@MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@TalkTalk I have been having issues in the last few days (and many more times in the last year). But today it's crazy, the Internet fails every 2 minutes. A lot of us we're paying @TalkTalk to have an internet service, but for you the customer doesn't matter.

@TalkTalk I have a complaint ongoing since December, after 20 calls to various staff and 3 from the complaints team still no progress! Shambles now you can't even get through on the phone! Talk talk customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!
