@enjoytilludie @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Have you checked on your account for any tracked faults? I had to have a 2 hr dm convo lastnight to get this far. Theyve now said its a problem their end and have escalated my case higher up to their network team who should be calling me in 72 hrs!

@TalkTalk I have had terrible internet for the last few weeks. Today was the worse as couldnt complete any work. Pls contact me or i will need to switch providers. I have tried many times to get someone to respond to my concerns

@TalkTalk I am VERY disappointed in the service since I upgraded to Fibre 65. I haven't received consistent good Wi-Fi connection that I was promised . I wish to switch provider due to inconsistent slow WiFi which is worse that Fibre 35.

@TalkTalk I am absolutely disgusted by the behaviour from the technical support manager, I’ve never had such awful customer in my life. I will never be using TalkTalk again and would urge everyone else not to!
