They got taken over by Sky and have had no problems Stayed with them for 9 years I won't go with Talk Talk my next door neighbour had them. Plenty of problems

On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for Β£126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and itβs because there is a cancellation charge on a service you donβt provide. They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!

My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. Iβm hoping my luck carries on, but you never know π€
