@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

I’ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages aren’t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

@OpenreachHelp @rejoyce360 Hi, I had reported it to TalkTalk but they could only tell me that there was “an outage in the area” with no further info. There also seemed to be no way of finding out if this was an issue affecting just my house or the whole village. Fortunately, it came back about 6pm today.
