    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk keep telling me that although my internet went live at 9am it’s not working yet because it needs time to “stabilise itself” and that could take up to midnight. From what I can see this has happened to loads of customers and didn’t come by midnight.....

    @TalkTalk I must have experienced the worst customer service I have ever recieved over the last week. Great when working & taking your money, but when something isn't working. Oh boy! Time for another provider. I'd avoid.

    @TalkTalk my internet is down tonight. I had same issue multiple times the past months but this month has been the worst. Not cool to not be able to use the service you pay for, especially in lockdown and with work from home. Please help!!

    @TalkTalk No internet for 3 days now new router sent out and still no connect spoke to 3 different people who told me 3 different problems just coming to the conclusion use haven’t got a clue now

    @TalkTalk Talktalk need to be open when they have problems, every time I have asked questions about why is my internet down you can't give an answer until it's back ok on when you say the line is ok ! You're a communication company . Start to communicate openly with your customers !
