    The morons at @TalkTalk are at it again. Charging me for an account that's not only shut down but they have confirmed they've received the equipment back. As always, its impossible to speak to a communications company so i may as well let them incur cost with the debt collectors

    @LauraWhiffin @TalkTalk They say they can't find anything wrong with the network and they need to do checks in the property to see if the problems there or locally. She can't do that, and I can't get back there 'til Thursday evening at the earliest. She's elderly and vulnerable and on her own.

    @TalkTalk If you want good service go to Sky.. It will be 5 days without internet when parts arrive which may not be right. Terrible service Sky can visit the next day to get you up and running
