@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

@TalkTalk We have had TalkTalk for over a year and for the last few months the service has been awful. Even though the Wi-Fi is connected, the signal keeps dropping and we just can’t use the internet at all, sometimes for hours at a time.

I had to call them to cancel, although still waiting for a call back which they said it would be 48 hours but now gone past that!Shocking how they can just do this and wonder how many people don’t realise until too late!

Latest of the ongoing ( and soon to be ended) saga with @TalkTalk Had a call from them today enquiring why I was leaving. Very polite young man. Told him why and could he help me get my refund. Said he would pass me to Customer Service.
