    @TalkTalk I have a two month free trail with my new contract. I am most dissatisfied with the poor connection. Regular buffering. So I have decided to end the contract early.

    @TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022โ€ฆ even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

    @CruisingTheCut TalkTalk have come up cheapest for us every renewal for the last six years. Good service too, when we've had line issues it's always been fixed within 24 hours.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Land Phone Lines in the FY4 AREA Of Blackpool UK have been down for almost 24hrs now. In house wiring is all 100 per cent fine. Website says there has been a problem. Can you try and find out if it will be fixed please. Phone has an engaged tone.

    I can't believe that I don't have internet on this day because @TalkTalk agent just refused to help me to contact @OpenreachHelp to tell them that connection is gone again. It is ridiculous that hub is being powered manually every time internet is gone. #Christmasruined

    @TalkTalk Customer service is so terrible that after 2 engineers & 15hrs+ of tech team chats, no one has been able to fix the wifi for the last 2 & 1/2 wks, and then when I try and call to cancel my contract, the phone lines are closed when advertised as being open. Sums it up.

    @Po03827738Emily @TalkTalk I ended up claiming against them through ofcom for failing to deliver the promised contract. Terrible company, was accused of lying by one of their staff members, took 7 months to get a stable Internet connection then last two days it's been on the blink again
