@TalkTalk Hello. Raised complaint on Feb 11th - not heard anything. Have emailed the concerns@talktalk etc email with details to chase up - just an automated response. No one is listening or taking my issues seriously. I've had 900mbs package running at 20mps for over a week :(

@TalkTalk Hi, I can’t log into my account it keeps refreshing constantly! Looked this up and it’s a known issue with Full Fibre customers (I’ve had this problem a couple of months now) I need to know when my current deal is expiring and have tried to contact customer services but no joy

@TalkTalk Hi Ian, just went via the cancellation dept to find out when my deal ends (29/06/23) but can’t log in online due to this refreshing issue, I’ll probably just change providers nearer the time as the customer service phone line was very hard to hear also. Thanks

@TalkTalk Hello my Internet speed at times has even appalling ranking from 1.8 to 9 which is not what I'm paying for, contacted customer services more than once and so difficult to get my point heard. It's just rubbish

No wonder customer service at @OriginBroadband has gone down the pan if they’re now owned by @talktalk . When it comes to customer service they don’t get much worse than @TalkTalk
