On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for Β£126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and itβs because there is a cancellation charge on a service you donβt provide. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
