@Ray_Delauney @TalkTalk I wouldn’t bother. They are horrific. Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

@TalkTalk is there a problem with tv in Darlington area? Keep losing picture and a brief message pops up saying bad signal then disappears almost instantly. Have retuned and signal strength is fine.

@TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

@TalkTalk @SarahHemm I can’t think of any “further problems” you could cause @TalkTalk . The object of your business is supplying phone and internet connections, which you did up to a week ago. Then you decided to withdraw these from an 87 year old recently bereaved man. What more harm can you do?

@TalkTalk come on TALKTALK!!! Almost 20 hours without internet and a decent phone service! What’s going on? You’re denying there is any issue, yet I know it’s affecting most in my neighbourhood. This isn’t good enough. BD16 is still down.
