Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England@nasherich I had the same with TalkTalk. I coukd guarantee the issue was their side but they refused to even acknowledge the existence of an issue until I swapped the kit out. So I set my modem's MAC address to appear as their's.

Similar problem with TalkTalk customers led to me poking my Shell broadband settings to restrict social media access 0300-0315 Mon-Fri. Setting previously unset/default. Broadband returns!
