@TalkTalk your website is absolutely shite, you cancelled my DD didn't inform me..then emailed me saying I was late added a late charge on it..£12.50?! That's 75% of the bill! Try log on to my account and guess what your shite website is down..absolute joke.

@TalkTalk I have sent you a DM, I’m having massive problems trying to explain anything to your technical call centre. It seems outrageous that Kelly Communications turn up to do a job and successfully manage to knock out my internet and phone.

@TalkTalk my working hours. I have chatted a couple of times for about 30+ minutes and followed all the steps. I have called to the customer service and followed all the steps for 1 hour but they are still unable to understand my issue which is the abrupt disconnection. (2/3)

My mum's power supplier and her bank were also absolutely brilliant. But @TalkTalk "bereavement support" are doing everything possible it seems to say to my Mum that they simply don't care. What an awful company. 10/10
