    Anybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster 😑

    @FirstSquawk TalkTalk headlines are a classic deal-premium trap — retail sees a spike and forgets the network arm is being carved out.     Well. A bad experience with TalkTalk today - simply trying to get a refund on my mother in law’s closed account. £50 ish owing. I had previously been able to speak to a person, but a “new route” diverts me to chat. Currently 90 mins into chat… 1/x

    Spent 2 hrs 50 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Joke Company

    @devilscustard @TalkTalk I had HUGE trouble with them several years ago when I moved to a house where they couldn't supply any service but they continued to take my money for 6 months and ignored all my communications to them, actually threatening me with bailiffs.
