My 85 yr old Aunty has now had NO internet from @TalkTalk for 10 days and repeated NO SHOWS from engineers being blamed by TT on @openreach @BTGroup letting down this vulnerable single pensioner in not fixing her link to the outside world #disgraceful

@TalkTalk Hi Talk Talk you have made our WiFi terrible after providing us with a free upgrade to faster fibre broadband, our old WiFi with you was fine but since the upgrade it drops the signal continuously and is very frustrating for all our household! Please fix this asap 🤬

@TalkTalk I’ve also had no internet since Saturday evening which seems highly likely caused by the so-called ‘maintenance’ over the weekend. Over 3 days later and still no internet and the only support I’ve had so far has been to ask me to turn my router off and on again!
