    Wow after 4 weeks of a load of crap WiFi from talktalk and hours on phone to them two engineers one from talktalk who was load of crap and the 2nd from bt openreach who told me it’s the router and new one today excellent WiFi now thank you bt openreach

    .@TalkTalk we had a move booked to ‘close’ today and start in new property tomorrow, however house move was delayed, spoke to you last week to cancel and rearrange. Woke up this morning- no WiFi or TV!! Please sort it out (Golf to watch)!!!

    Incredible timing from @TalkTalk My Broadband slows down just before my renewal date and they email me to say that I can upgrade to a faster connection for only a few £ more each month.

    @TalkTalk After an hour and a half, I have finally gotten off of chat (after 3 attempts, different person each time and neither of the first two called me on the number they'd asked for!). Wifi signal has been changed over, lets see how long that lasts... It's so needlessly stressful!

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, I asked if there was anything I could be upgraded to and I was only given chargeable products. I don't feel that I should have to pay extra when the initial router doesn't seem to be good enough. I want a sustainable solution rather than constant aggravation.
