@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk What an experience!@TalkTalk 12 August: broadband broken down 19 August: 1st engineer came to check lines outside, and told me that everything is fine and I need to book another engineer to check things inside the property. (He can’t do anything inside)

So over last week or so I tried switching my homephone & boradband service to Utility Warehouse...What a joke they couldn't even get the order right! Thankfully though I have gone with @TalkTalk who have been brilliant in getting the order processed! Go live 09/09/22👌

@jedd4k @TalkTalk I had the same problem, the tech guy from the services dept. said they will send out a new router in the next 3-5 working days, so another couple of days without internet.

@TalkTalk I've Been on the phone yesterday for hours and today. I am trying to move my full fibre fttp service to my new address only to be bounced to various wrong departments. No one can help me. I've tried to do this through my online account but won't let me. Absolute hassle

@TalkTalk @BTSopenreach 5 weeks without Internet...disgraceful service and no further support given : ( A VERY unhappy house, huge amounts of money spent on data and countless hours calling customer services. Been a customer for years but now wouldn't recommend them. Please help!

@TalkTalk I have contacted them 4 times now. This is unacceptable! I have even asked to make a formal complaint! You need to ask them to contact me! This is absurd asking me to contact them for a 5th time and hold again for over 1 hour!
