    @TalkTalk I’ve dropped you yet another DM - I’ve never received service as unbelievably poor as that from Talk Talk, who despite admitting that they failed to correctly take over my line, are still refusing to refund the money they cost me eight months and dozens of emails and calls later.

    @TalkTalk Asking for help for my dad. The box says either no signal or just freezes. When he's called your number he just gets through to something that checks the line but it's the box not the line that's faulty.

    @TalkTalk Why can't I login to my email? I have a TalkTalk email not Tiscali. Got random notification last night saying phone couldn't log in because details were incorrect. I've tried to reset but you're not sending text or email. Ridiculous.

    @AsifChoudry @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @plusnethelp @VodafoneUK @TalkTalk I know it gets stick, but if you have Virgin in the area the wifi connection speed is phenomenal. 4 people in my house and no less than 9 phones/tablets/tvs/devices in use and no issues whatsoever. And I've always found their customer service brilliant.

    @TalkTalk hi mike just thought I’d join the other hundreds of people complaining about this shitty broadband. Advertised a minimum of 40 Mb/s but at some points struggles to even hit 5 the customer service is awful helpline doesn’t understand English and hangs up frustrated
