@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk I have spoken to 6 agent by live chat and 2 by phone it was raised to a manager who was supposed to call back within 48 hours still waiting you should treat your customers better

@TalkTalk you didn't put in your ad that I'd be using all my data and unable to connect at least x5 per week. This weekend has been particularly bad. How long after contract commencement do I have to cancel? I'd rather pay more for broadband that works.

@TalkTalk Broadband go live date 4th October. Second router sent in post STILL NOT WORKING. Like I said on first phone call out of at least 10. Openreach have been messing about in the green cabinet I NEED AN ENGINNEER OUT NOT A NEW ROUTER. I’m a new customer. Sort it out!

@OpenreachHelp sick to death of the internet outage on the Bermuda park estate!!!!! I have contacted OFCOM and made a formal complaint to CISAS. @TalkTalk are useless and do not even know what’s going on!

@TalkTalk And woken up to another day if no internet, I'm sure you will tell me to pop you a DM where you will then run a line test and tell me there is no issues. You will then spend an hour saying unless I tell you who my mobile provider is and wether I'm using their 3g or 4g!@

@TalkTalk What email or twitter do I need to cancel my account. I have had enough. No TV since the middle of August... no means of contacting you on my account page. Absolute no option to reply gto the notice you sent concerning my decision to leave. I canceled dir debit anyway

@TalkTalk Unreliable broadband for two weeks now, and speeds are below guaranteed level anyway. Diagnostic test says no problems but I’m sitting here with no broadband. How can this be sorted?
