    @TalkTalk Day 4 of paying for a service. This is absolutely not good enough. At a time like this, we are totally disconnected from family. I’m not able to FaceTime my mother, who’s at home alone with 2 broken ribs. We need this sorted today!

    @TalkTalk have no clue on customer service or listen to their customers! Can anyone recommend any decent broadband suppliers? Come April these awful people will not get a penny more off me!

    @TalkTalk never take accountability for their service failures! They do not even have a policy to deal with vulnerable individuals. As for their complaint procedures, it’s shockingly long winded, over processed and at the end of it you get a rubbish response saying no failures!

    @TalkTalk Thank You I have had the details on how to return it, my issue is you charging my 86yr old mother £50 because she’s thrown it away and you only just informed her that it needs returning. The depths you go to to get money out of the elderly is frankly appalling
