Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which Iโve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for ยฃ126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and itโs because there is a cancellation charge on a service you donโt provide. Not sure how that works. But Iโm sure you can explain ?

In the last 2 days Iโve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. Iโve now cancelled and switched to BT.
