    @TalkTalk Woke up to no service again...seriously now this is over ridiculous, every month your service is down, I still get overcharged, I haven't got any compensation for those weeks I had no service..you know the problem is congestion on ur line, sort it! I need my service back ASAP.

    64. Summary: 30/08 placed order - Fibre 65 + TalkTalk TV 31/08 connection gone from old house 08/09 Go-live date at new house 19/09 Second go-live date 29/09 Third go-live date 04/10 Engineer finally scheduled. Service goes live

    @TalkTalk well thank you for your rubbish customer service, your 'text me back' helpline operator Dan was a waste of time. Avoided my simple questions, gave one answer which was irrelevant and then ignored me. I was meant to be a new customer but will be ringing to cancel.
