    How rubbish is #Talktalk customer service when trying to set up a DD with your profile explain that they TT send emails phone contact & Bill's to you they then tell you "sorry your number and details don't match" scripted call centres are amazing. Rubbish Service.

    @TalkTalk Spoken to online chat and was told you've raised all fixed price tariffs. Extremely poor considering I was never informed of this in advance.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup ! You guys took 14 days to give me connection and it has been 3 day you claim that my account has been live ! But i dont have internet ! You asked me to stay home for 1 whole day and no one visits home ! I want to cancel the services

    @TalkTalk In 'my account' I cannot see my latest bill, just a blank page. If I do not see an itemised bill before 30th April I will cancel the direct debit and close my account. You deliberately avoid contact by email - you are supposed to be a TELECOMMUNICATIONS Company.

    Talktalk price increase to be able to still provide service as price has gone up to provide this service LIES JUST A WITHIN CONTRACT PRICE HIKE IF IT Was becouse prices to provide your service gone up if that was true why are they still offering same service at your contractprice
