Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

Get another text at 6pm saying they’ve done it. Fantastic service at any time but especially on Christmas Day. Thanks!
