tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk are you migrating old GFast accounts to UW today? Asking bcos my broadband is down, I get an error when doing a line test and my TalkTalk account says "disconnected". If migrating, did anyone think of informing customers about the outage? I got no notification.
