chris ford (@chrisjohnford) reported@talktalk so you email to say the price is increasing, call to cancel and I get a great saving to stay, which is less than I pay. Got to say I'm happy with the saving, but I would have happily carried on my current plan. Why annoy customers mid contract, just wait till the end?

Been through all troubleshooting with router to no avail. Last step said to proceed to online chat but that keeps saying unavailable.Pease help
