    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk After trying to resolve any issues with poor service from @TalkTalk i recommend contacting @Ofcom companies that provide such awful service but happy to keep taking your direct debit need exposing!

    @talktalk Exchange: Eston Grange. Not the payer but Net keeps cutting off for like 5 mins weekly consistently, worst ones were tonight went off TWICE for like 40 minutes, maintenance areas are miles away, Shouldn't be happening the works are nowhere near us.

    @amyforrest26 @TalkTalk Hopefully they compensate you for the poor service. @skytv don't always have the best Internet but their communication & Customer service is pretty good.

    @TalkTalk Too late. 4 hours on the phone go us nowhere. So the family have changed to @BT. Think you might need to train people about dealing with dementia, customer services where told about this! But instead of just letting the account continue they cut her off
