@TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk My router went off completely (no lights). I connected a borrowed power supply and it now has the power light on and wireless one on intermittently. Can’t connect to the Internet. Causing big issues re working from home, can you help? Thanks.

Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

@TalkTalk He called and was told it would be cancelled. Not his fault at all that you don’t keep records well of requested cancellation or cancel when asked. Please fix this and refund him. He’s been told a manager will call in the next 48 hours but that’s not good enough

@OpenreachHelp Hi, thanks for wasting my time today. An engineer was meant to be out 0800-1300 - never arrived nor contacted me. Transpires you've put me for any time appointment despite me, TalkTalk and OpenReach HQ saying it was 0800-1300. Wont be surprised if he is a no show.
