@TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

@becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

@TalkTalk the worst kind of customer support I received and no proper training to the customer support staff who provide misinformation and the supervisor and team leader’s are not at all helpful. Talked to Brooke from homes transfer Belfast, who was very rude and frustrating.

@TalkTalk shocking support for elderly customers. Outsourced Customer support cannot deviate from their script and it is impossible to act on behalf of my parents to raise an engineer call from a different address. Impossible to talk to any cat the Salford Uk headquarters.

@TalkTalk No internet for 5 days so far- in north London!- been told this is an open reach point issue and that it will be resolved on the 17th/18th!!! That is Another week ahead without internet. Now I have to pay for more phone data. Very very disappointing.

@TalkTalk No. I've sent you DM's in the past and got nowhere. Always run the same tests and call or chat ends with someone saying it will improve and it doesn't. I'm tired of liars so I won't talk them anymore. Just fix it on your end, you know its **** but you won't admit it.

@TalkTalk Your broadband is awful. Connection drops multiple times throughout the day for 20-30s. I've done everything to make it work on my end and nothing works so it's something to do with end. Will be ripping up my contract with you scammers soon.
