@TalkTalk Like I have reiterated we have direct messaged you and called and was told it takes 5 days to be looked into and possibly more to sort. This isn’t the only time this has happened. Sadly counselling education and work can’t be put on hold for this joke of a WiFi service

@TalkTalk This is absolute rubbish. I've been trying to complain all day and no agent could help. Just get transferred agent to agent. Being lied too aswell which is unacceptable behaviour.

@TalkTalk so my understanding is that you have agreed to offer customers out of contract the same deals as new customers, as per the ofcom website, but your customer advisers seem to be refusing to do this, any comments @Ofcom
