NEVER EVER USE @TalkTalk service for anything! They are completely incompetent team, no one will ever take charge to solve your issue. Oh! they will also randomly cut your broadband and tell you nothing they can do and you have to register again in 30 days. STAY AWAY! #TALKTALK

@TalkTalk been trying to speak to your Priority Fault Repair team to resolve a phone line for a vulnerable client that hasn’t had a working landline since September (and working for two weeks since last June). Your phone teams are frustratingly poor and unhelpful.

@TalkTalk fb and twitter messages, emails back and forth. I signed up on the 23rd and cancelled on the 28th due to idiocy. they can barely string a sentence together, imagine how they will deal with a technical issue. The cancellation team can't even send cancellation emails, Morons. 2/2

@TalkTalk I'm trying that number currently been on hold for 30 minutes and not spoke to 1 person yet. So far today I've wasted 2 hours of my time on hold to various departments. Poor customer service 😡😡😡

@the_real_demo @TalkTalk I didn’t even switch on my behalf. Tried to cancel well within the cooling off period before anything had been connected. Told me they had, surprise they did not and have caused hassle ever since. Horrible company, hope you can get out
