    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    Hi @TalkTalk I am letting you know that the bill you have sent my mum to be paid this month January 2023 for a service that YOU TalkTalk cut off on 26 October 2022, for no reason and have admitted was a mistake, is not payable ... she is now paying a different service provider

    @TalkTalk Total bad service, not even got cancelled confirmation mail after cancelling the connection. I have been waiting for 2 months for a network connection but still no action taken by @TalkTalk . Hence I cancelled the connection and moved to another vendor. Totally worst experience

    @TalkTalk You’ve said it’s high priority, it’s now been over 12 hours and the issue hasn’t been identified? Realistically we aren’t getting wifi tonight so at least make that clear rather than giving people false hope.

    @connie_m5 @TalkTalk Money came out of people's accounts even though they switched .they rung like me to make sure no renewal I am 60 .I am paying £19 ish and get £80 tesco voucher for food.***** tricks to do this .cost of living crisis.08082231133 consumer help line
