On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

They also couldn’t tell me how I was supposed to know that my order had been rejected so I could re-order it - or why TalkTalk couldn’t do that for me. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
