You said I'd have a call back two times and nothing. I've phoned every day and done the same checks and you still can't fix it. Sky and EE would have fixed it.

While on the phone to them they are saying it’s fine as I watch my tablet, tv and laptop all tell me full bars WiFi but buffer constantly!? How do I leave!? 😩🙏🤯

They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me.
