Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

I reported an issue with my connection and they came by the next day and fixed it. They didn't leave us offline for too long.

Mine has been off now for 7 days, they insisted an engineer would fix the issue, engineer said all is as it should be and the issue is down to the router. They now sending out another router, meaning another 3 days
