I am so done with @TalkTalk fibre broadband, barely stays connected for 5mins and when it does the speeds are worse than shit! Can't wait for my @VodafoneUK fibre router to arrive, should never have changed!! #AvoidTalkTalk

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk 39p for a 6 SECOND phone call! It's bad enough my Internet service is so bad my mobile has used all my data up + for the past months, because my Internet never works costing me £216 to O2!!! Now I get charge for connecting a 6 SECOND phone call to my mums landline😠

Update on my complaint with #TalkTalk we agreed a compensation payment for being misled, however the price increase from £27.50 to £36.00 is 31% and far higher than inflation and CPI or RPI. More profits and huge bonuses for the executive board!!
