    I’ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages aren’t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

    @PHIL180IOM Exactly but you wouldn’t believe the half arsed response I got when I emailed screenshot of it over to @TalkTalk said because I hadn’t put incident number on it I wouldn’t get a response roll on end of contract

    @EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasn’t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount 😡

    @O2 @TalkTalk can’t believe the farce of Talk Talk telling my Dad to move to O2 then 10 days later O2 telling us to call Talk Talk over issues with the PAC code and Talk Talk telling us to call O2 instead. Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

    @talktalk Fri night U requested a DM so u didn’t have 2 be seen as incompetent Tonight I learn that the engineer sent 2 help my mother was given the wrong address! We’ve now gone to another provider, but been told that u refuse 2 port the number @Ofcom where should I now go!

    Well, @TalkTalk are an absolute waste of time. Paying for “Fibre Speed Boost” & the speed is terrible. They suggested not using more than 1 device at a time. So, no Mobile whilst watching TV or using my Laptop, yeah that makes sense, absolute jokers! #GettingSackedInTheMorning

    Been with @TalkTalk for almost 10 years. Internet speed was too slow and we decided to move to @SkyUK and now I’m being charged £160 for early release!!! Cheers @TalkTalk! (And they’ve offered me a discount to stay! That really pisses me off!)

    Spent over 3hrs to technical department by text to @TalkTalk and a further 45 minutes by phone they still haven't resolved there external broadband issue. ??????? I had to tell them no less than 21 times that I could not connect to Talktalk via any device in my house. ??

    @TalkTalk Yes - last week talk talk denied any issues (on twitter that is) with emails and asked customers to check there settings. Which most did and found nothing wrong. Then as if by magic the emails now work without changing any settings.

    @TalkTalk Yes, I did. But that didn’t fix it. I called up again and the agent I spoke to this time was much more helpful. However, then conclusion wasn’t satisfactory. OpenReach are replacing cables. A fault with the connection cannot be raised. I have to wait until they finish in 5 days.

    I’m not sure whether this would be categorised as the worst service ever but I have had loss of broadband service since last week Wednesday & today is Monday. @TalkTalk have advised they cannot provide me with an estimated date for when the fault will be resolved & no updates! 🤔

    @plusnethelp i don’t know what is wrong with it. we switched from talktalk (as they were shit as well) and right from initial setup, you have been far worse than talktalk. very slow, connection drops out all the time, have to continually reset it, half the time that doesn’t help either

    @TalkTalk our internet is abysmal. Signed in to upgrade service, I was rejected! Online chat had me about to scream! Asked for total to leave early and what do ya know, was told I COULD have my upgrade!!... Well you can ram it!!! Gladly pay the fee to leave!!
