    @tristiaharrison Hi Tristia, as the CEO of @TalkTalk I'm extremely upset that you are not answering calls, emails or chat. I have been trying 2 cancel my account since Sunday. Now a new tenant is using my service and I'm paying for it. This is theft! Other utilities were able 2!

    @TalkTalk Internet is currently down (I’m in Edinburgh). I’ve tried all the usual resets and it’s still not working. Connection to the router is fine, but not the router to the internet. Not essential now as I’m about to go to bed, but kinda essential in 8 hours when I start work

    @TalkTalk You can't help me because it is talktalk and the area I'm in probably has broken wires, so that's why I get packet loss. Also, no technician I met knows what packet loss is, so that just shows how bad they are. No help needed thanks

    @TalkTalk DON’T BELIEVE ANY OFFERS TALK TALK MAKE! We fell for their £80 gift card offer, they never gave us it and deny offer existed, luckily I took screen shot. Despite hours on phone, numerous promises, nothing. Matter is now with the Communications Ombudsman. #talktalk

    @virginmedia At 13.5p pm on Talktalk, so £s for me. Seems this was scheduled maintenance by your engineers and may last some days. No one informed me of this work and no service issues were highlighted using the search on your website. So, without warning, I have no phone for several days!!!
