@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

So our @TalkTalk internet is still down despite them reporting it fixed. Currently have two teenagers tethered to my mobile hotspot attempting to do lessons (obvs they have run out of own data) and about to try tether my laptop to do work. Good job I don’t have lessons today!

@DrElJaskowska I've used just about everybody over the years. I'd always avoided Sky, for Murdoch reasons, but I've had Sky at home now for four years. Customer service easily the best (compared to BT, TalkTalk, Virgin). Just miles better.
