    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @TalkTalk absolutely shocking customer service from you tonight. I finally get through the worst automated service and the call handler hangs up on me before I can speak. I call again and I’m hung up on again. I finally get through and oh it’s 7pm so everyone’s gone home!!!

    @TalkTalk I get that you are busy but when you are on hold for over 30 minutes and someone keeps picking it up and putting it down again it starts to grate! My router never appeared last Monday and the engineers didn't show on Wednesday, and i have had no correspondence from you!

    @charlesarthur @alexhern Oh dear. We've just ditched TalkTalk (or “T-lk-a-k” if you factor in the amount of intermittent dropouts we experienced) for a return to BT, so here's hoping service is better in this part of the world!

    @TalkTalk you at least replied. @virginmedia ??? Nothing. So @TalkTalk wins this burn. Virgin supposed to come 10am-6pm to install cable. Nobody came.. No contact from Virgin. How am I supposed to interpret this level of customer service?
