Anyone had any luck getting the hell out of a @TalkTalk broadband contract early because their customer service is utterly terrible and we've had nothing but problems, slow speeds and intermittent connections since we joined them? Asking for a friend. The friend is me.

@TalkTalk trying to get order update please. Customer support phone line for days has said "we're running with reduced staff today, consider going online" and eventually rings through to ... nothing. There's no online facility unless you're existing customer?

@TalkTalk shoddy service continues. Complaint team was due to call Monday. Didn't as all systems down all day. Scheduled another call today. Didn't. Now scheduled for next Monday. For a complaint that's been running since February.

@TalkTalk Hi, my landline was with Utility Warehouse (you provide their landline service). I have swapped to BT and they can't get my number back from Open Reach who say it's unavailable. UW released it 1wk ago. Can you give me a Talk Talk phone number so I can sort this out please? Thanks
