@TalkTalk I have an open complaint which has lasted to date 7 months. I have spent at least 25 hours on the phone or waiting for engineers to arrive. I waited in 3 times for engineers who did not arrive. On the 18th I was told a CEO was calling, I waited in …. Again nothing!

@TalkTalk What gets me is that I'm paying 27.50 q month for fibre35 and I dont even get 35. Always ranging between 15-20 which is a load of hogwash. I ring to get told their are no issues when I'm on the service streaming and gaming 16 hours a day. Sort it out or I'm not paying for a seriv
