Told them if it wasnโt I would claim repayment under the direct debit rules the whole amount ๐ก

Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

I connected a borrowed power supply and it now has the power light on and wireless one on intermittently. Canโt connect to the Internet. Causing big issues re working from home, can you help? Thanks.

Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which Iโve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
