    @TalkTalk how do I cancel my contract! No help over the last few days ! I’ve been pushed to my limit. It’s not on! I understand to the fullest that you need to put vulnerable customers first however I feel like your just ignoring people! Would I recommend you... NO !

    @TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    @TalkTalk how am I ment to get through to anyone to sort out my broadband when all your call centres are closed. I have an issue and cant get through to anyone. All I get is call up but cant due to them being closed. Worst customer service I have ever felt with

    @TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

    @_Jemilyboo @JoyLynne4 @TalkTalk J Boo that sums up TalkTalk all over! since C19 the c/s is no worse to pre-C19 as having to call them you will be on the phone for hours repeating yourself with repetitive questions brain-damaging stuff! virgin media or my phone provider ee are very good with proper c/s support.
