    @TalkTalk Each time we requested to speak to management. Your Indian customer service team hang up the phone. We have been customers for thirty years. Very unprofessional not being fit for purpose. Talk talk

    @TalkTalk “Great news. Your Fibre 65 service is live - so you're just a few minutes away from a more powerful, reliable and faster broadband connection.” Would be if my router was here! Yodel are no help. It says “at the depot” yet “arriving today”. It’s nearly 8pm!

    @TalkTalk I think the world needs to know how talktalk treats there elderly customers CEO of talktalk Ms Harrison. Our experience has been terrible. We are very upset!! We all should to BT or sky. Especially the elderly.

    .@TalkTalk day 23 of waiting for my account to be cancelled. account still not cancelled, still no phone call from a supervisor to force the cancellation through. fibre account so twitter advisers cannot help. if I have to call on Monday about this...

    @TalkTalk The worst internet service, today I have not been able to work from home, who pays me for the work day?because they are very quick to collect and cut the service if it is not paid.I regret hiring them.
