@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

@TalkTalk Sorry Julian, but you are just as lacking as your telephone colleagues. Unhelpful. Your operator has just confirmed nothing has been done post my previous calls. Only now is an engineer being sent. I sincerely wish we had never switched to you & guarantee we will not be staying.

@TalkTalk Cust for 3 yrs. Ur very quick to cut off service if payment is late, but refusing to reinstate service and expecting me to either pay again and wait for a refund, or pay for a week of no service whilst you work out why your website payment sys is broken is not cool.

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk ..said that @TalkTalk did not instruct openreach to repair or upgrade anything, just new service install. Why would we want a new service 4 weeks after starting? Now TalkTalk are claiming no knowledge of the repair and the complaint manager I spoke with is 'unavailable'.
