    If anyone's thinking of going with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup for their broadband then don't. They're support is not 24/7. No Internet since Sunday. 6 hours in chat and phone calls with them and finally they agreed to send new router, arriving in 2 to 3 days time. Rubbish.

    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @EmmaYhnell @TalkTalk Switch providers, refuse to pay early release (I.e. cancel the direct debit). If they threathen to sue/bring in bailiffs cite breach of contract. The law is on your side here.

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking I've tried to report faulty router, I've been on chat for over hour taken box apart u have run test after test to be told I need try micro filter which I have done still nothing & u want to keep running test. It's a new router I need!!

    @Hyperoptic @alisonjyoga Your service is far worse than your public persona. You are now at the same level as TalkTalk was for several years. A horror story.

    @TalkTalk Go on let’s see if you can as over 100 calls 2 new routers 2 open reach visits and new phones hasn’t an promise of call backs is a waste of time ie you don’t call back. Rubbish customer service departments shut by 6pm what about people that work and the chat bot is useless

    @TalkTalk Some customers are unable to receive calls not alone access an account and you don’t seem to be to bothered to do anything about it ow over 2months down the line threatening to charge elderly with open reach call outs when open reach have reported back it’s your issue

    @TalkTalk I’m with a friend who has #TalkTalk She is very unwell - a walking medical encyclopedia and needs internet to help manage her connected medical devices. She’s in the countryside with no usable mobile data. Her router stops working and we try to get support. Read on to learn more…
