    @talktalk TV box not working properly, remote doesn’t always work, not recording all TV. Keeps saying no broadband connection. Done factory reset twice. Lights on socket plugged into wall keep going off; turn it off & on again then it works for a bit. Can we get new box/plug?

    @TalkTalk Same story as the rest. East Glasgow. Internet is down. Line test says they will send an engineer in 3 days which is not good enough sadly.

    Eight times @TalkTalk customer complaints team were supposed to call in three weeks, zero times they actually have. Every time a date and time is set, the call never materialises at said date or time. Always a text to postpone. Beyond appalling
