be sorted. I wanted to know if you could help me please

    @TalkTalk Finally they agreed to cancelling the service from the day after we were due to move out and so we thought that was that. Apparently not! This morning at 1am, @TalkTalk cancelled our internet connection.

    @TalkTalk I want to let everyone know how exasperated I am with TalkTalk. My husband called them last week to let them know we are moving mid-March and to arrange for our broadband service to be relocated to the new property.

    @TalkTalk just been told by TalkTalk open reach have given them a target date of being fixed by 28 February. 7 days outage not acceptable in 2022, no excuses can be made. I regret going to TalkTalk, and will Be returning to BT at end of April. They used to get it fixed in 24hrs

    @TalkTalk I told you the issues the other day and the only advice you have given is the same things that haven't helped the last 2 years. I know you're not to blame as the social media person, but there's a reason people are leaving

    @TalkTalk Apparently (!) they can't reconnect us and the advice they have given us about some BT service does not work for us. Useless. We are now almost 3 weeks away from our move with no internet/broadband and so much to do that will require the use of the internet.
