    @TalkTalk For more detail: last Wednesday service cancelled without notifying us. Then promise to place new order. Next day after spending two hours on the phone, find out be order was rejected. Then manager promised to cancel new order and place yes another one.

    @TalkTalk My upload speed isn't strong enough to upload my lesson vids & I'm worried about my students' learning. I spoke to an agent & they said there's nothing they can do. I've upgraded my package but it won't go live til 22/01. Please help! A stressed out teacher #edutwitter

    @TalkTalk Christ, you guys don’t make it easy to get in touch with you. My internet is down and it’s an emergency cos I’m working from home - have spent 45 mins just trying to find a real phone no for you guys... seems like something it might be worth putting on your website?

    @TalkTalk Hi there, yes there still seems to be a problem with our connection. Can't connect any devices other than my wifes phone. I've fully disconnected router etc several times with no change. Any help appreciated.

    So as well as having no heating, no hot water and not being able to go outside, my internet just went down and @talktalk have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m in a huge funk. 😡
