I spoke to someone in Jan, they confirmed my account will be closed from 2nd March when my contract end and found out 2 days ago that nothing has been done and my account & billing is very much still active! Tried for 2 days to get this sorted now!

Paige (@horner_paige) reported@TalkTalk We keep getting told it’s an ongoing issue in the area but we have contacted people in our local area who are not experiencing this issue. It is affecting everything and I am disgusted that nothing has been done! This needs to be resolved urgently!
