They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems

On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for Β£126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and itβs because there is a cancellation charge on a service you donβt provide. Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
