    @TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

    @becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

    @TalkTalk Yeah since thursday my internet went down. The lights internet and data light keeps going offline. When I am on my PS4 it says my connection has failed.

    @TalkTalk worst customer service ever ! No I do not agree to paying potential charges for an engineer coming out when I have not had the service that I pay for from you. If anything I would like compensation for having to use my data and not having the service I have paid for !

    As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

    Signed up @TalkTalk Broadband on the 12th November and I was connected today. Set router up this evening. Its crap. I hereby give you notice within the 20 day cooling off period that I'm leaving.

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have two open formal complaints waiting to be resolved including a £40 engineer charge that I wont be paying for, and fibre issues that have been ongoing and I'm still on ADSL slow speeds broadband

    @TalkTalk They have tried everything...there is no dial tone and Openreach has been in street days before. Neighbors on different networks not a problem

    Can’t believe how poor some companies are. @TalkTalk next on the list. Say 17th October for internet then call up today as not live and say it will be 6th November! I’d be ashamed being a Director or even Manager in such an organisation.

    @AWildeTime @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Aye I was without the internet for weeks at a time man, sky took over the contract and they billed me stupid money, give me a CCJ and the lot. Absolute waste of space. Was completely ignored when I tried to contact them each time. Would rather **** in my hands and clap

    @TalkTalk Your automated service did a check , said all is working, when it wasn't managed to get thru to your offices 9.05 to have a message yes there was a problem !! Obviously if you were open before 9am you would have know there was an issue ! As the whole village has been down hours

    @TalkTalk dreadful business service, unable to advise on how to close an account despite several weeks of ewmails and official company correspondence. i never publicly shame an organisation but this is ridiculous. expecting to track down ex employes to close an account.
