@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Hours wasted on @TalkTalk this week. All I got from it is a tight chest and stress. Might as well have talked to my garden wall. Would have been way less stressful. Told to DM, got a sarcastic reply when I did, after which I got no further response to my problems they created.

Ever thought about being a @TalkTalk customer? Well don't! I'm trying to help a very vulnerable lady open an account and all they've done is pass her from pillar to post causing her great upset. If trying to become a customer is this bad imagine how bad being one must be!!

@TalkTalk what's going on with the connection this afternoon? It's been dropping continuously this afternoon. It's really annoying when trying too work and continuously having to reestablish the connection with the work network.
