@OpenreachHelp Any update on the Basingstoke situation? TalkTalk seems to think our line is fine and our router is claiming we're on but nothing -- However I know some muppet cut the line down by the roadworks. Just enquiring about how many lines are left?

@TalkTalk Please stop harassing my 80yr old m-i-law! For months now she has been receiving msg saying an engineer is coming to fit fibre. She’s never asked to change to fibre & when she contacts you is told it is cancelled only to start receiving messages again within a few weeks

Ahh, again. So far over 3hrs with no Internet. Seriously @TalkTalk this has got to be compensation time as don't think we've had a 3 day run with no issues for over 3 weeks now. Utterly ridiculous.

@TalkTalk Hi, I've been trying to login to my Community account. Got Username can't have spaces, but it did before. Removed spaces, still can't login. Tried to reset password, no avail. Tried create new account and get "email address already in use"! How do I login?
