    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    First time we've had trouble connecting to talktalk. Probably DNS servers down or something, TV web apps working fine

    @UNKLEPaulTHX @johnbarrett2468 I concur. Only a year or three ago I discovered TalkTalk properly. I thought they were just another semi cheesy 80’s band…. Oh how ******** I was wrong. 😑

    @John_the_hawk @TalkTalk I told them exactly this on the phone to their foreign call center, three times! They completely ignored me. Zero thinking outside the box or common sense. They can't help if it's not in the script in front of them.
