My 85 yr old Aunty has now had NO internet from @TalkTalk for 10 days and repeated NO SHOWS from engineers being blamed by TT on @openreach @BTGroup letting down this vulnerable single pensioner in not fixing her link to the outside world #disgraceful

Fuming! Problems with my @TalkTalk Internet. Support arranged an engineer to visit. Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged £50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the £50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

@TalkTalk Hi, my internet stopped working about an hour ago. It’s flashing between orange and white. I’ve tried all the steps required including a factory reset and it’s still not working. This needs fixing ASAP. This happened the other week aswell.

After several years of harassment from TalkTalk, I decided to contact EE and tell them of all of the problems I had experienced due to joining EE. After I spoke to EE, I didn't hear from TalkTalk ever again. Contact BT.

@TalkTalk I have tried 2cancel my service with you. Called on the 11.04.23 & canceled with ur customer service team. Called again today & my account still showing active. Talked to 3 people today, none of them knew what they were doing on hold for 32 mins then cut off.????????
