@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk absolutely useless don’t use & the customer service is something else. They (TalkTalk ) booked an engineer to vist my mums in error and are now threatening to cancel her landline and internet if she doesn’t pay for a engineer she didn’t ask for or even need

@TalkTalk, @TalkTalkGroup how difficult is it to upgrade my broadband to Fibre 65. Your operative got the address wrong, can’t amend have to set up a new contract and cancel old one. Spoken to 3 people so far and been on phone 40 minutes

@TalkTalk why can’t you fix my broadband!?! I have had live chats with seemingly helpful people since it went down at the weekend but they cannot give me any meaningful information beyond “there is a fault outside your house but we don’t know if it’s us or ooenreacg”. Help!!!

@TalkTalk We have been without internet all weekend. Your support are useless and telling us to be patient and not offering any solutions. This is 2023, not 2001. I have never had this with any other company in the last 12 years. Useless company. Goodbye talk talk. Area TW8 0ES
