Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. I was promised by Nathan at talktalk that I wouldn't be charged the remaining months ( I have a recorded call and a note is on my account. The list jockeys drive me to distraction and no-one actually owns the problem. Seriously tempted to switch. I will wait to see if my issues are suitability resolved first. Watch this space.
