I have an ongoing complaint against @TalkTalk it seems that it’s beyond their capability to ring me from the UK. The overseas call centres are beyond useless at resolving issues when my contact is up it will probably be bye bye then

@shaunsp1 @TalkTalk It’s ironic I was going to get the FREE Box & take a BT Sport package from them I already get sky sports on a good deal but now it looks like it will be bye bye because of their idiocy they certainly now how to P off a customer first class at that

The Totally useless @Talktalk have sent me an email telling me they have cancelled sky sport as agreed but they have still managed to send me a bill that charges me for it. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

I also work from home and there is the risk of home schooling in Jan. do you have a plan for this customer

1/ Just spent the last 4 hours trying to solve a billing problem with @TalkTalk. Called their Indian call centre twice and spent an hour on their live chat. Same result: feeling of being scammed and pure frustration.

5/ @TalkTalk After the script was sent, the live chat gets disconnected and I get kicked out from it. I feel like I just got scammed, helpless and under the threat of some Final Bill reminder. 4 hours wasted, for a £37.50 bill and still no solution.
