    @TalkTalk Really I don’t think horrendous customer service I wd never recommend you I’m still waiting for help I’m paying extra and can’t even get on the internet it’s an ongoing problem and no one cares at all

    My @TalkTalk internet has been awful - always going down. Now, to add insult to injury, I've just had a call from their number, but no-one speaking on the other end, like a 'hang-up'. Then, they did it again! Just inconvenience. Nothing seems to work with this firm. @PoorService

    @TalkTalk the most appalling customer service ever experienced. Long standing customer switched to new internet. Not sent router equipment for week so no internet, despite asking several times. Customer service hung up. Absolutely disgusted & will be cancelling contract
