    Please anyone out there do not entertain using @talktalk totally treating my old age pensioner parents like shit. Tried to switch to them and completely messed it up. Cut the virgin cables so now left in limbo and don’t want to sort it out. Please share

    @TalkTalk another day without emails. I have held a lineone and tiscali account for nearly 20 years. The last 2 years have been shocking with the emails not working. I assume you want us to leave

    @TalkTalk again provide diabolical service. A #vulnerable #disabled #pensioners contract term ended 3 years ago, TT continue to overcharge £16 per month for unusable service. Total overcharge circa £600. Complaint made, refund £0. #DISGRACEFUL #UnethicalCompany #Robbery #Cowboys

    @TalkTalk I've been a loyal TT customer for many years and have recently moved house. I was told that for 10 days I would not have my new landline or broadband in my new house. However this10 days became 10 days + 3 + 3 + 5 HELP PLEASE 07780654046 no one is doing anything!!!!!

    @TalkTalk They’ve tried to cancel as it was one disaster after another with your engineer but they still keep getting texts saying they are having trouble connecting them even though they have cancelled and they also cut the virgin phone line leaving them without a landline

    @kriskiwim @vibeavape @TalkTalk 2nd this, my room with my ps4 is in the furthest point in the house from the router, never any problems, downloads could be a bit faster but I do live in a rural area so can't complain too much!

    @DavidDarnes Agreed, but also have been with Virgin and paid double for 300Mbp/s, and got similarly bad customer service Neither one has worked well with my own router, the Virgin one required it to be the modem and TalkTalk said they monitor download speeds via the router, so I need

    @DavidDarnes TalkTalk - good speeds (due to York UFO) - 1000Mb/s down Reliability can be hit or miss, can sometimes drop to below 300 and have been told by customer service that ‘light can’t slow down’ so it’s me not them (which is 💩)
