All I want for Christmas is for @TalkTalk to sort out my the wifi router as it’s been nothing but trouble since they forced us to change it this year. Absolutely nothing wrong with the last router but apparently we needed an upgrade. Worst. Router. Ever.

@talktalk this company is a joke. I cancel my contract and they take 2 months worth of money out of my account for a service I never had. They then say I can have a refund and I would get it by Friday. Now they say they are waiting for a manager to approve this #thieves #Robbery
