@simfelemy @TalkTalk I called their helpline and it was one of the most infuriating experiences that did not help in the slightest. I’m having a better response in a DM conversation but the problem has still not been resolved! Very disappointing so far

@dandanjamieson @TalkTalk I'm on day 2 of trying to get help via DM now. @TalkTalk don't seem fussed enough to keep one customer service person focused on one customer at a time. It's like two to three hours between DM responses and then I get asked the same questions again.

@talktalk customer service is disgusting I run a business from home currently and have phoned twice today now due to the fact that my internet has been turned off and when I get through they say it will be turns back on in two hours it’s not don’t go with them at all
