    @HannahLivsey @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Yes Hannah, I have no issues now. I'm so glad that I switched to a different provider. I'm getting a better speed and service for almost same price as talktalk rubbish broadband. I'd recommend you waste no more time and money on talktalk and find another provider.

    @TalkTalk Service Status? Yes. Showed local exchange problems on Wednesday, but not now (even though there have been disconnections yesterday and today).

    Still nothing from @talkTalk and still no broadband. If you are trying to work from home then do read my words. I HAVE NO BROADBAND! and no help from @talktalk! There isn’t much talk with Talk Talk!

    Clever stuff from @TalkTalk Unable to resolve the issue they send me 2 messages saying they have called me, they haven't. Then a message to say I am not taking their calls so will not deal with me.....inspired #CustomerService

    @TalkTalk Hi, have a refreshed with you, but still on old deal by the looks of it...in fact even worse - just 5mb download! Your Webchat unavailable Your phone line unavailable. Says too busy - might be good to hire more people to help. Be great if this can be sorted. DM me.

    @TalkTalk So having tried to speak to somebody since june last year and still having masaive connection problems I wanted a call back. Apparently I was getting one today between 2-4. Shock horror I'm still waiting. And my sons home learning was effected todayby the loss of our connection.

    and giving me no clear answer, I asked the last person to connect my call to a manager and he, after some excuses, hung up on me. Well done @TalkTalk . You're number one in disrespecting people, wasting their time and money and giving rubbish customer support. @TalkTalkGroup

    Just had a long phonecall with #talktalk I have ordered a fibre150 data only line, so will be losing my landline, after looking at my last few months bills I notice that we made 2 or 3 calls per month, so no loss realy, although it means no more stupid sales calls yeah
