    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    TalkTalk is literally the worst internet provider I’ve ever encountered. Quality of connection is routinely absolute garbage. Am I just unlucky, or is this just what they’re like?

    @TalkTalk There isn’t any point, Andy. Thank you for your concern but TalkTalk couldn’t help me while I was a customer so I doubt they’ll do anything now I’m not.

    Hey @TalkTalk any chance of an update on when I might have internet back & what compensation I will get? 6 days with no service & only 1 vague text from you isn’t really good enough. I know the issue isn’t of your making but I’d expect to be kept updated by the company I pay

    @TalkTalk I don’t think so I’ve been trying for the last 25 minutes. My go live date is tomorrow I’ve just been told that it’s been cancelled due to technical issue. appalling service😡😡
