    @TalkTalk Was never able to get in contact with you via Facebook email or phone only wanted to contact me when I decided to leave . And I have to pay for privilege to do so . Well when you want my final payment take me to court and I will sing from the rooftops about how bad you are .

    Don't ever get @TalkTalk broadband, it's awful. Goes off quite regularly and sometimes it's off for multiple hours like today. They will deny it's their fault aswell. Trash ISP.

    @TalkTalk No. I'm in Skelmersdale. You have an outage somewhere. Been like this since 12am. Comes on for an hour, goes off for 4 hours. I'm not wasting my time with stuff that's not my fault. Done this too many times in the past.

    My 85 yr old Aunty has now had NO internet from @TalkTalk for 10 days and repeated NO SHOWS from engineers being blamed by TT on @openreach @BTGroup letting down this vulnerable single pensioner in not fixing her link to the outside world #disgraceful

    @TalkTalk you have got a nerve to try and get me back . 2 months of ignoring me on line on phone . Finally when I’m leaving you want to talk this is my service on a good day now you want £97 for leaving

    @TalkTalk Still no Internet. What the hell is going on? Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. This is the final blow for me.

    @TalkTalk I know that but these are charges because I had no choice but to cancel my contract. Now I am getting all sorts of emails saying I owe £300. There are plenty of emails and still no one has contacted me. I don't believe I should be charged for the result of a faulty box. Thanks.

    @TalkTalk I can never speak to a technician - always busy - I pay my bills and I am having terrible service - the speed of my broadband is 18.3 - should be 35 - can TalkTalk explain why! I’m going to BT! Crap service!
