The list jockeys drive me to distraction and no-one actually owns the problem. Seriously tempted to switch. I will wait to see if my issues are suitability resolved first. Watch this space.

My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. I'm seriously thinking of switching as the problems with TalkTalk are wracking up and it's wearisome trying to get them to resolve them.

And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
