An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

@TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

Disgusted with @talktalk “customer service”. My elderly mother lives on her own and has recently had a stroke can’t get anyone to sort out her talk talk internet for “a few days”. She relies heavily on the internet for shopping, banking and socialising. Causing much distress.
