The list jockeys drive me to distraction and no-one actually owns the problem. Seriously tempted to switch. I will wait to see if my issues are suitability resolved first. Watch this space.

I'm so tired of protracted phonecalls to overseas call centres and struggling to understand staff. Phonecalls I make take a minimum of 45 minutes each time and I am losing the will to live.

Getting really fed up of your services lately and will be looking to switch ISP as soon as possible. Too many times this happens. Unstable connection everyday and now it's off completely. They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!
