Dafydd Jones (@drdafyddj) reported from Lindale, England@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Sue White (@SueWhite2014) reported@TalkTalk I am extremely disappointed with the service when I phoned to complain about poor WiFi. After 1 hour 40 mins I ended the call. They said I should upgrade but could not send details by email. Terrible service. I am now looking for another provider.
