    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @TalkTalk thanks for the emails being down all day! Means I miss my concert to see Rod Stewart tonight as my tickets and confirmation are on my email which I can’t acces! 😡😡😡 this is not okay!!

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk after numerous calls to customer service our WiFi is still shocking cutting out on a regular basis!! I think it’s time to change provider 😡😡

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @TalkTalk I have shamefully been passed from pillar to post between departments the latest of whom asked me for my Bank details that you already have and so I am not prepared to give them again. I have been without broadband and telephone for a week now. You have broken your contract!!!

    @TalkTalk your customer service team are the epitome of a JOKE. Cut of 3xnow and waiting way over an hour. Also you make it impossible to cancel a contract. Very very sly and nasty.

    @SandraWhiteSNP @IrvineWelsh Not just useless banks. Try TalkTalk. Undoubtedly the worst of the worst. They employ hundreds of 'support' staff just to tell you how they are unable to help. That is, after you've waited for hours for them to answer.

    @TalkTalk this is going to be a formal complaint, since yesterday I am being messed around by every single useless customer service provider, not being able to get to your chat and your line today after holding more than 1 hour been thrown from one department to another 4 times!
