    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk As TalkTalk use the openreach network and it's openreach that installed all the infrastructure including fibre to the telegraph pole at the back of my house for fttp, i thought it would be a simple job just running fibre from the telegraph pole to my property?

    Why is moving broadband to a new address always so ******* ****?! Rang TalkTalk last week to rearrange, was told a date that worked perfectly but they never actually updated it on the system. Always so useless no matter which company I've used.

    I will everyone, please please don't entertain @TalkTalk to provide you with internet! Its shockingly unreliable, they are not in the least bothered so long as you keep paying, and then when you dare to switch provider they've the cheek to be rude, narcissistic and abusive!
