Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

@TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

@TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

How can a company like @TalkTalk refuse to cancel an account when you have proof of who you are, address and the bills are paid by your account. Everyone forgets an old email pw or address - surely the other security measures should suffice. Banks don’t require email as proof!
