    @becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

    Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    @TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

    @TalkTalk I have sent you account number on your threat. Go and check if you supply internet to us. Check why you couldn't. Then check why you are demanding money for a service you do not provide. It's so bloody simple to do. Then sort the problem. Then apologise.

    @TalkTalk I will wait for more threats from you as it will increase the compensation I can claim for your abuse. You only need to check the account number on your demand for money for a service you do not provide to resolve this. You refuse so that's what the court will be told.

    @TalkTalk 42 hours now without full fibre service in Wolverhampton but appears country wide. Obviously very serious network breakdown and Talktalk unable or unwilling to provide any definitive information regarding the nature of the problem or a timescale for a solution.

    @TalkTalk You clearly have no education. I told you no DM. No phone calls you only need the account number to see you are threatening us and we are not your customer. I am not wasting hours on the phone on hold. It needs to be public so others see how useless you are.
