@TalkTalk has cut off a vulnerable 89 year old customer 3 days before the end of a telephone and internet contract, failed to call me as promised and then asked to speak to my bereaved mother, having been told she had passed away :( @Ofcom

@TalkTalk No, I don’t believe so. Fibre 65, should have been live on 22 Feb. Multiple differing stories on that day via the live chat. Said it would all happen remotely. It didn’t. That night I’m told I missed my appt. I’m furious and it’s been no better trying to fix it over the phone.

@Pinkjangles @TalkTalk They have put a default on my account, an account I cancelled within 24hs but this person and the person who received another call from me 2 weeks later didn’t cancel the account. They must be on a bonus scheme. My only option now is @Ofcom

Anyone who has TalkTalk WiFi and knows how to get their phones and kindles to connect to it? Feel embarrassed to ask but their support has been completely crap after 2 hour phone call and online support. It works fine on the laptops and gaming systems, but just not our phones...
