@talktalk 3/3 (suspicious that this is also the 14day period to leave a contract) and now trying to cancel and being told I can’t without paying a cancellation fee despite the fact that I complained within 14days! @WhichMoney @MoneyTelegraph

@TalkTalk Well whoopdee do. Only six days after fault was reported - but if you think that’s an acceptable response time for a line fault then I’m truly appalled. I do not call this ‘resolution’ I call it a farce!

Hi @TalkTalk Cant get onto your service centre web page to check connection, and when i try other pages so slow to load, hamster wheel running slowly on pages and line keeps dropping out all day.

Absolutely shambolic service from @talktalk. Tried to cancel my contract with them & have spent hours on the phone Seems only way is to pay their bill until the new tenants at my old flat sort out their new internet - who knows when that will be and how I’ll find out!! Ridiculous

@TalkTalk well at last fixed. 5 days without service though is awful. And the ‘serious line fault’. Well according to engineer it was simply that someone switched us off at the exchange. Took less then 5mins.
