    @Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

    @andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

    So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

    @TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

    @TalkTalk Double check the PO18 area because the connection is tosh. 2 computers and a phone is hard work for the best router/fastest speed combination? Ongoing issue since 2016.

    @TalkTalk Hi, my day would be better if I could actually work from home. 72 hours resolution time still isn't acceptable when your service has been awful. I am not the only customer with this issue, which suggests this is not an issue with my line. What is the actual issue here?

    @LBC @NickFerrariLBC She couldn't run TalkTalk without hundreds of thousands of customers being victims of hackers. She couldn't get Test & Trace to work despite throwing £37 Billion at it. And now she wants to be in charge of the National Health Service? Absolutely not.
