@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk Absolutely not Andy. Only the other day you told me there was nothing else you could do, and that if i want an engineer i would have to pay for it. Ive got a new provider now. The terrible support is why you lose customers.

@TalkTalk Could you define what's is meant by TT help? I have been told multiple times your CEO team shall contact me to clarify a deadlock letter & they haven't bothered. Hiding behind their poor call centre colleagues having to deal with customers frustration with the CEO teams failings.

@TalkTalk Another day, another @TalkTalk fail. After several hours on DM yesterday, and their promise to call me today, I’ve now had a message saying they will call me tomorrow. Tomorrow was supposed to be our 2nd delayed connection day. Not looking likely!

@TalkTalk No phone or internet since before 7am, no one to speak to, unable to register fault as it was coming up no fault until much later-useless. Really difficult to find support number, through to automated service, at the end of automated response just said we are closed and call end.
