Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk today. No internet for 10 days but I can get them to fix their issue as long as I pay them to. I pay for a service I am not currently getting, surely your responsibility to fix it? I asked to speak to a manager they wouldn’t talk to me.

4/4 He remains in hospital, his life in the balance. Still no service, no communication, no help from @talktalk @openreach. Are they perhaps culpable? Is their neglect of duty complacent or actually responsible? Today the family receive a bill. What should they do legally?

@TalkTalk Have sent a message. I really don’t understand why it so difficult to cancel services… well I do but it’s wrong! You are not the only company that I’m experiencing difficulties with which makes me wonder how folk without access to technology and social media cope!

@TalkTalk It’s impossible to raise a complaint regarding your renewal process and unacceptably long waiting times. A customer complaints manager was due to revert within 24 to 48 hours and this never happened. Unacceptable and disappointing customer service. Time to leave!!
