    @TalkTalk My mother's landline phone has had issues for a few days. I logged in to her account and it says 'disconnected'. Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.

    @TalkTalk Hi the link doesn’t work, and as a consumer it should be my right to pay via my chosen paid method. This being over the phone, however as a consumer im now restricted due to being transferred to overseas agents with limited English / poor understanding.

    @garygilligan @virginmedia Phoned TalkTalk to add SafeCall. Answered within seconds. Lovely helpful person. Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.
