    So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

    @TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

    @Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

    @TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know it. They said it’s been activated now but it’s not working.. So I need to see when I get home what the issue is.

    @TalkTalk hi. I have no service. Urgently trying to find a telephone number but the website asks me to log in then takes me round in circles and asks me to log in again and I’m using up all my data. We have a training course at 9.20.

    Typical of talktalk won't reply when they are found out and they don't see people are as stupid as they think when looking for excuses to mid contract price hike above there %3.7 increase to %14 yet offer same service at same price at start of your contract misleading service
