So, we went full fibre two day ago and this morning we have no internet, no help lines open, no live chat until help until 9am! Yet my wife depends on it for important NHS work from home!! 😡 pull your finger out @talktalk #talktalk #cityfibre

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk
