    @EricCartwright9 @TalkTalk I have a direct line number to a customer liaison manager that can speak English she got both barrels & a reload yesterday was promised it was sorted. Told them if it wasnโ€™t I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @TalkTalk is by far the shitest WiFi EVER!! Constantly down, constantly going off. And to top it off the guy on online chat was rude and as helpful as a chocolate teapot four days ago! Still down ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ

    @PHIL180IOM Exactly but you wouldnโ€™t believe the half arsed response I got when I emailed screenshot of it over to @TalkTalk said because I hadnโ€™t put incident number on it I wouldnโ€™t get a response roll on end of contract

    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for ยฃ126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and itโ€™s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you donโ€™t provide. Not sure how that works. But Iโ€™m sure you can explain ?

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @bodenknights @TalkTalk I live in Hapton the only one that worked on and off was O2. They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my motherโ€™s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, Iโ€™m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply I have 6 months no land lines ( lots of issues because of that I wasnโ€™t aware of) anyway sorted BB speed is low / sometimes buffering, for months, OR engineer came solve this problem, now I have to pay his fees ?? Your manager canโ€™t solve this issue,
