    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk hi my internet has been off all day yesterday in Huyton, Liverpool router is flashing red , tried all resets in it , cannot get through to speak to anyone live , just stupid automated voices , can’t u please give me a number so I can actually speak to someone ,thx

    @TalkTalk Worst company ever my contract was up in April so I cancelled and went elsewhere and they have hounded me for £38 cause I cancelled my contract I was not even getting the service they said I would be,total useless company stay well clear

    @TalkTalk I'm trying but not getting anywhere with them. So now we've been left with a choice. No internet service or we pay to fix it ourselves.

    @TalkTalk SIMPLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ABD SUPPORT /ADMINISTRATION IN THE TELECOMS/BROADBAND MARKET PLACE BT NEED TO DROP YOU AT THE EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE 6 MONTH ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED COMPOSING LETTER TO OFTEL AS WE SPEAK ..STAY AWAY FROM TALKTALK

    @TalkTalk we started with a new provider last month, called you to say that we’ve cancelled and you’re still charging us for WiFi. Apparently you never received the cancelled, ridiculous we’re paying for 2 providers in a cost of living crisis because of your incompetence

    @TalkTalk your Internet is utter dogshit. Can barely send a text let alone download anything. 90 gb update on xbox has taken 11 hours and has only downloaded 20 percent. Barely getting 3mbps. ******* **** u *****.

    Never have a problem with @TalkTalk since moving to them…. EXCEPT when logging into MyAccount. My god it is an absolutely horrible experience. Please sort your website out, or even just make an app? Come on guys
