    tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

    @TalkTalk @MorleyLass92 We’ve just joined and it’s slow as hell for us the past few days. Was fine at the beginning but now cannot watch anything on tv without it buffering constantly. Might be fine in your area but seems bad for us.

    Hi @virginmedia spent almost 4 hours on live chat today to get a simple problem resolved and still didnt get resolved , very poor service @skytv or @TalkTalk are you in need of a new customer please.

    @faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

    @Ray_Delauney @TalkTalk I wouldn’t bother. They are horrific. Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

    @TalkTalk It’s no use telling me you only offer broadband-centric packages; I understand: she doesn’t. My issue is with how she, an 80 year lady, has been left feeling exploited and has been missold a package under the guidance of an employee.

    @TalkTalk I ordered & was confirmed to have mailplus on the 28th Aug 21 & paid one year in advance. My email on my phone now keeps telling me to log in & then telling me login failed I've got no outstanding bills & my email & password is checked as correct. Please help. Andy

    @TalkTalk MY YOUVIEW BOX IS NOT RECORDING OR PLAYING RECORDINGS.DONE MAINTENANCE CHECK STILL NOT WORKING ON PHONE WITH TALK TALK. TELLING ME THEY CANT REPLACE BOX?????
