Its infuriating that @TalkTalk (an ONLINE service) can't offer a cancellation service ONLINE. Why do I have to sit on a phone for hours to argue a justification for cancelling an appalling service that you can see has been poor on your logs (both technical and support)???

@arvochasm BT fitted the phone line wire so poorly I had to sort it out for them, I cut the wire to a good part of the cable as they crushed it soo badly with a staple gun. I been on talktalk maybe 2 years now has cut out couple of times but its not stupid amounts.

Nothing to do with teaching but if anyone is considering switching broadband providers, do not go with @TalkTalk . Their customer service has been absolutely shocking. Been without WiFi for a week now and yet to speak to a case manager.
