@ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

Stay well away from @TalkTalk. No WiFi for almost 2 weeks because of no router delivered amd still waiting. Customer services are completely unprofessional and unhelpful. A message will follow this saying can you dm us to get this resolved for me to do that and it not be resolved

@TalkTalk I phoned TT and was told there's been an "incident", so I'll leave it for now in the hope/expectation the fault will be fixed soon. As things stand I can receive but not send, whereas over the weekend I had no email whatsoever.
