    @TalkTalk 03451720088. Finally cancelled. Final insult was when I said that the customer service was so bad I’d never use TalkTalk again, she asked if I’d recommend any friends or family that might like your service. Insanity.

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk have provided what was probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. Their customer service is seriously shocking. I’d urge anyone not to take a contract with them, use a competitor. As soon as I can transition services I’ll be cancelling. #awful

    @TalkTalk shocking - for 2 months now you have failed to complete a simple landline switch, as well as getting the number wrong TWICE, plus charging an extra £170 for severance fees for a line that YOU replaced. I have never known such levels of incompetence in the digital age.

    @TalkTalk I tried that. Dimple in your cs and billing dept couldn't understand what I was complaining about and couldn't find me despite this complaint being dealt with by the ceo complaints team. I'm not sitting in a q to be told I can't be found anymore.

    @TalkTalk Easily one of the worse switch overs I’ve ever experienced this would be the 6 person on one call just to get our internet up and running since Monday! All we did was order a service and have had to spend hours on the phone and still have no idea if I’ll get service!
