    @TalkTalk its been 3 days now that my internet keeps dropping. I cant even do my zoom meetings! Called customer service and they said they are fixing at wolworth for 3 days now? How inconvenience is this!

    @TalkTalk This is now 3 days of broadband service continually dropping. There must suddenly be issues that we aren’t being told about as it has been fine previously - no issues at all. This is severely impacting the ability to work from home.

    @Gregghartley_ @TalkTalk I’m with BT fibre to the home and I get 900 down and 110 up and their support is great. I’d strongly advise/recommend

    On @TalkTalk chat, yet again. Their operative is asking me about the equipment in my house YET AGAIN, even though two of their engineers have said that the problem is not in my house or garden. It is the old wiring from my pole to the box, which they do not want to fix.

    @TalkTalk Spent yesterday pm on calls then past hour on live chat and chat closed after I gave cancellation and order no. I have done all I can will talk up with governing body as this is very poor service
