An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

Never experienced such bad service from a so called communications company @talktalk . Vulnerable parents had major phone disruption twice in 2 months. Can’t speak to this company out of hours to register faults or try to get help. Last outage was four days. This time? Useless!

@TalkTalk why can’t I get Sky Sports that I pay for? Service with my upgrade of broadband had been appalling. I had 4 years perfect but now with my fast broadband rubbish.
