@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk @tristiaharrison @CityFibre 12 days after our fibre was installed we still have no working WiFi. Promised new router has not arrived after a week. Shocking service.

@All4 I sign in and get as far as "Welcome back Michael" then the computer screen goes black. I have an iMac/Safari/@TalkTalk. Who's fault is this? Mine? Yours? TalkTalk's? It's been like this for weeks on end and is never just going to put itself right.

Since the 25th May, we have been trying to get TalkTalk and Openreach to fix the issue. First failed appointment 31st May Her case was made priority by TalkTalk welfare team 1st June Re booked 2nd June - Openreach went to green boxed, failed to go the house.

@str8edgetilpaid @TalkTalk I've literally had the same issues since today. My internet keeps DCing constantly and i can't even do anything... they said my issue is from outside my home and it will be fixed next week, like what? lol

@TalkTalk Terrible service, leaving a vulnerable person who has a life line button linked to a phone line that now doesn't work and have been given an estimate of 2-3 working days for an engineer to look into the problem. Awful.
