    @TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

    @ben_quick Unlimited usage. £1 per month extra for static ip. I have signed up just now. Only £60 to break the contract early if less than 12 months. And I get 3 months free. Worth a go! Seems to be based on Talktalk Business network but not confirmed.

    @TalkTalk been on the phone for over an hour trying to sort out my overcharged bill. Got absolutely nowhere. TalkTalk has by far, the worst customer service of any company in the UK. And that's saying something...I used to be with Vodafone.

    @Ofcom can you tell me if this is right? Last Wed our WiFi broke @TalkTalk haven't fixed it, we leave them to go to a new provider on Fri - we have had no WiFi for 7 days so far. I asked for money back & was told to wait 30days but as I'll no longer be a customer I'm not eligible

    @TalkTalk still waiting for a response from TalkTalk regarding a £150 incorrect payment. It’s been a month since we first reported it and have been promised a call back from a manager to sort the issue, however we are still waiting for the call!!! Terrible customer service.
