    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    @TalkTalk I've checked and I'm in the affected area (BD16). There should be no need to DM you, you should be updating more often. Been nearly 24 hours now and it's still not working. Then I see you have planned maintenance tonight, meaning even more time it's down...

    @TalkTalk it’s in my partner’s name, he’s been speaking with your customer service for 2hrs yesterday and another 2hrs today. they’ve told us there’s no service issue, which seeing the amount of people with outages i don’t believe. but we’ll see what the £40 engineer finds 🥲

    Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

    So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

    Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

    @TalkTalk Fix your service in De24, gaming is impossible since 9pm 12/02/2022. Internet keeps cutting off randomly every 5 to 30 minutes. It's not my equipment and before you ask to pm, this has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months and ALWAYS BEEN A PROBLEM AT YOUR END

    @melsviolyn Literally so *****. I’m a 5 bedroom house bro, we did not cope. We switched to TalkTalk and again, not the best because 5 bedrooms, but for years - because my room is at the very back of the house - I never ever got Internet EVER until we switched so while it’s still meh, still +

    @TalkTalk Is the service down for postcode BH9 3PX? My internet went off over an hour ago and the LED on the router just keeps blinking orange. I've tried resetting it multiple times but nothing is working.

    @TalkTalk 5 hours this afternoon trying to resolve a complaint via live chat and by phone, passed from person to person. Chats ended without explanation, calls terminated. Never before experienced such poor customer service. At a loss as to what to do now.

    @TalkTalk I would appreciate a response in the private messages to why Ive been mislead through emails and texts off the company.I would also like to get an update on when my WiFi is going to be fully sorted through a fault in wiring outside. This service has turned very bad fast
