    @TalkTalk No internet for 6 days, your automated phone service to speak to someone is as bad as the customer service. You said I'd have a call back two times and nothing. I've phoned every day and done the same checks and you still can't fix it. Sky and EE would have fixed it.

    Piss poor service from @talktalk who claim to 'make moving house easy' passed around departments, ended up in Bangalore with someone who couldn't understand a word in a loud crowded call centre. Finally cut me off. Cheers

    @TalkTalk how many times do I need to call you to fully cancel my account? Why don't your own phone systems work? Why can't you carry out the simplest of tasks without putting me on hold for 20 mins and asking me the same questions for a third time???Absolutely rubbish service!

    @TalkTalk Yes… very slow speeds of 6mb per s and signal literally stops, line gets tested then comes back on again 7-10 times in the last week alone.

    @TalkTalk I’ve had no Internet in Cobham for the last 5 days, this is ridiculous. I would log in to cancel my contract but get an error that you can’t log me in due to technical issues. I can’t work without Internet + my phone line has never worked since I signed up with Talk Talk 1yr ago

    @TalkTalk still nothing but an orange light. Had a non functional service since March 14 now. You blamed BT, then sent me a router, then BT confirmed a fault 71M down the line. Confirm I am not being charged for this whatever you call it.
