    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @TalkTalk My router went off completely (no lights). I connected a borrowed power supply and it now has the power light on and wireless one on intermittently. Canโ€™t connect to the Internet. Causing big issues re working from home, can you help? Thanks.

    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for ยฃ126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and itโ€™s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you donโ€™t provide. Not sure how that works. But Iโ€™m sure you can explain ?

    @bodenknights @TalkTalk I live in Hapton the only one that worked on and off was O2. They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems

    @TalkTalk how am I ment to get through to anyone to sort out my broadband when all your call centres are closed. I have an issue and cant get through to anyone. All I get is call up but cant due to them being closed. Worst customer service I have ever felt with

    @TalkTalk In Nov 2024 we had a huge huge fibre installation problem with these. Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

    Well have to say if you have a @TalkTalk broadband account then cancel. Charges up to ยฃ180 for the cancellation of the service upon the death of my mother. Other companies totally understandable given the circumstances, hardly able to understand English, good riddance to you!

    @TalkTalk over the last couple of months Ive tried to log in to renew my contract rather than pay the out of contract price. Thought there was a mobile issue logging in. Today I remembered to try laptop at work and still cant log in. Guess you want the higher price from me eh?

    @TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinsonโ€™s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. ๐Ÿ‘
