tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk Thanks but unfortunately after four hours of online chat and DMs I am no closer to a resolution or even acknowledgement of any specific issue. Think after fifteen nearly fifteen years it might be time to try another provider as this does not appear to be being fixed!
