An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

@TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

So a @TalkTalk update. They have been charging my gran £30 for broadband a month, when she has never used the internet or been given a router. She received a phone call saying it was her fault, as she agreed to the contract! They have taken the broadband charge off 1/2

@FooWhiter Got Sky broadband and never had a problem with it. We used to have TalkTalk and had the same problem you described. Seems to be a lottery with these things.
