@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

@TalkTalk Thanks Andy but it's been 6 months & countless calls since the problem started and have been promised escalation, manager or senior manager to call me but nothing's happened. I only called this morning to raise a formal complaint to pass the info onto the Ombudsman. Thanks tho.
