@TalkTalk we’ve later found out no call back was scheduled. We work from home but haven’t been able to with no internet. This is shocking servicing. Your call center staff have no customer care skills what so ever. This will be escalated further!

@TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

How crap is @TalkTalk ! I put the wrong word of the address down and your telling me you can't change it and to cancel, wait another 2 weeks for a engineer to come out and fit a line.. Million pound company can't change an address on their system, its 2021 have a word.

I've tried your service centre page but that shows as ok, but it always does in these circumstances, because any issues seem to take an hour to register at your end. Is it a network issue? Is it the exchange?
