Internet is even worse since switching to EE. A big part of the reason we switched was because of how bad it was with TalkTalk but now I can't get Internet upstairs even with the bedroom and living room doors open. Was expecting a big improvement so disappointed 😔 @EE

@TalkTalk I've had written confirmation of cancellation in an email and verbally 3 times, and have STILL RECEIVED A BILL FOR AN ACTIVE SERVICE. Every time I reinitiate contact, people claim to have no record of my cancellation until pressed, when proof suddenly miraculously appears. (2/2)

.@TalkTalk are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with some shoddy outfits. Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which I’ve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

I'm sorry to say @TalkTalk has the worst customer service i have EVER experienced. 6 phone calls, over 5 hours on hold, a 70min text chat conversation and they still can't process a cancellation i logged over a month ago, and are now trying to charge me more! Avoid avoid avoid
