    Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

    @TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things don’t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and don’t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    I think you need to sort how you communicate to your customers @TalkTalk on the chat. Trying to sort an issue with my bill & false information given to me about how much I'm charged by your agents. Never have I had someone so rude on a chat before! Poor customer service!

    @TalkTalk hi I've been having poor connection from your service for a while but now my wifi just keeps dropping out and i have to keep restarting the modem before it works again. Keeps happening frequently more than once each day. Can someone help me out?
