Incredible timing from @TalkTalk My Broadband slows down just before my renewal date and they email me to say that I can upgrade to a faster connection for only a few £ more each month.

@marclparry @Emmapinder10 @TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have the same issue - upgraded to sky q with multi room & faster broadband, my WiFi is diabolical and I have to turn it off and use mobile data in the house 😡 I pay a fortune for a crap service .... spending an hour getting through to them isn’t my idea of fun

@EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasn’t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount 😡

@TalkTalk I’ve been a loyal customer 7-8 years but won’t be renewing in October (2 contracts). Absolute terrible liars! Had issue with broadband for 6 days - all tests pointed to Router. Booked me an engineer who said need a new router! I get charged £65 for the privilege!

Leaving talktalk and having fibre installed in the next month. Honestly can't wait. Talktalk must be the worst provider there is. My Internet is that bad I can't watch livestream or twitch anything like that
