@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

@Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

@TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

@david3012 @TalkTalk I’d never use @talktalk as they were appalling dealing with my parents on numerous aspects - one being threatening legal action for a supposed debt of tens of pounds, before conceding they were entirely wrong, then chasing again (and again admitting the error) about 3 more times!

@TalkTalk My parents don't have twitter, their internet has not worked for six weeks now. Two engineers have come out, the problem has only gotten worse. Talk talk just consistently providing us with the same advice. Could anyone offer any different or more useful solutions?
