@MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

Only when you're a @TalkTalk customer do you upgrade your package and pay more for a higher broadband speed, and then the speed goes down! And when you call up to find out why you are spoken down to by a rude 'customer services' adviser... TalkTalk you need to sort it out!

@TalkTalk What's the fastest way to MAKE A COMPLAINT to this company - without being directed to a forum? I've just been charged 42 quid which includes a late payment fee and simultaneously been told my payment is due on 12th Feb. Today, I believe, is only the 5th Feb. I WANT TO LEAVE
