    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk Internet went down 4pm yesterday. Couldn't get through to any one on the phone. Logged the issue online, to be told it will take 2-3 days to fix. Got through to someone on the chat to be told to message back in three hours. I am working from home, I need this resolved!!

    @TalkTalk hi. I can not fix the problem with broadband. According to your website I receive 70mb to my router, but all my devices at property receiving 1.5mb. This happen after tonight service shortage in London.

    @TalkTalk Since when is a client expected to contact a manufacturer in order to receive broadband?? So months of having next to no service I now have to go out of my way to do your job for you? Have y’all lost your minds and your customer service skills along with it?

    @GiggleJPiggle @TalkTalk Honestly the worst service I've come across. Basically someone else gave my address when changing supplier and I've lost my account. Trying to speak to someone about it is impossible. They just want to charge me an early release fee or get me on a new deal
