@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk Thank you I need to know why my bill has consistently been around £45 per month when the service appears to be worse, and with no difference to use from the household. I switched to your company because you promised £25 per month now we are almost doubled for no reason

@TalkTalk When are you going to resolve my issues with service as again this morning I have no internet and now have to travel 40 miles round trip to the office to work !! 3 months and several engineers have fixed the issue only for it to remain. Told 2-3 days for an engineer again.

@TalkTalk Thank you Ian, I would just like an update on my faulty line, I’ve had no internet when I have needed it most, I sometimes work from home. Plus I have just paid my full bill for a service I have not had provided to me for a week, so I am unhappy to have had to pay this

@TalkTalk absolutely terrible service. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years. Cancelled my package in March and am still receiving emails/bills each month despite customer help chats assuring me that this won’t happen 😡
