    @becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

    @ayeshahazarika Baroness Dido used to be C.E.O. of TalkTalk plc when there was enormous breaches (twice!) of security of their customer database.

    Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

    @TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    @TalkTalk My internet in EDi is down for past hour, been trying to reset router nothing works!! All the helplines are convenient closed for today and when I run the broadband test its seems like im connected which is bollocks. Im working from home and NEED my internt!!

    @TalkTalk Shocking service from @TalkTalk , Just wasted an hour of my life trying to get a fault on my landline fixed, only to realise I was connected to a chatbot. No indication problem was even logged by a human, just trite scripted responses triggered by a list of keywords.
