    @TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    @TalkTalk how am I ment to get through to anyone to sort out my broadband when all your call centres are closed. I have an issue and cant get through to anyone. All I get is call up but cant due to them being closed. Worst customer service I have ever felt with

    @TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

    @talktalk I’ve got no where in 3 phone calls.Gave weeks of notice to cancel service before moving house(we were out of contract).We left router at old property.First notification to return router came 8 days after move.Why not before?!!😩.A £50 charge after 10+ years of loyalty😢

    Really looking forward to ending my service with @TalkTalk tomorrow. Internet has dropped 3 times tonight, and this has been happening for weeks. Calling their tech support is useless. And their 3 days estimated repair time is horrific, especially when you're working from home.
