    @TalkTalk Took the day off work today becuase i was due to have someone visit and switch on our fiber. Waited all day no-one come and no messages or letters to keep me informed. First few weeks have been an awful start!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk you installed a new fibre cable in my property last Wednesday but didn't build the radius first so I am still without Internet nearly 1 week in. No-one in your Future Fibre technical support is helping. Is there someone I can speak to who might actually help?

    @TalkTalk 3rd Dec meant to of had a call from customer service. NO CALL . 6th Dec same thing. Now your call centre is saying 18th Dec Well I have a hell of a job understanding your staff. So can you DM me a telephone number for someone in the UK

    @JolyonMaugham @Halima_Begum Dido Harding seems to specialise in big number **** ups. When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.
