After years as a customer of @TalkTalk, have just decided to end my custom and cancel my account due to the most appalling customer service. Email sent to their CEO #TristiaHarrison to let her know why but sometimes you wonder if these companies ever learn. Dreadful.

@virginmedia Any idea on how long it’s going to be until virgin is available for me to join? Was installed in my street last year but online still says it’s not available in my area. Will have to go with someone else otherwise. Can’t put up with @TalkTalk shoddy service anymore.

@TalkTalk yo - my friend @Heather_hattie is having issues with her TalkTalk account. She wants to close her account but TalkTalk entered her email incorrectly on the change of ownership form, so she's locked out of her account and can't verify herself. Can you help? Thanks :)

@TalkTalk absolutely **** service from this is person in a call center in India. Claiming I understand I understand. If you understand why am I still on phone to you, are you stupid. Still ******* around with my broadband and still nothing. I want a call about compensation.
