    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk It's disconcerting you aren't aware of what seems to be a nation-wide issue with TalkTalk. My brother, who lives 250 miles away from me, is having the same issues. Super high pings. Low speeds.

    @TalkTalk You do have a choice to honour those fixed price contracts that myself and others recently signed. You have chosen to ignore those people that you actively encouraged to join on the promise of a fixed price for 18 months or 2 years. Extremely poor service from @TalkTalk as ever.

    @TalkTalk Internet dropped out last night and now tonight at 8:30 , it’s now 22:23 and I haven’t had a connection since. I’ve called up and all they did was sell my mum some Wi-Fi adapter that makes the internet worse so I don’t even use it and now I’m having issues with it.

    @TalkTalk customer service is dreadful. Sent round in circles and then cut off. One click contract is probably not allowed either!

    @Se7Studios @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I was advised to reset my router, it did not work. Then switch it off for 30 minutes but it did not work either. Also, can't log in to my online account due to technical issues, same as last time when the connection went down.
