@TalkTalk I’ve been without broadband for a week. I’ve had an engineer appt that didn’t exist. waited more days to be told router doesn’t work. New router has same problem I’m being threaten with costs of engineer appt and router return. Are you actually going to fix the fault?

@jackspys @TalkTalk Don’t let the engineer do anything till router arrives and all set up together as they’ll switch off your existing wifi. Absolutely hopeless. My advice, raise a complaint. You then don’t have to speak to the useless customer lying services

Honestly am sick to death of how unbelievably **** @TalkTalk Internet is. At least 8 times a week its crashing for anywhere up to 6 hours at a time. Can not wait to get this awful thing out of my home.
