Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. You ran tests, changed settings, took details & told me to switch it off again. Problem remains. I've been your customer for all of a week. I'm beyond disappointed. Good luck collecting it I will cancel my direct debit before the due date if not resolve

No I do not agree to paying potential charges for an engineer coming out when I have not had the service that I pay for from you. If anything I would like compensation for having to use my data and not having the service I have paid for !

Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

West Midlands Case Management LTD (@WMCMltd) reportedWe are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. The Information Comissioners Office have been contacted and a complete case file will be sent to them along with Solicitors for potential legal action.
