@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk I'm with TalkTalk & had problems last week, but it wasn't their fault it was Openreach. No point in changing internet provider as they all use Openreach's lines.

It's funny how 99% of employees having issues with connecting their work laptop to their home wifi are TalkTalk customers. TalkTalk also seem to be poisoning DNS and breaking AnyConnect.
