Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

@becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

@TalkTalk this is the worst customer service I’ve had in my life phone out down five times I’m in work it’s took a hour the manager I’m speaking to is singing down the phone he doesn’t know I’m online as he can’t here me. The other staff member couldn’t be assed put phone down

@TalkTalk I joined 2 months ago and they promised £75 prepaid card never received it never heard about it again and their chat help is useless they slow and keep asking you if you there every minute of not for 1 minute they will disconnect you. Absolute useless,avoid if you can!

@TalkTalk Morning! I've got no internet. Have raised an incident with online chat agent. I've been told it can take up to 5 working days for an engineer to call me back. Is this normal? I'm working from home but now I will have to go into the office during a pandemic, possibly for 5 days!
