@AyoCaesar not just data breach.. this from Campaign in 2015 "TalkTalk is one of the worst performing ISPs for customer service, receiving more complaints than the industry average, according to Ofcom stats last year".

@TalkTalk 16th August I was having issues with not having any TV channels. Today I'm still having these problems. I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

@nasherich I had the same with TalkTalk. I coukd guarantee the issue was their side but they refused to even acknowledge the existence of an issue until I swapped the kit out. So I set my modem's MAC address to appear as their's.

@TalkTalk looks to be down in Leeds. No Internet for about 45mins. Website says green. It’s not green. Lots of reports on here and elsewhere. Can you provide ETA for bringing back up and also fixing your website to be informative and reporting correctly
