    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    Surprisingly 20 minutes after tweeting a TalkTalk rep contacted me. I've just finished my chat with him & guess what? Not enough resource on this platform for him to take this issue further so advice is to call tomorrow! A huge tech company not able to book me an appointment 🤬

    The net is being really screwy tonight, even though I used superglue in an attempt to fix the damn wall socket. But I’ve tried asking @TalkTalk to replace it multiple times now and they’ve not even looked at it

    Anyone else with Talktalk in the Scarborough area? Is your internet as shite as mine? Can't remember a day since the new 5g mast went up that the internet worked. "Connected without internet" and no mobile data either. Why is it so crap?

    @chelsea1tel @TalkTalk I'm having a similar issue in Kidderminster, I spoke to the tech team and there are no issues...but looking at down detectors everyone seems to be reporting the same issue...so why is talktalk lying to me??

    @TalkTalk Have had financial struggles because of the year and my usage has stayed the same three out the year so that has 0 to do with my usage, also when is someone going to give my broadband that hasn’t worked for over two weeks and yet use still neglect the issue and have done nothing

    @TalkTalk I have been a TalkTalk customer for around 15 years and I have never experienced such poor service until now. Updating package to 150 Fibre so the engineer due yesterday never appeared after waiting 4 hours for him/her. 1

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Can't even talk to @talktalk never mind haggle. They charge my wife's 90yr aunt for broadband she doesn't have. Won't talk without details of a mobile phone she doesn't have.
