@TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

@TalkTalk My internet not working. The line tests run and the next step after resetting everything and turning it all off for 20 minutes. Not the first time this has happened. And again, no call backs, no internet for three weeks and if I cancel to move over you’ll charge me £150.

I need help! @talktalk my mother got internet installed over 3 years ago.. no longer lives here does no password or email she used to sign up. You take money monthly but we can’t change or end contract because we don’t know password to account.. what now??

Had a text from @TalkTalk asking for personal info so they could do a credit check Even though I've been a direct debit customer for a year Wanted me to tell them my info - which they have on record - so they can do a credit check on me - an existing customer - for no reason
