@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk I've never known a system where a customer with the means to pay simply gets peppered with your ridiculous, errant penalty charges. I went from a direct debit customer for over a year to one who hates, literally hates this parasitic company. Roll on a few more days ... 3/

@TalkTalk I'm afraid I couldn't read your reply because I have to register with an organisation I've never heard of to read what's meant to be a secure response? But I'm not complaining about prices having to rise from time to time - it's just not acceptable if the service is poor.

@TalkTalk you are now the third person who has replied on twitter. but nothing happens. which is why we are moving having been with you for years. 2wd have virtually no signal and none of your people , including the one we spoke to for two hours, has even to do anything to help. son

@TalkTalk just placed order for fibre 35 and TV but order processed for fibre 64 and no mention to TV. Existing customer and went through the Add TV section within offers and upgrades in my account on website. Existing contracts ends 10th April

@TalkTalk Stop telling people to “stay safe” that’s ridiculous. Treat your customers better! Disgusting customer service. You pretend to sort the issues in a quick message on here but when privately messaged you disappear and don’t sort anything!

STAY AWAY!!! from @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup the worst BB providers I've ever dealt, no wifi for 2weeks, waiting for BB to get fitted today only to phone them to find out there's a been a knowin problem and it wont be getting installed, no contact from them to inform me, USELESS!!

Oh @TalkTalk come on! Husband, software dev WFH calls because the internet is down. No fault found. 5 mins later a text saying there’s a fault and a 2-3 DAY WAIT!!???!!!! He literally cannot work for three days and gets 21 days hols a year. Come in! Sort it out please!
