Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

@TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Absolutely shocking customer service still on the phone now disputing termination fee regarding speeds you have never been able to give us had problems from the start. Speaking to people about issues when they can’t understand what we are trying to say is also unworkable.

New engineers aren't trained in copper and parts of the network are so old, waterlogged and neglected. As an ISP partner, we don't push selling...

@TalkTalk They know the issue. They knew the issue weeks ago and did nothing and then, when it finally got checked again (after being given several run-arounds by you) and the same issue was found I have to wait weeks for a fix. At least now you've admitted the service isn't good enough.
