    @TalkTalk Whoever had the idea of putting the "Future Fibre" team as a separate entity to the rest of the support system was just stupid cause they can't do their jobs properly and are impossible to get hold of... Mistake after mistake and no one cares.

    @Duffield8 @TalkTalk @BBCWatchdog Would like to know if BTOpenReach is sabotaging CityFibre. I'm told they can only deliver now on 31st August, due to third party damage on pole to cityfibre cable. (No guarantees still). Been trying since 18th July.

    @TalkTalk I want to close my account!In hold for hours, answered,moved around departments ending by having my call dropped each time, 2 days now.Please stop ignoring me,i am a long time loyal customer but will definitely change my view about the company if no one will fix this.
