(@SupercatScout) reported@TalkTalk Hi Ian, after speaking to another person we were told the issue with now tv and @TalkTalk is an ongoing one & it has to go to the manager and then the back room who look into it for people, it’s so frustrating as switching from now tv to talktalk should have been simple .

Carlos Alberici (@AlbericiCarlos) reported@TalkTalk TalkTalk The service is horrendous. I phoned to cancel my contract and it took nearly 2 hours. A combination of extremely poor lines, coercion, incompetent staff, being cut off and a user-unfriendly system has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Currently they have found a fault on my line and need to send an engineer which I will have to take a full day off work for, and they might decide to charge me £65 for the privilege 🤬
