My 85 yr old Aunty has now had NO internet from @TalkTalk for 10 days and repeated NO SHOWS from engineers being blamed by TT on @openreach @BTGroup letting down this vulnerable single pensioner in not fixing her link to the outside world #disgraceful

@bendjmercer @TalkTalk Indeed they are. Last month they charged me twice for the same line ( Engineers visit). After spending an hour on their chat service, they said they will refund . No refund after a week. Had to spend another hour to get it right. They don’t value your time

@TalkTalk HELP! Reported broadband down, Reported on Tuesday, heard nothing. Chased today, lost contact with 2 online chat agents so I called. After 5 days and 2 1/2 hours on customer service I’m now trying to cancel our contract with you. Just not good enough.

@TalkTalk horrible customer service!!! I practically told the chat agent exactly where the problem is and that my modem is not working (no power) and they insisted on doing a stupid test for which nobody is home. Now it is impossible to get in touch with anybody #talktalk
