@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

I don't normally go in for the name-and-shame thing, but I'm actually crying with frustration now. After months of abysmal lack-of-service from @TalkTalk I've finally managed to get their chatbot agent, only to be dismissed, belittled and then cut off. All I want is working wifi.
