@TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

@TalkTalk your service is a joke right now! No internet all night last night. Still none this morning. Online it says phone line opens at 8am but you ring and it says we are currently closed! What is going on…..I’m working from home and have children trying to home school!!!

@TalkTalk Live in SO32 and have had no wifi since yesterday eve. All checks through website say no issues with our connection. All lights on boxes flashing as normal. Is there a mast issue? Costing a fortune in data and working from home a nightmare! HELP!

@Real_GSW @TalkTalk Get your complaint number and deadlock letter, then you can report them! They are just separate company giving scripted answers. I am in the process of reporting them. Also, they cant charge for leaving as they have broken the contract agreement.

@TalkTalk @markghaddock That's strange because when I rang this morning to report no Internet or phone line I was told there was an outage. Also dudley area and its still not come back on!!!
