    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    @TalkTalk I have not received my router as promised today, so no internet and phone, losing faith in your service. you have sent me all details of the account, but cannot log in to account because it does not know me, even though I set it all up.

    @TalkTalk #complaint #badservice 8 months of hassle, Over 8 hours spent on the phone! Been told 4 times it was fixed! 3 complaints completely ignored and now having a default put on my credit file for not paying talk talk for broadband that I have with BT!

    @TalkTalk Your happy to help , but know one knows how to help. Three months of phone calls , constant lies. The future fibre works , it's great , that has nothing to do with talk talk tho , it's a city fibre line that talktalk run the billing for and customer service. Still waiting for tv
