@TalkTalk Your own website states i can leave within 20 days. Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. Any advice would be appreciated.

Save to say, @TalkTalk have been consistently bottom of the pile customer service wise this year for me and have given me the most grief. I'm looking forward to my contract with them ending in a couple of months. Never again.
