Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong.
