    @TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

    @TalkTalk having issues for a few days with my internet, constantly on and off throughout the day. Rebooting rarely fixes the issue

    @TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

    @TalkTalk 4 football matches on today and I can’t watch any because my WiFi is absolutely rubbish. Marginal which means buffering. All Christmas. This is a truly awful reception

    @TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

    @TalkTalk @jwarthur27 do you read the comments, do you listen to the customers on the phone, why are you the most useless customer service on the planet! i am a TalkTalk customer, most of time internet it fine, when it is not I hate talking to customer service people I know more than all of you.

    @TalkTalk are rubbish The call handlers are rubbish the SM ppl are rubbish. They stall, they don't listen to.the problem and they are passive aggressive when answering. Basically getting no where, failed the security but won't let me do it again. Poor poor service all round.

    @nowtv @talktalk why are you both so #rubbish. I’ve spent well over an hour trying to watch 55mins of an episode. Having waited innumerable minutes of spinning wheels, router resets and re-watching the same damn several minutes three times. Not a user friendly experience!!
