@TalkTalk has cut off a vulnerable 89 year old customer 3 days before the end of a telephone and internet contract, failed to call me as promised and then asked to speak to my bereaved mother, having been told she had passed away :( @Ofcom

@TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

@onemichaelrossi @TalkTalk Yesterday I told talktalk that many others were experiencing the same problem, for them to then tell me that openreach had "just" informed them of an issue at the Bingley exchange, only for openreach to tell me this morning they are not aware of any issue at the exchange. 😠😩😵

@TalkTalk Internet service in BD16 is still intermittent. It appears to be a continuation of yesterday's issue. Your service centre doesn't offer any more news and I've already sent a number of DMs. Please can we have an update on the exchange issue? Do you have a major outage?
