I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
