    1/2 @TalkTalk has the most appalling customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Since 30 July (our ‘go live date’) I’ve been on the phone with their technical team for nearly 5 hours in total & we’re STILL no closer to getting anything resolved... #badcustomerservice #talktalk

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    @TalkTalk No internet for 6 days, your automated phone service to speak to someone is as bad as the customer service. You said I'd have a call back two times and nothing. I've phoned every day and done the same checks and you still can't fix it. Sky and EE would have fixed it.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk ...And if you put that into accout some customers would then have to find means via there mobile service to keep internet working at home pending when u finally get to fix it but customer has already spent alot via mobile data and you do it every year long

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk ..Agree that you would allow me terminate my contract early with no further fees and i'll DM you..I have been with your service for a very long time and keeps happen every year at least twice as i said i go reciepts and all you turn around to do is £2 compensation
