    @TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things donโ€™t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and donโ€™t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

    @Liberator_hen I was left without the Internet for three months thanks to TalkTalk's errors that took my prepaid BT Internet off line. That'd make him whine.

    @TalkTalk I've checked and I'm in the affected area (BD16). There should be no need to DM you, you should be updating more often. Been nearly 24 hours now and it's still not working. Then I see you have planned maintenance tonight, meaning even more time it's down...

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @TalkTalk My contract ended May 2026. I declined renewal, returned my router, and was explicitly promised NO fees on the phone. Now I'm being chased for a ยฃ21.05 bill (including admin fees) for a closed account! Your phones aren't connecting. DM me to fix this immediately.

    @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach @ofgem I have been waiting for my full Fibre order from Talktalk since March this year. There was some open reach work to be done outside our house. That never happened and talk talk now keeps canceling the order with no right update. #Worst service

    @TalkTalk over the last couple of months Ive tried to log in to renew my contract rather than pay the out of contract price. Thought there was a mobile issue logging in. Today I remembered to try laptop at work and still cant log in. Guess you want the higher price from me eh?

    @TalkTalk I have not had Internet now for 5 days, I spoke to you regarding this on the first day of no service, you said you was sending an engineer and then a home visit which I took time off work nobody came, you then just closed my complaint with no consultation this is poor

    Wednesday was my four-year mark I've been printing paper at school, and Thursday was the one MONTH mark of having NO WI-FI after coming back from Sicily! ๐Ÿ˜ฃ TalkTalk have been utterly useless to help us throughout the month, and we're hoping to finally get it sorted on Tuesday.

    โ€ฆof course, you and I know that all international numbers are prefixed with 00 - basic info that has been common knowledge for years. If you have setup a premium rate bar on your home telephone - be aware that if you are a TalkTalk customer, this security measure is redundant.

    @TalkTalk No answer. The first @TalkTalk customer service number simply disconnected as it didnโ€™t recognise the phone number of a closed account. The second number led to options - all the ones I tried previously led to disconnection and a link to chat. In the end โ€ฆ
