@Riksmithuk @TalkTalk It’s never been great but today was unusable. I had to go out tonight but have set aside three hours tomorrow for them to explain how they’re going to put it right or give me an exit route from the contract.

@VodafoneUK I decided to switch Broadband from #talktalk to you due to recent offer. The difficulty in registering for this promo was incredibly difficult (existing mobile customer). Now, #talktalk have made me a better offer and given I have had no service issues I have decided

@OpenreachHelp Any update on the Basingstoke situation? TalkTalk seems to think our line is fine and our router is claiming we're on but nothing -- However I know some muppet cut the line down by the roadworks. Just enquiring about how many lines are left?

@TalkTalk Out of hours you have a chat facility but it is inaccessible to many blind customers. Being left without a working accessible phone for five days makes him very vulnerable and isolated. Surely you have a priority service for such customers?

Talktalk is extraordinarily poor at everything - don't use them for anything. After nine months and twelve unsuccessful appointments, they have still failed to deliver what they promised. Don't make the same mistake I did.
