    .@TalkTalk are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with some shoddy outfits. Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which I’ve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

    @saiqa2 @TalkTalk Oh I left them for exactly that same reason and because I was sick of them saying, β€œI’ll escalate it to the next tier.” I wondered just how many tiers there were. Disgraceful service!

    @bodenknights @TalkTalk I live in Hapton the only one that worked on and off was O2. They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems

    Fuming! Problems with my @TalkTalk Internet. Support arranged an engineer to visit. Insisted I had to be in or I'd be charged Β£50 callout fee. Just got my bill and despite being in I've been charged the Β£50 anyway. WTF! And it's still not working properly.

    @JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.

    @TalkTalk are by far the worst company in the UK at present, their customer service and prices are insanely bad. I hope this company does not exist in the next 12 months. There will be no job losses as I'm sure they employ zero staff

    What a bunch of tw@ts @TalkTalk are, turning my email address off unless I pay Β£5 a month. Had that email c30 years. Giving no option to export address. Basically extorting money. Will let it go and never go near this business again.
