nick (@TheNickAllen) reported from Urmston, England@TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.
-
Mike McGunigle (@headof5) reported from Up Holland, EnglandSigned up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

-
Stuart Davidson (@Stuart511) reported from Warrington, England@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?
-
Charlotte 🐝 (@carcrashcharlie) reported from Moulton, EnglandI have never known worse customer service than we have had from @TalkTalk over the past few WEEKS. allie ♥️ (@alliewillie38) reported@TalkTalk You have a whole string of messages from this am. I’m repeating myself for around the 6th time and you have no desire to help, all you do is stall the process.
-
Neil Russell (@rusticman991) reportedWhat is going on with TalkTalk ? My WiFi suddenly cut off hours ago. I can't login to my account. It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.
-
Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
-
Sam (@sammypinky1990) reported@TalkTalk absolutely terrible customer service and even worse internet service! 100% would not recommend, emailed customer service giving it 14 days for a response and will follow up with ofcom as it’s impossible to have a conversation with anyone who can help.
-
crystalporterxoxo (@baddieslovecloc) reported@TalkTalk my internet is not working this is so annoying got work to do I’ve switched it off and restarted it still showing white but no internet connection.
-
sabu zachariah (@sabu_maramon) reported@TalkTalk I am totally disappointing about the service I have received from talk talk . I spoke to a manager more than an hour still not sorted.

JamesOMahoney (@JamesOMahoney) reported@TalkTalk Your company has a rating of 1.2 on Trustpilot. This complaint has being going on for months. @TalkTalk is a Disgrace as a company and should be closed down

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi UK comms infrastructure is regulated by Ofcom, with BT competing against Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and others for broadband—Royal Mail has rivals like Hermes and DPD too. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?
