Rant. I have three devices using my home internet #Talktalk and it's struggling. I hope they pay me back for the crap coverage over 2 1/2 years.

Oh good, on the third call this evening (forth call today), I have been ‘transferred’ to a dead line. What happened to customer service where you sorted problems, not just hung up on people? @TalkTalk

@talktalk fix your piece of **** internet connection. I’m tired of going through this every other day. I have a call I’m supposed to be on and my internet is not working. I have a bday video call in less than five hours. This **** better NOT ruin it.

@TalkTalk I have dm’ed and messaged and called y’all so many times. Y’all have consistently been of no help and the issue has persisted for WEEKS. It is my birthday weekend. I should not have to deal with this

@TalkTalk I am in the UK. What phone number can I contact you on? 0345 172 0088 is not working. I asked for my account to close on Dec 30th, but the wifi is still connected.

@TalkTalk is your boardband network down in the W2 area... tried to call customer service but you’re closed on a Sunday and then telling me to go online when I can’t, to get further assistance.

@andrea_pocknell I had to shame talktalk on twitter to get them to finally sort out my parents' telephone bill when they went into care. The CEO got in touch in the end & agreed to stop taking the mick. They were truly awful, all the other utilities were very helpful.

@TalkTalk Messaged - but seeming as I not the only person that's contacted you - theres clearly a problem & you're better off being transparent and send out a tweet about it rather than just PM's.
