@TalkTalk customer service team incompetent. Being transferred from customer services to retention, billing, cancellation teams and back to customer services! Finally after 75 minutes on a phone being cut off! OMG people do not even sign up for TALK TALK !

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup are hands down thee worst customer services of any company ive had the displeasure of dealing with. Contacted on Live Chat 2 months ago to cancel my broadband, to be told i had to contact them a month prior to my contract finishing(which is in July)..

@netgemtv Netgem via TalkTalk, the remote is poor not comfortable keys not spaced out and no user guide to what all the buttons do. Sound is poor, no PVR only 1 tuner, often programs clash, interface looks ok but it is just a revamp of the channel 100 freeview play guide.

Wow, amazing service from someone claiming to be from @TalkTalk. As soon as I pointed out that I could not confirm that he was from TalkTalk so I wasn't prepared to pass over personal details, I was called "clueless". Another reason I'm happy to be leaving.
