    @TalkTalk been with you for a while, moved house and now my service is dreadful! It cuts out often, I can't get wifi upstairs, (house is smaller than previous house) but i bet if I try to leave you'll chatge me an extortionate amount.

    It seems that automated @TalkTalk update system is having a wobbly. I keep getting text msgs saying “we will update you on xx xxx xxxx” and they never do. At worst, it’s been 6 days later than promised. #PoorCR

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 2 installation dates missed, no explanation. My wife took the morning off work to wait in. No internet and out of pocket. For a communication company their communication is a joke. Will use someone else.
