@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

I’ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages aren’t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

@TalkTalk Hi talktalk. My father has been trying to get his phone line fixed for almost two weeks. He is in his 70s and has been forced through multiple 2 hour online chats where he is getting understandably frustrated. I am annoyed my elderly parents are getting this service.
