My 85 yr old Aunty has now had NO internet from @TalkTalk for 10 days and repeated NO SHOWS from engineers being blamed by TT on @openreach @BTGroup letting down this vulnerable single pensioner in not fixing her link to the outside world #disgraceful

@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

@TalkTalk your website is going round in circles today on mobile and laptop. And Fast Fibre speeds were terrible this morning at just 33Mb; better now at 150Mb but nowhere near the 500Mb I'm paying for. I can't access website chat (see above). Can someone get in touch to help?

The problem is the wording @talktalk. It's not a new order. It's a transfer of telephone number. You don't state this, and now it is costing us and others. You NEED to update your website to state you need to transfer your number

@TalkTalk customer for less than a day and already considering leaving. FTTP 500 set up yesterday, 0.00 upload speeds, streaming services like Netflix and iPlayer seem to be blocked, and been on hold with an agent for over 40 minutes now. Good job I kept my vodafone fibre live
