I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

Absolutely disgusted with the service received and the lies told by @TalkTalk. Has been an absolute disaster and my complaint still has not been dealt with. Was promised a call today between 10-12 then changed to 12-14 and still nothing.

Would not recommend @TalkTalk to anyone at all and I will now be giving my money to another broadband provider. Appaling customer service and appalling internet service. I advise anyone thinking of using @TalkTalk to stay away!

@TalkTalk are the worst ever Internet provider and even if you complain they are still unable to help you. We are in 2021 @TalkTalk. I suggest that Tristia Harrison @TalkTalkGroup starts realising how awful a service customers actually receive.
