@TalkTalk I'd ask you to but its not my account and you'd only tell me you can only speak to the owner. But once again for the hard of hearing. Should the technical support know there's an app for now TV? If not that's poor. If yes. Why did they flim flam him into taking a box?

@TalkTalk this is my fourth attempt to get this matter sorted out. Our speeds are no more than 11Mbps, our landline is dead at our end,we have paid engineers to check out equipment, it's fine. The fault is between the junction box and our house. Problem has persisted for 2weeks.

@mpmwilko @TalkTalk You'll contact them again, saying this is the same problem that was reported last week or yesterday...there won't be any notes their CS can access and you have to wait while they do their diagnostics tests again and there'll be no fault so here we go round the merrygoround again
