    @O2 @TalkTalk canโ€™t believe the farce of Talk Talk telling my Dad to move to O2 then 10 days later O2 telling us to call Talk Talk over issues with the PAC code and Talk Talk telling us to call O2 instead. Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

    @PHIL180IOM Exactly but you wouldnโ€™t believe the half arsed response I got when I emailed screenshot of it over to @TalkTalk said because I hadnโ€™t put incident number on it I wouldnโ€™t get a response roll on end of contract

    @Liberator_hen I was left without the Internet for three months thanks to TalkTalk's errors that took my prepaid BT Internet off line. That'd make him whine.

    Latest from the useless @TalkTalk they have promised me a case manager will be in touch in 3-5 days must have a lot of complaints to get through totally abysmal customer service

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    Iโ€™ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages arenโ€™t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

    @EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasnโ€™t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Hi @TalkTalk I am letting you know that the bill you have sent my mum to be paid this month January 2023 for a service that YOU TalkTalk cut off on 26 October 2022, for no reason and have admitted was a mistake, is not payable ... she is now paying a different service provider

    @TalkTalk Total bad service, not even got cancelled confirmation mail after cancelling the connection. I have been waiting for 2 months for a network connection but still no action taken by @TalkTalk . Hence I cancelled the connection and moved to another vendor. Totally worst experience

    @TalkTalk Youโ€™ve said itโ€™s high priority, itโ€™s now been over 12 hours and the issue hasnโ€™t been identified? Realistically we arenโ€™t getting wifi tonight so at least make that clear rather than giving people false hope.
