    @TalkTalk I have never encountered such appalling customer service when trying to resolve an issue. The fact that this is 8 weeks in to joining you is even more damning. Hrs on live chat, multiple cut off calls, promised call backs not made. Your team should be ashamed.

    Tried to downlaod it to my phone however on this occasion it kept saying 404 bad error. I the Ln shared the video that I uploaded to twitter to Facebook bai Twitter share. I turned my focus back to my TalkTalk bill and just felt uncomfortable about not getting thay E-Mail

    @TalkTalk tried to call in regards to my dads contract. He passed away in January and I want to discuss closing the account. Got absolutely no help. There have been charges on the account which need to be reversed. Please can someone get in touch
