Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
