    .@TalkTalk are the worst company Iโ€™ve ever dealt with and Iโ€™ve dealt with some shoddy outfits. Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which Iโ€™ve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

    @TalkTalk I've checked and I'm in the affected area (BD16). There should be no need to DM you, you should be updating more often. Been nearly 24 hours now and it's still not working. Then I see you have planned maintenance tonight, meaning even more time it's down...

    Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Donโ€™t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for ยฃ126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and itโ€™s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you donโ€™t provide. Not sure how that works. But Iโ€™m sure you can explain ?

    Iโ€™ve been reaching @TalkTalk technical support team against sluggish broadband speed. Peering speed is such worst that fb, insta, bbc pages arenโ€™t loading properly. Post-code BB10 3HN (29 haydock street). Expect prompt response & resolution.

    @jomickane @Benleo Iโ€™ve had little problems with TalkTalk, and when there was got sorted. Been with them since about 2009. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. Iโ€™m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know ๐Ÿคž

    @TalkTalk Hi Sindy, Thanks so much. I got through to your team via text and they did a few tests and seemed to fix something and after one final reboot the light is no longer flashing red and WiFi is connected again. Have a lovely day.

    @TalkTalk 100% DOGSHIT. Worse internet provider in the UK. Charge you more for guaranteed all round the house internet and it cuts off. Reddit threads about it and they still do nothing. Worse company I have ever given money too. Useless customer service.

    @TalkTalk My internet hasnโ€™t been working since yesterday. Customer care says my account was disconnected due to a TalkTalk technical glitch, and Iโ€™m now being treated as a new customer, meaning my contract is gone and I must place a new order. Can you confirm if this is correct?
