    @faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

    tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

    @TalkTalk I’ve not intermittent signal cuts making the internet virtually unusable in E1. Paying for service that I can’t use... The live line test raises issue, but then I get stuck on “contact us” loop that sends me back line test... 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk My 88 year old mother in law with dementia phone and internet down in Fareham Hampshire for days and no one will speak to us unless she confirms passwords. She has no memory to do this and my hubby being deliberately kept on hold because he wanted to speak to a manager!

    @TalkTalk This isn't good enough! Having an excuse in small print is not a defense against misleading advertising or mis-selling services. I note, also, that you are intending to increase the charge for this service in January by £2 a month as well as hiking your already exorbitant rates.

    @TalkTalk I’ve had no broadband since before 7am and I’ve been using messenger to slowly talk to someone. I’ve now been told that a ‘network specialist’ will be in touch in 5 BUSINESS DAYS to fix it? Does that mean it might be fixed by the 6th of January??
