@tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

@TalkTalk I'm a talktalk customer phone number 01387279535. My broadband keeps going on and off (the little light on the router) and my phone is unusable. I've done all the diagnostic checks and my phone socket doesn't have a test socket. It's time to contact Openreach. Help.
