They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!

I cant get email and i have rung 8 times spoken to technicians bots and been on the phone hours. They all say it will get sorted but it never does im exhausted with it and my job depends on emails. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
