@TalkTalk Day 4 of paying for a service. This is absolutely not good enough. At a time like this, we are totally disconnected from family. I’m not able to FaceTime my mother, who’s at home alone with 2 broken ribs. We need this sorted today!

Kept on hold for 1:55 by @TalkTalk! Whilst I appreciate current circumstances mean less staff I don't appreciate call being answered, issue explained and then call ended, probably because they're going to have to replace equipment! #ShockingCustomerExperience

@TalkTalk We messaged last weekend as our internet cut out for a couple days. LAST WEEKEND. Yet again, same issues less than a week later! This is unacceptable! We even had an engineer sent out who checked our line and said it was fine, so it’s a problem your end to fix today!!!

@AmandaHudson_70 @TalkTalk They are trying to charge me for July now in dm, wowser what an awful company. In my email it says I can cancel by 1st of July with no get out charges. I've not used Talk Talk since 15th June my last direct debit was 11th June 😫

@gilly_971 @TalkTalk Sick of them Gilly, the only reason they say you have to ring is so they can offer better deals, did this a few months ago but still they decide to put prices up out of the blue. Too late, I have a new provider now, better customer service too x

Never, ever go with @TalkTalk you get given an option to get out of your contract with no get out charges by the 1st of July if you are not happy with a price increase but get told you have to make your 11th of July payment too 😟

@annetho15553799 @TalkTalk You are right there Anne, I can't cancel my direct debit, they will owe me 3 weeks, you pay in advance. I've not used Talk Talk since last Tuesday. House phone not needed, pay for it but never use it. Have just broadband with new supplier x
