@TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

@TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

Almost an hour on the phone tonight, 2 hours in chat through twitter DMs, people I was talking to were running line tests, trying to diagnose my WiFi problem, and still, even though it's obvious the router is the problem, @talktalk won't send me a replacement

@gentlebite_ BT/Sky are basically the same company, don't go virgin media even if their speeds are high they will **** you over 100% of the time. Don't go talktalk unless you want a million ping. Depends if cityfibre or some similar company is available for you, they're generally most stable
