    @TalkTalk No. I'm in Skelmersdale. You have an outage somewhere. Been like this since 12am. Comes on for an hour, goes off for 4 hours. I'm not wasting my time with stuff that's not my fault. Done this too many times in the past.

    @TalkTalk Honestly it’s an almost daily occurrence and I’ve done this DM all your details thing before and frankly there is never any resolution so I won’t thank you - I’m sure talktalk must know where the service isn’t working

    @TalkTalk How come your customer service desk didn’t know anything about this issue. I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone and they had me doing line checks. This is poor communication on Talk talk’s behalf. You should be called Talk Less 😬

    @TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

    Don't ever get @TalkTalk broadband, it's awful. Goes off quite regularly and sometimes it's off for multiple hours like today. They will deny it's their fault aswell. Trash ISP.

    @TalkTalk WiFi connection ok but no internet?!? Seventh time since beginning of April, been through all the resets, test etc with inline help but it keeps happening. Never had any issues before what has changed? Really interrupting my work which is causing major problems.

    if anyone knows how to report a company for not stopping bothering me, EVERY DAMN MONTH EVEN AFTER CANCELLING THE CONTRACT, I'm all ears. I do know how to read, not like @TalkTalk
