@Emzzoxox @TalkTalk Because they just wont listen , they use the same response to everyone . My complaint has been on since may 2022 ,but they will not go of script . These companies have to recognise they provide a service we pay for,I will continue to let as many people know about the poor service

@TalkTalk Really disappointed with the service I've received this week. I've had a fault on my line and been fed a string of lies by your customer service agents. I won't be renewing my contract or recommending you to others. Even the Openreach engineer was shocked. Lost 4 days pay now 😠

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk to add insult to injury, you can’t be bothered to solve the problem and send an email saying membership has been cancelled as we didn’t activate it - we tried everything possible to activate it - you have an issue with your system which made it impossible
