    Hi @TalkTalk my elderly mother has no phone, no internet and your chatbot doesn’t want to help - and won’t provide any help or even a phone number to call you. “Talk talk” is a bit ironic no?

    @TalkTalk I’ve had no service for 6 days now in the NE6 area of Newcastle Upon Tyne. No updates from anyone either. This really isn’t acceptable!

    @Tessadunlop @TalkTalk They are the most awful company. I had a similar experience a few years ago. Think I spent about 8 hours on the phone trying to cancel my contract. And I cried a lot. I now use them as a case study on bad customer experience to all my students every year.

    @Tessadunlop @TalkTalk I sympathise I wasted hours on the phone with them, truly awful! I also suggest either threatening to or actually getting in touch with the Communications Ombudsman - businesses tend to have to pay the cost of referrals to Ombudsmen so they're not keen to let things go that far!
