    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    For Broadband customers of @GiganetUK, BT, EE, SKY, TalkTalk and more, did you know you are entitled to compensation if your service is down or not installed on time? £5.25 per day for delayed installs and £8.40 for delayed repairs after loss of service. 1/2

    @TalkTalk Honestly over 2 months of trying to upgrade. 4times ordered 4 times canceled. Hrs and hrs on the phone. Getting to be a joke. Last time before leaving. Not a good service at all after over 12 years with them
