@EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

@TalkTalk I contacted you on 1/2/22 and you said full fibre was a different dept. They are totally useless and not at all customer friendly. Promised 8 week lead time and no sign of it yet

The customer service at @TalkTalk is god awful. Being passed around from pillar to post for an hour. I’m trying to shift my wifi from one house to another. Why is it so hard. Why does no one want to help. It’s utterly useless
