    @TalkTalk No... I would need to check that later if it happens again. All I’ve done is the service status. My phone has even popped up with a message saying it’s connected but there’s no internet connection on two occasions.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know it. They said it’s been activated now but it’s not working.. So I need to see when I get home what the issue is.

    @TalkTalk I signed up almost a month ago, I've reset and retuned the tv a number of times, still no free view channels, I also had to purchase network Connectors £40!, something else I wasn't told about, please can someone help otherwise I will cancel the direct debit 07481118690

    So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

    @Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

    @TalkTalk The internet is not working. Calls are not being answered, data has been wasted and so has money. This been happening since the 6th of January. According to law you owe me £56 compensation and a lot of others more. When are you going to resolve this??!!

    @owlsfan83 @TalkTalk They've always had a **** reputation mate. @TalkTalk were the service provider when i bought my house. Ditched them straight away. Wouldn't touch them if they were the last provider on the planet!

    @TalkTalk disconnected us for a month due to their negligence. Told us we’d be reconnected on the 11th. Engineer did nothing. Told us they’d send an emergency one round today. Never turned up. Told us we now won’t have wifi for another month which has caused a huge loss of income

    @TalkTalk Problem is bereavement team let me down badly as dad all other debts I spoke to. Has been shocking to say the least amd stressful at the most difficult time of our lives!!!

    @TalkTalk I rang and complained about the lack of communication and was told I'd get a call back from a manager at 6. I didn't receive any call I've now had a message saying since we've not heard from you for some time we're closing the complaint.

    @TalkTalk Hi, are there any internet problems reported in NE40? Elderly mother-in-law relies on email and internet services as her hearing is poor. Her router indicates she may have lost internet in - two computers and neither is connecting.
