They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

No indication problem was even logged by a human, just trite scripted responses triggered by a list of keywords.
