@TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

@TalkTalk 3rd time in a month for OX3. Your test said it was a problem with my home set-up but I've gone through all the troubleshooting (plus it was fine all morning then randomly went down). Now I find there is indeed a problem in the area.

@TalkTalk I had a short service outage in Warwickshire County, I live in Kenilworth. Unplugging and plugging back in the Openreach Modem got me running again but latency has increased by about 5-10ms. Issue happened at 12:04, had no outages since.
