    @grogzzz @TalkTalk Lucky you getting an engineer visit. They failed to book an engineer for me and now I’m 4 days over my connection go live date still with no phone or internet. An engineer was meant to come today but never turned up, and because of customer service being down I can’t chase it!

    @TalkTalk @xX_HOPESTER_Xx I had the same problem, my go live date was Friday and I still have no phone or internet at my new address. They were meant to send an engineer this morning but no one arrived.

    @SteveBe09019326 @TalkTalk Yeah Steve, agreed. I'm waiting for internet since morning (Doncaster) and first was their customer service as I called, crap back ground noise, and then they can't hear my voice, Lol.

    @TalkTalk had a text saying your engineer is visiting on 16th to connect our internet, we were told over phone it would be the 8th and this is the only reason I am staying as my partner was with bt so we had to cancel 1 and stayed with tt because the eng could get to us 1st

    @TalkTalk Wifi is down, trying to WFH - making it impossible - only just got connected after date of instalment was moved from 3rd Jan to 24th. Not a happy customer, no one can help as all your systems are down for updating - why is this not done in OOHs?

    @TalkTalk Don't promise to provide a service that you can't fulfil then. Check the sales and description act. I speak for thousands of your customers. Just read their negative comments. Plus I mean what I say with the greatest respect.
