    @TalkTalk Shocking treatment of 2 OAPs suffering from dementia , they provided 2 contracts under identical name and address , they could plainly see that one contract had never been used , they took £600 from this account and refused to refund , offered £93 , avoid this company

    @TalkTalk we're a business customer and have had no internet for over a week. Over 10 calls, no diagnosis or solution and the cheek to say if we want an engineer or new router we have to pay for it. Where's the service we pay for??

    Hello @TalkTalk. My mother is 88 & relies on her landline. It has been out of service since 11 Nov. You promised to sort in 24-48 hours but despite follow-ups to your support team nothing has happened. Were you planning to wait until she's 89 to fix it or just hope she gives up?

    @TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk team, I have no broadband service for last 36 days. Below I will provide a summary of timeline and what I have understood has happened. I have started to get texts about TalkTalk fibre updates from 19/08/22 about a possible upgrade.

    @TalkTalk When you guys going finally fix my phone? One month, text messages saying you have fixed but still nothing. But still manage to take money out of my account.
