@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@TalkTalk your customer relationship is very poor, your customers around Manchester had over 24hrs internet outages, and you could not inform them what was going on and apologise for the inconvenience. What a shame.

@uklipspeaker @TalkTalk 14 days cooling of period if new contract. Over a year to cancel if they carry on service if u dont receive pre contract information. Ofcom if bad service consumers rights help line. Dontbput up with it
