  @TalkTalk just sending a message like requested. We have checked in the service centre and it says it’s all good but we still aren’t able to use the wifi? No pages load or it’s extremely slow and we are sitting in the same room as the router, please advise?

  @TalkTalk my broadband keeps dropping every five minutes or so and has been since last night, yet your service checker says there's no problems?

  @ruthbratt I use NOW broadband which is part of Sky & have had no problems. Where fibre isn't available they use some form of replication software to get fibre speeds. The only other supplier to do this is talktalk who should be avoided at all costs
