    @TalkTalk my dad currently received an email with a code for an amazon echo dot and smart plug but the code comes up as invalid, any idea why this is? Seems to be a common issue with other customers

    Still trying to set up an account with @YourSSE .. a second complaint raised! Now my Internet connection is down @TalkTalk are investigating... so I am going for a walk on the beach.

    Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

    @TalkTalk having a lot of difficulty trying to cancel a future fibre order placed last Thursday, ff team saying they see no trace of my account (I hadn’t received any emails yet to be fair), but I can see a hard search on my credit report? Seem to be going round in circles

    @TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

    @Andy_Kinnear I cant help feeling that Dido is a distraction, a professional fall guy, career scapegoat but then again that which the God's wish to destroy they first put Dido in charge, TalkTalk, Test & Trace, Cheltenham Festival super-spreader event.

    @TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

    @Manchesterguy15 @TalkTalk Ours went down at around the same time near Newcastle (NE30). Getting nowhere - been asked 3 times what kind of router I have 🤡 It’s clearly on their side! 💩

    @TalkTalk please call me. Ive called multiple times and when getting put through to the hardware dep of tech help the phone call goes dead, cut off. It takes so long just to get through to your department

    @TalkTalk Had Future Fibre fitted 4/4, worked ok for 2wks, now won’t connect. Line test says it works=it doesn’t, complained last Sun= sent a new cable for router =STILL not working, now what? I wfh & am losing income every day until this is sorted 😠I didn’t even ask for fibre BB!

    @TalkTalk Yes, and @TalkTalk haven’t been much help either. Should have been installed on 21st April, internal work done but problem externally. Was expecting to be resolved today, now 17th May, thanks @OpenreachHelp

    @TalkTalk Second morning in a row waking up with no Internet, reset twice to no avail. Paid for faster fibre weeks ago and never had a higher speed than 69mbps (same as pre fibre) fantastic as an asd mum who relies on it for her entire TV, devices and SEN child routine!

    @TalkTalk It's alright. We just got off a call where we were told to expect another update on the service status on May 4th. Ridiculous. It's fixed in the next 48 hours or we change provider.

    @corybassett08 @virginmedia @TalkTalk Facts. Same as virgin media, Virgin are the scum of the wifi world. Awful
