tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk Hi - I removed unlimited UK calls boost from my parents' account last week, and they received confirmation email on Sunday. On Monday they had another email saying call boost added again at a charge of £14 and locked in for 30 days. Please can you fix this, thanks.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk My issue is that the router does not allow you to use symbols in the WiFi password. Only letters and numbers. The firmware appears to be from 2018. None of this is secure. Do you have a new firmware where this is fixed or do I need to source another router/provider?
