@TalkTalk having a lot of difficulty trying to cancel a future fibre order placed last Thursday, ff team saying they see no trace of my account (I hadn’t received any emails yet to be fair), but I can see a hard search on my credit report? Seem to be going round in circles

@TalkTalk I'm having an issue with my telephone line. After being on a call for 5 minutes, I then can't hear anyone. Tried plugging in direct to the wall socket and it's the same. I'm one of your vulnerable customers so I'd appreciate a quick response.

Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

@TalkTalk you need to write notes on my account apparently saying I'm entitled to cancel b4 cancellations can do their job.because I refuse to accept the fees. When I have paid my bill for 2 months and not received any Internet the entire time.

@TalkTalk It would help but they are now with holding their numbers. Also if data has been comprised which it appears it has then what are talk talk doing about it? They have only been with talk talk a very short time, so it appears the leak of info is from Talk Talk’s system.

@TalkTalk Let's just not get away from the term fixed price isn't correct and you'll always know using term significant investment means price rise and therefore not fixed price. Throw all the T&C's you want at customers, it never feels right.
