    So last December @TalkTalk cancelled my account. 6 months later I am still receiving bills from them despite the fact I have been with BT since Christmas. They don’t answer my calls or my letters. Such APPALLING service as per!

    @TalkTalk The last engineer has just left telling us it is an outside problem. A message comes to check inside house. For the 4th time. Mum complains on a text message and someone says they can help. First question.. Are you having issues with calls on the line? Does anybody read the notes

    @Shinobi_Neil @TalkTalk Yeah; it’s utterly dire. Like, THEY cut me off and mercifully I have found a better provider but it’s the principle. I’m not their customer any more but every month my “bill” drops into my emails.

    @TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!

    @andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

    @TalkTalk Can I suggest you read all the notes that must be on her account before anyone gets in touch again. Mum is completely fed up with the same basic questions and the same response that an engineer comes and says that it is an exchange problem. Then nothing gets done.

    @TalkTalk my mother has had 4 engineers to her house since February as she has had trouble with the land-line. Each one has told her the problem is outside the house. She hadn't been able to use the phone since Feb and each time she calls you, it is the same.

    @TalkTalk No point sending you a DM. You don't do anything about it. I've been on the phone to every different department and still nothing happens. They either just pass you around the world or cut you off. I'll just come here everyday to complain so people can see how bad you are.

    I was advised an investigation would be opened. At 1pm, I found out he had died that morning. Naturally, I didn’t chase this investigation. 28/07 I called @talktalk to have the account closed due to the death of the service user. After repeatedly having to explain the reason why

    @TalkTalk Can't believe how shocking the service is from Talk Talk. I cancelled back in July and have call recordings and chat screen shots to prove it, yet they are still billing me and now passed the amount on to a debt recovery service.

    @TalkTalk Could you please make sure I get compensated for forcing me to stay without broadband since 24th July to 30th August and another 10 days for new provider to start service. And in that period apart from an engineer checking the exchange nothing else was done, bunch of liars.
