TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@TalkTalk Sindy, why do you think that would help? Who would you refer me to, other than the customer service department that is ignoring me? #Talktalk lie by email. And then lie about the lies. They have no idea how the billing system works. If they phone you, they just talk over you.
-
TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@Martin_Law I am sorry that you feel this way, @Martin_Law. Please note that as an active TalkTalk broadband customer you will not be charged for the email services, you will continue to utilize your emails for free. Elizabeth
-

TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@Martin_Law We’ve continued to provide TalkTalk email service free of charge for some time. We’re unfortunately unable to continue offering it at no cost. Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
-
Ian Lawson (@lawson0864) reported@TalkTalk spent 2 hours this morning trying to either cancel, or re-negotiate my broadband contract. Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !
