    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @TalkTalk We’ve been in touch with talk talk a unortharised line close. 2 hours on the phone being passed about 30 second line delayed on the calls, I’d recommend people stay well away from talk talk your customer service is appalling

    Absolutely shocking broadband from @TalkTalk . I am not getting the service I'm paying for. Working from home and the WiFi has disconnected at least 10 times! You try and call it is the automated system!! Absolutely poor service!!!

    @TalkTalk This has no relevance to the tweet you put up but why can’t you guarantee fast and reliable wifi if that’s what the customer pays for. Then rather say you will do a 10 day diagnostic test for absolutely nothing to happen..? Seems like you rip customers off and you think it’s ok..
