@virginmedia Which is the service she has been using and therefore also paying for. @talktalk incidentally were also good enough to cover the cost of the initial period of crossover. We'll be taking this much further.

FINALLY MANAGED TO CANCEL @TalkTalk Took 5 days of trying and final 37 minute integration call. Had to prove I paid for the router - no records on the account. And the cancelation department confirmed that the only way of cancelling is by phoning up!! What a total scam.

@TalkTalk is it possible for me to set up my @sagemcom FAST5364 3.00 in to modem mode or similar? I cannot access my Netgear NAS on my network through an IP address. So I had to buy a new router, but cannot connect it. Please help. @TalkTalkGroup

@TalkTalk It was fine for about to 2 hours this morning has been on/off since. Had an engineer out about 2/3 months ago for same issue and loss of speed. Over the past few weeks connection has been dropping, but this week has been really bad. No internet for hours some days

@TalkTalk Had no trouble since conned onto fibre until now. Going to write to the press and media and my MP. Disgusting customer service. What's point of sending you to a website if the Internet is not working?
