@TalkTalk Been on your fault chat bot 3 times, each time after we get to the critical bit..."my phones not working" the connection goes unavailable. 1 hour trying to report my phone is not working and still not done.

@TalkTalk Yep, they were the ones who said eero is rubbish and have no idea why my phone doesn't work. apparently a new router will fix the problem. Losing the will to live with it all, but at least Thanks for replying. My phone live is via VOIP - thats what stopped working

One day left until I leave @Plusnet forever, seriously people STAY AWAY They are more expensive and offer poor quality and customer service why I put up with it for 3 years I have no idea? Hello @TalkTalk let's see if this is better (get me to ultrafast asap and I will be happy)

@TalkTalk My elderly father in law is having problems with his internet in Edenbridge. The only way you seem to be able to log this is on the internet through his account! Can you advise if there is a problem or advise me how I can log it?

@TalkTalk Your broadband service is a absolute joke. Forget the xfactor and concentrate on your customers for a change. Your service is so **** it has taken hours to post this. Also stop trying to tell me that my laptop is at fault. Your **** service is to blame not my equipment.

@Tony85235104 @TalkTalk I'm already with them I just have a simple request, honestly worst customer service I've ever come across. I am at a loss here with no internet since last Thursday, just need a new router and my package reinstating, don't understand what is going on, different story each day!
