It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

Instead you have to sign up & ask a 'community' your question. Total lottery who answers or whether anyone will. Not good service at all.

We did subscribe to talktalk several weeks ago and have yet, to this day, to have anything installed at our home. Yet, we are getting bills for a service we do not have.
