@TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

@ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

So anyone else having issues with @TalkTalk again? I swear I go through this every couple of weeks. WiFi cutting out and being slow. And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

Hi @TalkTalk. On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

@TalkTalk it’s in my partner’s name, he’s been speaking with your customer service for 2hrs yesterday and another 2hrs today. they’ve told us there’s no service issue, which seeing the amount of people with outages i don’t believe. but we’ll see what the £40 engineer finds 🥲

@cymraesydwi We’ve been with TalkTalk for years, we get decent speeds and it’s reliable enough. I’ve stuck with them because they always do a deal and fixed a problem via BT when we had one. That said, I see them slagged off, so perhaps we’ve been lucky.

65. Complaint submitted in-between 1st + 2nd go-live dates. Wrong email address provided. Sent by post. No response. Asked over phone many times, it got "closed" without my consent First bill after service goes live charges for TalkTalk TV service (contract says it's included)

@TalkTalk So,48 hours later, filled in the requested form and heard nothing back from you. And I STILL do not have Internet. You are useless and I cannot wait to terminate my contract with you when it ends next month. I would also like a refund for all the days without WiFi.

@Z_Energy @VodafoneUK Sounds like a common issue here. We have the same thing, been with talktalk 12 years never had a problem. Vodafone 3 months, drops out every day... Response to our complaint... Buy a booster for £40 at our expense!
