    So been trying to sort @TalkTalk internet issue for the past few hours and now no response after 10 so I guess I am just stuck with no access to the internet, absolutely shocking service, incredibly unhappy with lack of customer care and never take any blame for their issues.

    @TalkTalk the company for noone! Sends out engineers who lie about what the problem is and could have fixed it with new router but didn't. Instead he put it through as fixed! Well done! Good scam there, cause they'll still keep charging! 👍🤔

    Also @TalkTalk if your customer help ends at 10pm maybe give the customer a little heads up before just logging off halfway through checking their connection, this service is getting ridiculous now so unproffessional and rude.
