tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@Ray_Delauney @TalkTalk I wouldn’t bother. They are horrific. Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk @MorleyLass92 We’ve just joined and it’s slow as hell for us the past few days. Was fine at the beginning but now cannot watch anything on tv without it buffering constantly. Might be fine in your area but seems bad for us.

@TalkTalk i raised an issue with some devices not connected to my talktalk router but others were fine. Since speaking on chat to your people i now have a solid orange light on my router and no internet. The people on chat are no help. Can someone sort this
