@TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2 advisors ended the call after breaching GDPR, after i said specifically not put it down and pass to a manager and he still did. Advisor was JOSH. I want to cancel my contract. Maybe cheap but care is atrocious.

@wordwatching @TalkTalk It would appear so. Mind you, so were the buggers at TalkTalk Customer Service that I spoke to.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I can sympathize! We have had no hot water or heating now for 17 days. We have emergency home insurance with boiler cover @HomeServeUK . They are only as good as their contractors and 11 day lead time to find a leak is to me not an emergency service. Shouting louder has no impact

@ginlyld @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I agree we used to be with them and never had a problem. Moved home and now use EE fibre to the house as we have EE mobile phones and therefore get a discount on the broadband. So far no issues with their Broadband and EE customer service has ways been pretty good.

@TalkTalk I’ve spent an hour on the phone to you tech team explaining that my router is broken, there are no lights on it-yet your tests say it’s fine. Then we got cut off & they call back but only ring once. I answered & no one is there! I need a new router. Contact me asap.

BBC Sounds streams stop or cut out when listening on my Alexa device? Simply because you're not on the 2.4Ghz band on your router... Too much INTERFERENCE on the 5G... Haha xD see what i did there? I think BT, TalkTalk, Virgin, & Sky(Comcast) i bet set the 5Ghz as default?
