@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

Hey @TalkTalk How do people contact you in emergencies? I have vulnerable friend with landline down. Your 'customer service' number cuts out (x10 attempts). All contact info removed from website? Not just poor service but very dangerous 😡😡

@TalkTalk House move switchover failure, you disconnected both properties instead of one, waiting 5 days for an answer, tried to cancel my contract and can’t do that cos systems are down, tried phone, chatting, face book and Twitter and just left frustrated, awful customer service
