    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp government advice still ‘you should continue to work from home if you can’. Due to internet problems in DA3 you are making it very difficult. Reported dozens of outrages over past week and a half. You still can’t seem to commit a permanent solution?!

    @wildcraftbrews We use @TalkTalkBiz. Don't mix up with consumer Talktalk who are awful. Their support on line faults has been superb - they have sent BT OpenReach out the next day every time we have had a fault.

    @TalkTalk Tbh I would like the fault fixed. I know when it’s not working. Does @Ofcom not provide regulations over how long a fault can exist for (especially when it’s impacting over 400 households)!
