    @TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

    @gbaigel @TalkTalk Funny how they always want to reply by DM never want to show just how bad they are at customer service. They do not employ anybody in the U.K. you can speak to

    @davemacladd Also headed up TalkTalk through its cyberattack shambles and when asked if customers data was encrypted said “ The awful truth is I don’t know” Tory born bred and ennobled and as talentless as the rest.

    @TalkTalk Internet down. Can't log in for support as your website says my email address is too long??? And I can't get through to your phone support as the wankers who work for you hangup before i can get through. This is breach of contact, end it early now.

    Well with #didoharding in charge it pretty much guarantees that if you ring up with a complaint then you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak decent English she was the CEO of @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Are you kidding me! I paid £20 to watch Sky Sports box office and now my talk talk WiFi is buffering. It is marginal. Absolutely rubbish service

    Anyone else on Talktalk? *******, it's impossible to get to speak to them on phone or via online chat. They just disconnect before you can get through. Surely to god this is breach of contract on their behalf

    Talktalk could avoid all this negative publicity if they just provided U.K. call numbers they really are the pits at providing customer service. Hope somebody takes them to court one day

    @TalkTalk Have too use my data on my phone it’s that bad, been through it all trying to sort it but I just get told it’s ‘good’ not to worry though be switching providers

    @gbaigel @TalkTalk I know I’ve also had dreadful service from them when things go wrong it’s nigh on impossible to get anything done. If they just had 1 centre in the U.K. dedicated to sorting escalating problems would be a huge improvement.

    @Capricorn_1 @TalkTalk Absolutely guarantee you won’t get to speak to anybody that can speak good English @TalkTalk are the worlds worst when you have a problem if they guaranteed only uk call centres they would double their customer numbers but senior management is as thick as pig 💩👎👎👎

    @TalkTalk cut off internet after 8 days as a new customer. Took full monthly payment. Cut off 5 days before due to. Refusing to turn it back on and now loss of earnings for 3 of those 5 days as having to work from home due to lockdown. Can only turn it back on if I sign back up!

    @TalkTalk I must have experienced the worst customer service I have ever recieved over the last week. Great when working & taking your money, but when something isn't working. Oh boy! Time for another provider. I'd avoid.

    @TalkTalk Internet went down on Yesterday 29/11, It's gone again now, it's now becoming very frustrating. I'm in the CH15 area. I've done all troubleshooting, cable is currently in master phone socket but still no connection. Need help please. I'm working at home.

    @TalkTalk No internet for 3 days now new router sent out and still no connect spoke to 3 different people who told me 3 different problems just coming to the conclusion use haven’t got a clue now

    @TalkTalk Please, please can someone sort out my hopeless broadband speed. So slow for the whole week. And connection so erratic I cannot even run a speed test. Don't tell me it's the router... it works fine when the connection is working OK. Am at wits' end, cannot work.

    @TalkTalk I have been having issues for more than 2 years and all I get is a quick fix till the problem happens again. It took almost 3 months and lots of chasing to finally get a reply to my complaint. I will not make the same mistake again once my contract with #Talktalk ends
