    @TalkTalk Yeah since thursday my internet went down. The lights internet and data light keeps going offline. When I am on my PS4 it says my connection has failed.

    @TalkTalk They have tried everything...there is no dial tone and Openreach has been in street days before. Neighbors on different networks not a problem

    @TalkTalk Have tried to log issue for my parents about broadband going down. Not had any formal response. No dialing tone. Reference [Incident: 200331-000095]

    As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

    @TalkTalk awful service. Had issues for weeks. My Dad arranged a price over the phone (new contract) but needed a new email address to proceed.. Now I have recieved an email with a complete different price. No one I can understand over the phone and constantly left on hold!

    @becaJohns @TalkTalk I had the same issue. Was being charged 36 for a few months!! Even though the deal was at 26. Apparently after 18 months they change it back to 36 without informing you 🙄

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph I have two open formal complaints waiting to be resolved including a £40 engineer charge that I wont be paying for, and fibre issues that have been ongoing and I'm still on ADSL slow speeds broadband

    @TalkTalk literally has THE worst connection on the world. All the time 24/7. If I dare watch a film in NowTv it'll go all grainy and pixilate every two minutes. Well worth paying for 👍

    @TalkTalk I just keep being told now that the Glasgow issue is resolved and that there are no reported issues at present, despite many other people having this same problem. I've already tried sending DMs saying this but it just keeps going in circles. Just hope someone is looking into it

    I had to took a day off work for an engineer to investigate ongoing broadband issues. Now @TalkTalk are trying to claim I wasn't home & trying to bill me. Worst possible service all round.

    @TalkTalk My Internet in Manchester went down last night the 13th and is still down now, yet this upgrade stuff isn't supposed to start until midnight tonight?!. Talktalk are the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life.
