@Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My advice: test the speed with wired ethernet cable. If that's ok, buy a booster for your router (Talk Talk supply crap routers) that should provide a stronger signal.

Hi @TalkTalk Is there someone I can DM who can sort my **** WiFi!? Goes off for at least 30mins every few hours with all devices getting kicked off and then not allowed to rejoin for 15mins or so Been happening for days but your website is so shite I can’t find help - cheers

@CarabinerIT @TalkTalk I might try a different filter if the so called fix today doesn't hold after 72hrs (and it's already at half speed). Can these things break down by themselves? Mine's in the master socket and all hidden away so has never been touched (i.e. no physical "abuse" lol).
