    @TalkTalk my connection status is marginal once again. Trying to watch the football. Had to give up on it. Charging me £34 per month for a marginal or fair connection status 24/7. Awful

    @AyoCaesar not just data breach.. this from Campaign in 2015 "TalkTalk is one of the worst performing ISPs for customer service, receiving more complaints than the industry average, according to Ofcom stats last year".

    @nasherich I had the same with TalkTalk. I coukd guarantee the issue was their side but they refused to even acknowledge the existence of an issue until I swapped the kit out. So I set my modem's MAC address to appear as their's.

    @TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

    @TalkTalk no Internet this morning. No answer from customer services on the phone an hour after lines are supposed to open an no follow up to the issues I reported last week. I thought my last provider was bad but you win the prize.

    @TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

    @TalkTalk 4 football matches on today and I can’t watch any because my WiFi is absolutely rubbish. Marginal which means buffering. All Christmas. This is a truly awful reception

    @TalkTalk What’s the point? We have complained to no avail. It hasn’t speeded the repair. I’m so disgusted with the company we will cancel the contract as soon as we can.

    TalkTalk’s service is so archaic that they have left us without Wi-Fi for nearly two weeks. We have complained but the paltry compensation they offer doesn’t begin to address the level of inconvenience! Will escape the contract with them ASAP!

    @TalkTalk Been a customer since 2016 without a hitch. You tried to charge me £50 for not returning my own router that I paid for and have cut me off because of it. Where is the sense in that. I've tried to sort it out over chat but there are never any agents available. #TalkTalk
