@marclparry @Emmapinder10 @TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have the same issue - upgraded to sky q with multi room & faster broadband, my WiFi is diabolical and I have to turn it off and use mobile data in the house 😡 I pay a fortune for a crap service .... spending an hour getting through to them isn’t my idea of fun

Has anyone had problems with @TalkTalk ? I was contacted by them saying I had instructed cancellation of my broadband. Despite the fact that I was moving house I hadn't contacted them. Someone had (presumably new owners) and apparently that's enough for them to cancel my contract
