@OpenreachHelp Thats the problem Gareth. @TalkTalk tell me that you've siezed the line and its been cancelled due to a fault but they ard not tracking the resolution. As a result, I have no one to get information from. It seems like a flawed process.

Several troubleshooting sessions with @TalkTalk and still no working internet 5 days later. All you can say is it can’t possibly be a router issue, it must simultaneously be an issue with all 10+ devices we have connected? Again, shocking customer service. @Ofcom #talktalk

@TalkTalk why can’t you fix my broadband!?! I have had live chats with seemingly helpful people since it went down at the weekend but they cannot give me any meaningful information beyond “there is a fault outside your house but we don’t know if it’s us or ooenreacg”. Help!!!
