    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    switched to sky within an hour of talktalk’s fuckery. got £30 knocked off the usual monthly price, upfront fee knocked off, and they offered to pay if talktalk try penalise me for leaving. on top of bitching about them for 15 minutes. ly sky should have never been disloyal

    @TalkTalk It is clear that I need an engineer but as per usual the customer has to jump through hoops to get an engineer to visit even though your equipment is not working. And before you ask I do not want a chargeable engineer

    @TalkTalk I have tried on 2 separate occasions to get an engineer to fix my internet connection over the past 2 weeks. Your customer service is not fit for purpose....both times I have been cut off from your online chat. 30 mins each time ...nothing has been sorted!

    For the past 2 weeks I’ve not been able to get onto @TalkTalk internet. I’ve called them up because I need the internet at home tonight, & apparently I have 3 limits on the account, which I have never set up, & they can’t be taken off until I call them back up tomorrow. Pathetic.

    I have a feeling that TalkTalk are unlikely to be able to help with the problem of half the street no longer having a connection to the telephone network.

    @TalkTalk We were finally able to cancel when put through to someone in the Home Move dept and when we were put back through to CS to get the cancellation letter redirected were told we failed security checks again. Top notch.
