    @TalkTalk finally managed to order broadband from you at my partners address, took £50 upfront payment but the Web page crashed. Reloaded and its taken me back to the payment screen and wants to take a 2nd payment of £50. My order is now stuck. Any help?

    @OpenreachHelp We’v been in constant lengthy discussions with @TalkTalk & they’re saying it is down to Openreach They’re now saying phone won’t be working until at least 3rd June. Disgusting treatment of elderly vulnerable person by both companies. Both should be ashamed but don’t seem to care
