    @becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

    @TalkTalk this is the worst customer service I’ve had in my life phone out down five times I’m in work it’s took a hour the manager I’m speaking to is singing down the phone he doesn’t know I’m online as he can’t here me. The other staff member couldn’t be assed put phone down

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 3. My broadband speed is now only hitting 8-9mbps at a maximum, I have made multiple formal complaints on this issue and still getting nowhere. How can a company charge £40 for an engineer visit when he 1. Doesn't fix my broadband

    @TalkTalk my WiFi has been so slow for the past 4 days. It's a pain waiting for music to play for my baby. Or trying to work whilst he naps and waiting for WiFi to kick in.

    Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    @talktalk @TalkTalkBizCare @MoneyTelegraph part 2. The work he done faulted my broadband and stopped working (talk talk have charged me £40 for this visit which made my issue worse) another 3 engineer visits later from openreach issue is still ongoing and actually worse

    @TalkTalk I have written confirmation that you told me you removed my mobile number from your system. I gave you final warning not to use it. You sent me a text today on my mobile despite requesting NEVER to use it. You are harassing me. This is now a legal issue.

    Happy bank holiday @VodafoneUK disappointed I can’t get my broadband at £19 as advertised due to @TalkTalk disconnecting my landline without informing me! Spoke to 4 different people today including Sam, Alice and Charlotte. Only Charlotte could sort the issue

    @TalkTalk really poor service guys. I placed an order, given a date, not heard anything just called and told this is going to take longer than originaly date. No information sent out, not ETA on install, being left high and dry. Came to you as thought was better now!

    @TalkTalk this must be the worst supplier in the country. I have my 4th engineer visit this Wednesday. They just ran a test and now my streaming is buffetting. Useless they are.#talktalkcustomerservice
