    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk I've seriously had it with your service. I don't want to be angry, but with the current reliability of your service as well as speeds dropping from 20 mb/s to 0.2mb/s I can't cope. I'm finally switching to BT in hope that I can get a better and more reliable service.

    @TalkTalk Hi, we have no internet due to an exchange issue. Please can you compensate for this as we have 4 people paying for extra data currently! Cannot do work either. Thank you

    3 day now talking with @TalkTalk and really getting nowhere customers service at it's best not! over 2 hours now since my last response with themselves should have listened and gone with sky or bt so disappointed
