@CliveTripp @TalkTalk @CliveTripp breach of contract which means you can cancel at any time without continuing contract as they have not fulfilled. They will have to refund for no service plus any data your family has paid for etc

@TalkTalk The WiFi stopped working from 03 Nov and it is 19 Dec 22 and still there is no connection, it has been very stressful and frustrating for us with the service I have been experiencing for past 2 months and still they are not able to tell me when they are going to resolve the issue

No call back as promised 48hours ago, no message back social media, no internet. @TalkTalk keeps smashing worst customer award! Honestly draining just trying to get support. Never use!!! Stay away people

When you have no internet for SEVEN DAYS. @TalkTalk lie and say it’s a fault with exchange and engineers are working on it. However, 7 days someone sends me new router and it works like magic. @TalkTalk service has been terrible and I would never recommend ever! STAY AWAY
