@TalkTalk Your service is an absolute outrage! My internet has been down since yesterday afternoon and now I have been told that I must wait 72 hours for the issue to be reviewed by a specialist. How does this seem acceptable to you? I have deadlines to meet!

@TalkTalk Your service is an absolute disgrace! I have been without internet for almost 24 hours! I have now been told that I must wait 72 hours until a specialist contacts me. How does this make sense? Why is your service so slow and why do you rarely resolve technical issues YOU cause!

supposed to be digging up and fixing the line but no communications and no way of getting in touch with them to get an update. When I contact talktalk I just get told to check the router etc. It is an Openreach problem, not in the house! Can someone PLEASE get an update from
