    @PassportAndPix @virginmedia Virgin are so ****. I had nothing but problems with them and had to take them to the ombudsman for my complaint. Got £100 out of the bastards too. Changed to talktalk and then didn’t have an issue

    Dear @TalkTalk you have won my award for worst customer service I've ever encountered. I cancelled work all morning to wait for an engineer who didn't turn up and spent over an hour on the phone unable to find a reason/solution. Ps. Get rid of that god awful hold music.

    @MrSmoothie17 @TalkTalk Just spent 15 mins on a call and there is a problem between Botley and Hedge end. Apparently it’s being sorted out but they’ve been saying that since 13.00

    @TalkTalk I have been trying to use the chat function to get a new deal as at and of contract. 3 chats over 2 hours . They keep leaving at agreement stage. Hopeless system and service. Avoid TalkTalk

    @z35sh A) NEVER go for talktalk and B) just figure out which one works best in your area and then call them up, they’ll give you a better deal on the phone
