@TalkTalk Service seems better in Bingley today (only dropped out twice so far) Openreach reckon they don't have an open fault for this issue though. Have you resolved your issues at your end TalkTalk. Please provide an update.

@TalkTalk I have now received an email giving me an incidence number and an actual person seems to be talking to me directly - so who knows, maybe this is a step forward ? If it doesn't help I will DM you.... but I don't want to confuse anyone by having 2 investigations at the same time.

@TalkTalk Thank you, I’ve cancelled my direct debit which will anger the billing department, but if I get sent out a bill I will address the ombudsman if need be as the service I am paying for isn’t being provided

@TalkTalk I was with TalkTalk (and AOL) for 22 years. I left them recently for Vodafone and received an email from TalkTalk today telling me that I haven't sent back my router so they have charged me £50! I can't respond to the email and have received no previous emails! Top service!😒
