@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

@TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

@TalkTalk I had a short service outage in Warwickshire County, I live in Kenilworth. Unplugging and plugging back in the Openreach Modem got me running again but latency has increased by about 5-10ms. Issue happened at 12:04, had no outages since.

@TalkTalk internet has been down for nearly two hours, done all the steps and nothing works but can’t even log there is an issue as no way to contact you as chat is “busy”. Site just says Oxfordshire down but im in Warwickshire. Can this be logged as a wider issue please
