    Well I get an letter from @TalkTalk offering me a new TV box if I take out a new contract ring up to do that and nobody knows anything about that in their useless call centres & DM to TalkTalk support fell on totally dear ears Major fail in customer relations 😡👎👎👎👎

    I have an ongoing complaint against @TalkTalk it seems that it’s beyond their capability to ring me from the UK. The overseas call centres are beyond useless at resolving issues when my contact is up it will probably be bye bye then

    @openreach splines are in 2/3 months I can get @sky @bt @EE @Talktalk then get rid of @virginmedia forever cant wait, but if it is crap after @virginmedia, who cares thet are still shite 🖕🖕🖕

    @PHIL180IOM @TalkTalk I’ve been with them a long time had a few hiccups along the way but generally find service quite good it’s just the overseas call centres that are totally useless got email address of UK director that normally gets things sorted

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

    The Totally useless @Talktalk have sent me an email telling me they have cancelled sky sport as agreed but they have still managed to send me a bill that charges me for it. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

    @autcareandshare You're lucky. Rip off Britain. I switched internet to TalkTalk once (Direct Debit). They NEVER provided with one day service! after 6wks no internet I cancelled DD and went elsewhere. Not satisfied with the 2 DD's they took for nothing, they tried to bill ME for cancelling!

    @TalkTalk You have now had plenty chances to call us. Waited for a call today between 4.00 and 5.30, again no call received. This has now been going on too long. Ombudsman it is. Your customer service is a disgrace

    No one you speak to knows what to do so you get passed around. The Customer Service is clearly contracted out to people in their own homes (or pubs). @TalkTalk PLEASE CANCEL OUR ORDER!!! We had ONE question about but after 2 days of calling just want to cancel the whole thing

    AAAARGH just for anyone considering @TalkTalk DON’T!!! Been passed to 5 different people tonight: one I couldn’t hear due to her kids screaming. One guy hung up TWICE. One guy was in a BAR. One guy sounded ******. Now trying to cancel our order and they can’t even do that.

    @TalkTalk it's frustrating enough that my WiFi is not working but waiting so long between questions when DM'ing your agents is incredibly tedious. Spent time last night and again tonight (now for the second time). At least they haven't just disappeared like last night

    @CarolLa13282625 @TalkTalk @openreach I used to be an OR customer facing engineer. The care alarm company may do a 3G fallback enabled alarm, give them a call tomorrow and ask. As far as the phone line goes, has it been raised as a welfare case? Is anyone else effected?
