    The Totally useless @Talktalk have sent me an email telling me they have cancelled sky sport as agreed but they have still managed to send me a bill that charges me for it. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

    @TalkTalk how come my WiFi router flash’s orange and white at least twice an hour !!! I’ve not had a full day uninterrupted service since I joined , yet you still charge me full whack for faster fibre !!!

    @TalkTalk Been in further contact with this cowboy outfit. They won’t let you cancel if you move and go into rental where you get WiFi included without charging you extortionate ‘breakage’ figures. Outrageous and scandalous. @telegraphmoney
