@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk I’m horrified at how badly you handle things and at being misinformed, given false information, your departments not communicating and 40minutes bumped around one department to the next before being cut off. PLEASE can someone help!??!?!

@TalkTalk Do you deliberately make it as difficult as possible to resolve an issue? Your staff are so frustrating and incompetent it is becoming a physical pain to speak to them. Does anyone work for you who is actually able to resolve a problem?

@VodafoneUK Tbh it's my mother, she's not on twitter. This is 5 hours now, no Internet. She was with talktalk before and never has this trouble. It's constantly dropping. Not good enough

@TalkTalk I've been on with your customer service for an hour. Trying to bill me for a service I cancelled and got confirmation of cancellation for, then 'waiving' the bill, is not very good or professional.

@TalkTalk are literally the worst. No more than 2/3 hrs connection per day since 20th June. Engineers "sort" the issue for it to go down 10 mins later. Shitshow. Come payment time I'm tempted to pay for what I've received...
