@ukaudiophile @TalkTalk @zeninternet Oh interesting-thank you. I've not heard of Zeininternet. I will look into this. I'm seriously thinking of switching as the problems with TalkTalk are wracking up and it's wearisome trying to get them to resolve them.

Fuming! Problems with my @TalkTalk Internet. Support arranged an engineer to visit. Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

@TalkTalk I have left talktalk now, completely useless. Never again would I use talktalk and neither would I be recommendeding anyone to use it. Infavr I will be advising anyone who mentions is to avoid your company. I was hung up on 8/9 times when trying to cancel my contract.
