    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk Appalling customer service.Twice agreed to upgrade to a full fibre package, had confirmation inc contract documents. Yet, having been passed from dept to dept we are told a week before date we’ve been ‘rejected’. And no-one can/will tell us why.

    AAAARGH just for anyone considering @TalkTalk DON’T!!! Been passed to 5 different people tonight: one I couldn’t hear due to her kids screaming. One guy hung up TWICE. One guy was in a BAR. One guy sounded ******. Now trying to cancel our order and they can’t even do that.

    @OpenreachHelp im swapping to sky broadband (from talktalk) soon but i don't have an ONT in my home. Is there a way of getting one fitted independently in the next week or so? Would save a heap of trouble

    @TalkTalk Sorry but between you and openreach you have made my life hell 5 weeks no internet all because you both can't communicate with each other and takes 5/7 working days to cancel something beside new account can be set up which is disgusting no loyalty to customers

    @autcareandshare You're lucky. Rip off Britain. I switched internet to TalkTalk once (Direct Debit). They NEVER provided with one day service! after 6wks no internet I cancelled DD and went elsewhere. Not satisfied with the 2 DD's they took for nothing, they tried to bill ME for cancelling!

    Hi @TalkTalk I'm trying to log in online to pay my bill and the page keeps coming up with an error saying my session will expire? Is there a problem on the website?
