@TalkTalk Again, five hours on chat, on the phone, if not longer now, I don’t want to have to chat to talktalk ever again tbh, but also not going to pay for a service that isn’t provided

@TalkTalk And Preston, for 3 days, I’ve been hung up on, chat disconnected after 45 minutes, tried everything and still nothing so I’ve cancelled my contract and direct debit, absolutely awful customer care and service

@TalkTalk I can't really imagine you are providing such worst service in recent days.. everytime I report an issue, you come up with no issues and everything looks fine and asking me to switch off and switch on the router rather fixing the problem at root.pls do something guys..

@TalkTalk 4.5 hours on your chat function tonight to sort WiFi connection issues and still not sorted!! Assistant logged off instead of resolving the issue. WiFi on the router is disabled but cannot be enabled. We can't have another day of not being able to work tomorrow.

@SkyHelpTeam While I was looking into a switch back to TalkTalk, I found that they have been carrying out network maintenance at the Brigg exchange. Could their work have affected my Sky broadband connection ? Can you check for any reported problems at the Brigg exchange for Sky customers ?

@IgotFabrozen @TalkTalk It’s absolutely ridiculous, I’ve chatted to technical support etc and been hung up on, disconnected, and suggested an engineer visit, I’ve cancelled my contract and direct debit, not spending another hour chatting to someone useless

@TalkTalk I was with TalkTalk (and AOL) for 22 years. I left them recently for Vodafone and received an email from TalkTalk today telling me that I haven't sent back my router so they have charged me £50! I can't respond to the email and have received no previous emails! Top service!😒

@TalkTalk Thank you, I’ve cancelled my direct debit which will anger the billing department, but if I get sent out a bill I will address the ombudsman if need be as the service I am paying for isn’t being provided
