    @TalkTalk Maybe look at laying those phone lines down from the afterlife as this will be the only way to reduce the additional charges that the @TalkTalk look to implement on death. Unlike other companies with bereavement support, @TalkTalk will charge upon the account of deceased.

    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    @TalkTalk I have just agreed a new package, 3 Mths fre with EERO AMAZON Not told to me with the upgrade? So have to sine up to AMAZON??. 440 mbps the lying fucjs told me. Set it up all working with eero account and i get a speed of 120. YES PEOPLE TOLD 440 GET 120 FROM **** TT.

    for no reason. I contacted UW and they told me there were extra charges for services such as call waiting and three-way calling. We never had these features with TalkTalk, we don't even have a landline, so couldn't understand why we were being charged for this.

    Hi @talktalk how do I get your customer service to stop calling, I've explained that I have anxiety and I don't use the phone and yet we have 3 missed calls from TT, there's no reason to call as our contract doesn't end until next year. I will block the number if it continues.

    @TalkTalk hi. I have had my router for 11 years and my current package is fibre35, however I'm still thinking about upgrading. Would my 11 year old router support fibre65 or above (given that it, supposedly, no longer receives security updates from TalkTalk)?
