@TalkTalk At 7pm they said it was time to go home and then cut me off. Talk talk is a perfect name for the company because that is all they do - no help whatsoever. I am trying to help my elderly father who is dying of cancer and has limited mental capacity. Complete joke.

We are prepared to pay it though if it means resolving the issue further. Every contact made has proved to be very difficult, not to just by our own account but even the solicitor has described how difficult they are making this process. 4/5 #talktalk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup

@TalkTalk the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my adult life. To be called TalkTalk and yet nobody between their departments and to me the customer actually communicates what is happening and when is a joke at best. On to Ofcom now to register my issue!

@TalkTalk I've just paid £50 for Mail Plus. I have TalkTalk email adresses but not broadband or phone so have to pay now to access emails on my laptop and phone now. But no emails are coming through. Just phoned talktalk to explain and was told I could not be helped as I'm not a customer.
