@marclparry @Emmapinder10 @TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have the same issue - upgraded to sky q with multi room & faster broadband, my WiFi is diabolical and I have to turn it off and use mobile data in the house 😡 I pay a fortune for a crap service .... spending an hour getting through to them isn’t my idea of fun

@EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasn’t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount 😡

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

@TalkTalk Have thus problem sorted out. Every time I try to log on ot takes around 3 times to get to log in. Doesn't matter if its via my phone using mobile data or the land line. Really poor service. Even after paying my bill online the website just hung and wouldn't display if I'd paid

@TalkTalk I’ve spent an hour on the phone to you tech team explaining that my router is broken, there are no lights on it-yet your tests say it’s fine. Then we got cut off & they call back but only ring once. I answered & no one is there! I need a new router. Contact me asap.
