    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk The broad band speed check we’ve done with TalkTalk is well below the speed promised! The download speed is. 2.0 mbps and the average upload speed is 3.7 mbps. Response time is 46ms. It’s gone down further from the previous days. What should it be?

    @TalkTalk At present all is well! Cross fingers that it will be ok! The engineer called on Tuesday and re booted the rooter and he thought that might be the problem but wasn’t sure. I just hope I don’t have to phone customer services again - it was one big nightmare!

    @TalkTalk I knew you would reply ;) I need to speak to someone at customer service. I’ve tried about 3 times and it only lets me talk/chat to a robot and they don’t understand my issue.
