    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk my almost 88 year old mum has had her phone cut off for nonpayment of a September bill not sent out by you!!! her only means of raising the alarm in the event of an emergency!! Disgusting😠 Reinstated following 6 calls from a mobile .. furious !!

    @talktalk moved house and saved money on my Internet connection by £10 a mth..only thing is. It only works at the front if the house.& I dine live in a mansion..customer service is unreal. You get send a text message that keafs you on to some ai conversation that leads back to

    @TalkTalk I don't usually do this, but you have left my confused, elderly, recently widowed neighbour extremely vulnerable without a working phone for a week now, and don't intend to fix it until next Wednesday. She is unable to use a mobile and relied on her home phone. Awful.

    It's unfathomable how bad @TalkTalk are. Once again looking at menu tiles on my Firestick but can't click through. It's like the lights are home but no one's home! Issues accessing Internet on the phone when data turned off too. *googles new WiFi providers*... Finally!

    @ClareEGabriel3 @TalkTalk @Ofcom They sent me a link. I replied. Wrong tag. I would just ignore them. E mail them. Write to them. Recorded delivery, cancel DD and wait. They will ring you.

    @HelenH85406 @TalkTalk Unbelievably bad. Still not got a box, a week now. Every time I call it takes 45 mins to get through, then you get passed between departments taking another 30 minutes. Each one asking for security verifications. They cant even record the complaint right #talktalk @TalkTalk
