@jamesdavidryan @TalkTalk They’re the f**king worst for cancelling a contract! Such a shame as the service provided was great. But cancelling it was a nightmare! I get they don’t want you to leave, but numerous online chats later, plus an additional month at least paid!

@TalkTalk another outage, another day not being able to access services we pay for .. but this time its cost me a lot of money.. I was enrolled for an online course to complete some training & now I have to start (& pay) the whole process again .. Utterly embarrassing service

@TalkTalk I might as well withdraw setting up wifi with Talk talk, l have been verified a million times but still l can not be put through the correct team, l just started with you and all these problems already..ridiculous don’t tell me to come to the inbox no help at all!!!!!!

@TalkTalk You don’t help that’s the issue. You give out a number for future fibre team and even they don’t know what’s going on and refuse to investigate what the issue is with equipment not being sent out !
