Had to use live chat with my old ISP. Even though I knew my problem, they threw me between multiple departments before landing on the right one. They transferred me to a department which has been closed for the day for almost 2 hours. **** TalkTalk. Never use them.

@TalkTalk And like I said I've filled in that link half a dozen times all it says is "We'll get back to you" but guess what nobody's got back to me so I'm left with no service do TT care clearly they don't I'll be boxing it all up and sending it back next

I've spent a total of 2 hours and 16 minutes on the phone with TalkTalk just trying to find out if / when I'm getting internet service. I've been without internet since 30th of July. I'm a month behind moving into my new place because I need internet for everything.

@TalkTalk Called the number you gave me. The officer was very helpful but could not offer me a solution. He referred my case to his manager and told me I'd get a call back on my mobile within 48 hours. Still waiting...
