Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!

Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work.
