    Well with #didoharding in charge it pretty much guarantees that if you ring up with a complaint then you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak decent English she was the CEO of @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk how am I ment to get through to anyone to sort out my broadband when all your call centres are closed. I have an issue and cant get through to anyone. All I get is call up but cant due to them being closed. Worst customer service I have ever felt with

    @TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    @TalkTalk I have just spent an hour with your billing department to make one final payment on my account. It was a painful hour spent trying to hear each other speak. Communication should be your strong point. Very unsatisfactory service.
