    1/2 @TalkTalk has the most appalling customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Since 30 July (our ‘go live date’) I’ve been on the phone with their technical team for nearly 5 hours in total & we’re STILL no closer to getting anything resolved... #badcustomerservice #talktalk

    @saiqa2 @TalkTalk Oh I left them for exactly that same reason and because I was sick of them saying, “I’ll escalate it to the next tier.” I wondered just how many tiers there were. Disgraceful service!

    @TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

    An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

    @TalkTalk No internet for 6 days, your automated phone service to speak to someone is as bad as the customer service. You said I'd have a call back two times and nothing. I've phoned every day and done the same checks and you still can't fix it. Sky and EE would have fixed it.

    @TalkTalk Why is this? Are there additional costs associated with installing FTTP that Talk Talk are trying to avoid? Unacceptable to attempt to charge us for 2 installs, multiple engineer visits, 2 sets of p&p for equipment and monthly fee since April 12th despite constant service loss

    @TalkTalk Haha no thank you. I had mine removed straight away and refunded with no hassle many years ago. My friend has the current issue as he has paid extra for an improved service and not received any improvement

    @TalkTalk The complaints team were the ones who advised this could only be sorted by cancellation and new service order. However here we are again. It's like groundhog day combined with dumb and dumber. Bottom line is that we are being promised FTTP but Talk Talk keep ordering Gfast..

    @AndyWoodturner which is another reason why the big tech/telecom companies should be leading the way, relation just almost got scammed again because their details inc phone are in the wild due to the talktalk leak, including the 'feature' where when you hang up the landline it stays connected
