    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    Avoid @TalkTalk like the plague. Nothing but trouble 10 years ago and still no better. When working they are fine. When there’s an issue they are rude and incompetent

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    I wish @TalkTalk could improve the Wi-Fi reception on @ITVX (or ITV Hub as it used to be known) as the signal keeps dropping out which is annoying, when you're trying to catch up with the last two weeks worth of soap episodes you've not had the chance to watch yet over Christmas!

    2/2 @TalkTalk we went with you you was to keep it. We had a great offer from @skytv .Customer service is shocking, fed up of getting cut off and no one knowing what’s going. A simple request in Nov has taken so much time and caused so much stress. I have been cut off 4 x’s today

    1/2 @TalkTalk I’ve never had so many issues with customer service. My mum did a home move a year ago and kept her number that she’s had 35 years, We called two months sgo for her final home move and have had so many problems and you’ve not transferred the number!! The only reason
