I get the impact it has on people like you, but I see the hundreds of thousands of £s walking out of accounts every month, as a result of these tools and their lack of controls. Nothing is perfect, but given their data loss issues, TT feel it hardest

@TalkTalk my router is constantly flashing for internet and disconecting from our phones and laptops. This has been going on for 2 days. Done all the online tests& Turned off but still happening. Thinks the router maybe the problem.

@Lolisa46 @TalkTalk Same exact issue I got told to turn it on and off again even though I kept telling them I just need an engineer. I feel like we are being scammed? They even told me paying money would fix it

What appalling service we have had @TalkTalk firstly miselling a product, then telling us we will get a call back in 24 hours, 72 hours later no call back. Called to find out what's going on and they advised the manager had called us and we said we no longer want to complain JOKE
