@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk I’m sorry but the service I’m getting is ridiculous, my internet is constantly slow. Why should I pay for a service I’m not getting and you’ve done all the tests before and it’s still rubbish. Time to move on I think 🤨

@TalkTalk my internet has been down again all day. My partner works from home - this is the 5th all day disruption this week. You can’t possible think it’s okay to charge us the full amount of the bill for this month.

Finally back on broadband! Openreach told me that nothing had changed at the box so @TalkTalk could have turned my account back and it would of worked instead of leaving me 11 days with no internet and covid. Dare anyone from TalkTalk call me I will tell them how let down I feel!
