Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

Birgu (@BirguDevia) reportedSo basically Talktalk cut us off over a rescheduled fibre upgrade, wouldn't admit it, 3 engineers later admits it, can't put us back on, we have to cancel and renew, which takes 6 days, and we're not allowed compensation because of the fibre contract upgrade we didn't even get.
