@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Hate to be this guy @TalkTalk but I am trying to cancel my contract (which comes to an end on 12/11) and apparently no one can tell me how much I will be charged for my final invoice?? I just want to be told how much I need to make available since I am advised not to cancel my DD

@TalkTalk Having had no service for 3 days, & requested Support TalkTalk have now resorted to provide no updates, no assistance or any help to understand when my service will be restored. Lying is there key speciality & they seem to want not to help. Do not give them your money !

I'm bloody furious @TalkTalk after making me run through tests I told him I'd already done he tells me the problem is fixed and to call back if it isn't. When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.
