They have cancelled my go live date, not delivered router and can't give me any update! I'm now having to shield with my elder parents as it is the only place I can get Internet to work from home. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
