Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!
