    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @TalkTalk I had exactly the same problem on Monday, both times after your network went down. A test was performed on Monday and I was told an engineer had to come out. On Tuesday I had access back. Then today you had downtime and I am now having the same problem connecting to the service

    @rowenasilver @TalkTalk the issue of support is that they don’t reply they don’t treat their client well, honestly I advise you send a message to @certifyjay he will surly help you to recover them back he was able to get mine and people I also referred didn’t regret it

    @TalkTalk I am still having issues. I have turned my router off and powered back on after 15 minutes and also performed a reset. Still no internet. The router is flashing orange and then intermittently orange and white when it tries to connect but won't connect up.

    @TalkTalk You cant help me Sir.. I was offered an upgrade to Fibre for 'Free' .. called up (India), but was told I have to commit to at least another 18 or 24 month contract for my 'Free upgrade' .. no thanks. So no, I will chose another Internet provider in June.

    @TalkTalk I'm sorry but you're internet service is the worst i've ever seen. Connection constantly drops, not reliable at all. Your customer service is terrible as well. Simply put, you're a ******* joke and you don't deserve any praise for the service you provide. It's shocking.
