    @TalkTalk Been waiting for our fibre optic broadband to be activated since 1 June. We have been told “by midnight” each day - now “maybe by the end of the week” and that the team dealing with activation is “not contactable internally”. This can’t be normal service?

    @TalkTalk As soon as the box boots up it displays "weak or lost signal" and we've tried retuning it but now it won't pick up anything. Seems odd that none of the apps work either though 🤔

    @TalkTalk my wifi is down in Musselburgh. It has been since 9pm last night and I tried switching it on and off a few times but still nothing. Is this to do with the service maintenance or do I need to call your team?

    Having expected to go live with broadband one week ago, I’m appalled @TalkTalk. Two Outreach technicians who figured out the issue has nothing to do with the connection. It’s the @talktalk set up Now waiting 2-3 days for a new router.can you believe it! 2-3 days. Unacceptable

    @TalkTalk I am having really slow internet own getting 43 Mbps and 15 upload You are refusing getting BT openreach engineer to get me back to 72 down and 19 upload What fix is that mush to ask for

    @Lady_Colleen @TalkTalk Get out the first chance you get, I'm with Virgin, they are great overall imo, until you have to call up to get a deal or cancel. Then Boom.
