    @missmelaniev @TalkTalk I feel sorry for you. I was with talktalk and their customer service was shocking. I'd never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone.

    @TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for ยฃ126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and itโ€™s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you donโ€™t provide. Not sure how that works. But Iโ€™m sure you can explain ?

    @TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things donโ€™t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and donโ€™t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

    Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Donโ€™t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    'Helping you stay connected'. @TalkTalk can't even connect itself. As its own auto-system still uses the FB/Insta outage as an excuse it's all you need to know abt this ******* useless company that doesn't know it's *** from it's elbow. Not sure CEO Tristia Harrison knows either.

    @TalkTalk Hi Eunice we can do it here. Iโ€™m trying to leave #talktalk as your service keeps dropping out & doesnโ€™t work as sold. Put on hold while you look into it & then just cut off at 7pm with a we are now closed message!!! Really poor
