    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    anyone else having trouble with @TalkTalk wifi? I’m meant to be doing my dissertation and can’t get anything done when the wifi cuts off every single day. the prices are going up but the service had apparently gone down.

    @TalkTalk Are you for real . You’ve had 18 months. Talktalk sold me a contract and lied about the speed now you send my account to debt recovery. What a way to treat disabled people

    @TalkTalk I raised a complaint with talktalk on 29th December 2021 - still not had a reply! Do not go for their fibre broadband - their service is appalling!

    @TalkTalk Bloody useless. Never had the upload speed I was promised 18 months later nothing resolved. Asked for copy of file first was told 10 to 15 days now 30. So much for doing more for disabled customers. And NO I’m not going to DM you GOING TO CISAS to report you

    @Edinburghgurl @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp New installs do take a bit of time to settle down & find an optimum speed but if the engineer has left it should be up and running by now. I'd do three things, check to see if you can see the router on your WiFi on your phone - if so it may be you just need to reconnect ur phone

    @TalkTalk Intermittent service again in Bexhill? What is happening I’m a new customer and I haven’t had a constant flow of good service and signal yet it’s such a shame is the maintenance going on in this area? Please advise

    @TalkTalk I see customer service still hopeless. I’ve just spent 40 mins trying to book an engineer you asked me to book - on the number you text me - and had to give up after three operators couldn’t help me. Pls contact me. 🤯

    @TalkTalk How on earth have TalkTalk got the bare faced cheek to advertise Anything on television. Brilliant customer cut off for absolutely No reason. Never missed a payment. No explanation. Don't sign with this Shambles 😕 You'll regret it
