Incredible timing from @TalkTalk My Broadband slows down just before my renewal date and they email me to say that I can upgrade to a faster connection for only a few £ more each month.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

@TalkTalk it gets worse. Sent a link. Advised that no one can call from the tweet account or unable to pass my DM details to a human with a phone. They are sending me back to the online form been on that 5 times with no success. If this is how you treat your customers shame!

@TalkTalk been having repeated connection loss issues for probably just over a week now. Usually between 6pm and 7pm then it's fine. From about 5 pm yesterday it's been non stop. On for 5 mins off for a couple of mins etc etc

@TalkTalk Now I’m not a telecom engineer but I’m fairly confident that the router is the problem if you disagree maybe you could suggest an alternative I will not be DM you you can respond on here so everyone can see how terrible your service is.
