tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk assistance with what? I've spent 90 mins from a mobile talking to a 'customer service advisor' in the Philippines sorting out a fault (your fault) on a landline.. it eventually got booked.. what do you want to assist me with?

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@charwarz @TalkTalk IMO this ought to be addressed by the regulator, the providers have very little incentive to provide good offboarding service. What do you say @Ofcom, I think a requirements to issue refunds via an electronic transfer where they are paid by electronic transfer is reasonable?
