@whippletom @maxtappenden19 I got tired of this so left. Went to Vodafone. But now realise my bill has gone up from £27 to 35, for 76MBps. So I checked and I can double my speed with TalkTalk for £30, which I’ve now arranged. Not as fast as VM on my road, but was sick of their customer service.

@TalkTalk My parents are suffering from dementia , you have provided them with 2 contracts under identical name address and bank ac , you have taken £600 from an account which has never been used and refused to refund , you say you give priority to old vulnerable people ???

Still waiting to hear from @TalkTalk to sort out my complaint regarding my internet going down. They emailed me back with a ring-back number which is "not in service". Then I got an almost rude message saying they couldn't call me because calls go to voice mail. I get all others.

@TalkTalk Sent you a DM please cancel my contract as I refuse to go through the arduous task of calling again and again. I messaged once and nothing was done and rather than having to keep dealing with awful customer service I would rather just choose another provider.
