@TalkTalk I spent 45 on the phone asking for a manager who apparently aren’t in the same building as your customer service team. I found this out after the customer service lady finally listened to me an booked the right engineer in. This company is a joke.

@TalkTalk @lisalloydwolff I did that and you did nothing. No one at talk talk has been any help or taken any ownership of this. It has been error after error and inconsistent messages, incorrect information and a complete and total display of how not to conduct any kind of customer service. Shame on you.
