@TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

Talktalk read reviews b4 u use talk talk boardband I told them not to renew they have ignored.i have my boardband starting with other company.i didn't receive pre contract information so I have over a year to cancel.a new contract a 14 day cooling off period
