@TalkTalk Hello @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk customers , my internet service is lost for 60 hours already and I was slightly hopeful of resolution as they said it will take 24-72 hours.. but interestingly the wonderful Talk Talk customer service team is telling me it's 72 working hours.GREAT.

@sherreebabyuk @TalkTalk The customer service is terrible, very difficult to talk to an actual person and all they tend to do is put you through to other departments then they pass you on.

@TalkTalk this isn’t a reliable internet source Internet stopped working !!kept restarting the router and it worked for 3 hour intervals and now it’s completely gone. Customer service say they’ll check it out on Monday. I’ve got a business to run and it’s the weekend.
