    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk i need assistance with my grandads old account. You’ve been charging me an annual fee of £50 a year September 2021 and September 2022 but he hasn’t been a customer since January 2021. Contact Centre customer service is appalling and very rude.

    @MisterTomox Avoid Sky at all costs. I've heard a lot of bad things about talktalk but that was years ago, so not sure how they are now. I've been using EE for a few years now with no problems and very decent customer service.

    @TalkTalk WiFi very intermittent in Inverness. Is the service down in this area? Keeps saying "connected without Internet" which is not very useful tbh

    @TalkTalk Help is a very strong word for the service @TalkTalk has provided so far I’ve already had it confirmed that an engineer is required. Something that could have been sorted in a few moments over the phone bit which took days to confirm with Talk Talks ‘AI automation’! Appalling :(

    @talktalk what the hell is going on with my connection? its been consistently slow and always drops out every 5-15 minutes

    @TalkTalk I have tried all sorts, phone calls live chat Twitter You are apologetic but then never follow through and cancel it. An agent sold it me saying there was nothing to pay for 3 months as I am in contract with BT then you billed me

    I’m not holding my breath but @TalkTalk may finally have come though & given me the service I’ve paid for - so online porn may well be on the cards again! ;) I’m joking! (Im a gay man I’m not joking 😝)

    Trying to decide who has the worst customer services. @TalkTalk or @O2 Absolute **** show trying to get anything sorted. The standard dm us isn’t washing with me. You still don’t do anything…. Shame on you
