    @TalkTalk Thank you for your message. We upgraded from fibre 35 to 65 cause of poor connection and it didn't help. We called TalkTalk and we were told we were "not priority" even though our monthly average was 24MB (way below the promised minimum). So when do we become a priority?

    @joelycett @CrapBroadband I'm with @TalkTalk have been for years, hardly any issues & my son has tons of devices running like his Xbox thingy & streaming TV I've never called CS the odd occasion something was wrong as my son lets me know. I hit the TT community forum instead and it gets sorted that way

    @TalkTalk still no internet connection from the 21st may and no response having taken it to CEO level. Having text messages updates every few days from customer services, update is always "we will update you in a few days" no actual update on our connection.
