Amazing service from @TalkTalk. Two weeks ago told them my router was broken, they said a new one would be with me in 2 days! Two weeks later find out they never processed the order so will have to wait an extra 5 days!! #getin 🤙🏻🤙🏻

@TalkTalk has cut off a vulnerable 89 year old customer 3 days before the end of a telephone and internet contract, failed to call me as promised and then asked to speak to my bereaved mother, having been told she had passed away :( @Ofcom

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

@TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

@Wachkussen @GreenJennyJones @TalkTalk BT the same, they gave us the new customer price. They argued that as existing customers we got loads of extra perks but when we asked what it was all just crap. Told him give us the new customer service at new customer price or we're off... They did.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk the support is going in loops without any fixed resolution. This makes my life miserable and now I would require compensation for all this. I have been with support for more than 2 hrs on chat but seems in vain!!!

@TalkTalk home BB is down again TalkTalk are by far the worse Home BB provider I have ever had the displeasure of being stuck in a contract with as soon as my contract expires I will be leaving as you can not provide a home BB service that is reliable in the slightest

Hats off to @OpenreachHelp, as soon as they're made aware of a vulnerable customer with a fault an engineer is there in 15 mins. Amazing service. Such a shame @talktalk can't step up and do the decent thing. Lesson, get a BT direct service (like I do).
