    @TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things don’t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and don’t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk My internet is currently down, plus I've been having loads of issues with distance and speeds in the house, then you sent me a booster that did nothing and wouldn't connect to my router when over 7 meters. 150 fibre which I get when hugging the router and ~30 Mbps everywhere else

    @TalkTalk Hi. Still no internet from Saturday. Went through all the steps with online help, using data, no joy. Still being told everything is okay but outages reported nationwide. It's not my line, it's at the TalkTalk end.

    I wonder if @SkyHelpTeam and @TalkTalk can sort it out between themselves? I’m unfortunately leaving Sky for TalkTalk. Who needs to cancel my Sky contract? TalkTalk, via an ‘active line takeover’, or me? Sky advised the former. TalkTalk said no, the latter. Please help.

    @TalkTalk are useless. Having factory reset my router this morning in order to fix my broadband, an hour later they ask me to factory reset it again so the software can update. I'm not deleting my settings twice in one day 🤬

    **** TALKTALK not even installed yet and I am regretting the decision. Problem is, I knew they were **** before I started. Just wanted to save a whopping £20 a month.
