@TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

@TalkTalk Why are you so hell bent on resetting the 5ghz band to the same band as everyone else. I have to redo this every couple of days. It is such bad service to keep deliberately making our customer experience worse!

I am so ******* excited to switch to BT wifi. Been using @TalkTalk wifi for years now and has easily been the worst provider out of the 4 or so we have been with. Their customer service are ******* idiots and the router collapses on itself every 6 months. Going to be actual bliss
