    @EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasn’t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount 😡

    Incredible timing from @TalkTalk My Broadband slows down just before my renewal date and they email me to say that I can upgrade to a faster connection for only a few £ more each month.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

    @Jeffwni Had two calls from TalkTalk customer relations dept. asking why I was changing my supplier (crap broadband speed drop outs, cheaper elsewhere, could not contact them about it etc.) . When I started answering their question I was cut off... twice!

    If I don't laugh I'll cry. So @TalkTalk make an error and disconnect my broadband (after I cancelled the home move) and can't switch it back on until 9th December. So no home broadband for almost 2 weeks! Truly shocking service and no alternative options suggested?! #crapservice
