@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

Accidentally renewed my @TalkTalk contract online (stupid I know). Made contact straight away to cancel order and keep original plan and told tough luck, the new contract costs more too 😢 @MartinSLewis is there really nothing I can do?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk 14 days with internet issues, second time being told an open reach engineer has been booked and a false promise of 2-3 days to resolve. Never received a direct update or call backs that were promised. Online support just follows a script and does not resolve anything
