Just a shame that your engineers are not provided with replacement routers to enable them to resolve issues. So..a question. How long does it take to send out a replacement?

Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England@nasherich I had the same with TalkTalk. I coukd guarantee the issue was their side but they refused to even acknowledge the existence of an issue until I swapped the kit out. So I set my modem's MAC address to appear as their's.

I have told the person I am chatting with via DM that my router will not turn on or respond 10 times. Each time I get asked can I plug it in and turn it on.
