    Absolutely shocking service from @TalkTalk - AVOID AVOID - and the staff have attitude. Been trying to cancel my contract since May - utterly ridiculous

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @RebecaQuental @TalkTalk I'm not happy with it, perversely if I run their speed test, my service improves😡 Every night it's as bad as ever. My lad had to use up all his mobile data doing his homework last month.

    @TalkTalk why does it take countless hours and multiple phone calls just to cancel an account? the talktalk employees have raised escalations, assured me my account is cancelled, yet i still get texts saying my bill is overdue, im scared for my credit score, ridiculous

    @TalkTalk Feedback is that your call centre is the worst I have ever experienced, bad line , lag on the call, awful service!! I feel sorry for the people who work in the call centre they must get a lot of abuse! I wanted to do was to transfer my dead mother in laws account to her hubby!

    @TalkTalk You are joking aren’t you? I was a loyal TalkTalk customer for over 11+ years, in the same house, with the same setup. You FAILED me then, just gave me excuses. I am very happy to pay BT a little more for fast enough RELIABLE broadband & will NEVER move back to you @UswitchUK

    No one has mentioned compensation (I work from home and am utterly reliant on WiFi), and the only option I was given was to terminate my contract. Which only benefits you as I know have -80 pounds on my account for all the BT WiFi I’ve had to purchase to Any help @TalkTalk ?

    @TalkTalk my broadband has been broken for a week now, and have only *just* been able to get an engineer's appointment, after being told twice that it would be booked (and only discovered it wasn't after calling to check).
