@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

So @talktalk haven’t fixed the problem and think I need a new router as opposed to it being a network issue. Let’s hope they get it sorted before work on Tuesday. #NHS #EssentialWorker

@TalkTalk Enough is enough. No internet for 12 hours. Ruined NYE. Told its being resolved and someone would be in touch with update. Then phone lines closed early and still no info. Disgusting service and lack of customer care. Will I be renewing at the end of Jan? Errr no..

Yo.... @TalkTalk where the hell is my internet at? (PO16 area code) Had to ask a neighbour to piggy back theirs to do this!! It's been like 6 fricking hours! Y'all understand how much stuff requires a damn internet connection to function properly these days, right?

@TalkTalk Nonono! Talktalk is wonderful, I recommend it 100%, been with you for years! But I've been having awful problems trying to get BT Broadband up and running for my mum-in-law, and I just wanted to recommend talktalk instead to disgruntled BT customers... Happy New Year, talktalk!

@southseamint @TalkTalk Still no Internet, no need for me to DM as you are well aware of the issues in Fareham. Just needs sorting and for @TalkTalk to update users, saying service is dreadful would be too kind.
