    I must say @TalkTalk is one of the worst broadband service provider, it’s always down, can’t use it at all, cancelling the contract will cost me more money!! Trading services should look in to the wrong product sales by these....

    @TalkTalk There are at least twenty reported issues in the HX7 area. There is a problem with the exchange. Please address it.

    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

    @TalkTalk I have no internet!!!!! The router has been turned off and on again (before you ask me to do that) and is still amber... please can you help as my husband needs to work from home today.

    @TalkTalk I've checked and I'm in the affected area (BD16). There should be no need to DM you, you should be updating more often. Been nearly 24 hours now and it's still not working. Then I see you have planned maintenance tonight, meaning even more time it's down...

    @TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

    Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

    @TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

    @julianbland @TalkTalk My advice is get shut ! My 84 year old mum was left without any communication means for overc3 weeks and they didnt give a **** ! #TERRIBLE #Useless #badmanagement

    @TalkTalk Hi, my internet connection is down I'm getting grief from the family iam luckily to get 10 mb download speed, usually 1/2mb,now its zero , engineer looked at it back in June said its not my end, had enough, can someone sort it please.

    @TalkTalk no itv channels, channel 4 or 5 etc all day! Signal not great on some channels. Done everything on help pages and no answer when try to ring! Can someone be of assistance please?!

    @PeterStonehewe2 I got this a lot with talktalk after they were hacked, in the end they set up a service to stop these calls after using it I haven’t had a single one

    @bt_uk I'll need to take it up with my account holder, @TalkTalk , but it might be helpful to remind engineers that it's bad form to run up customers' costs unnecessarily
